The heated gaseous inert gas nitrogen is injected into the depth of the wax precipitation point of the oil well in a sealed inner pipe 93 with a heat insulation layer, then returns to the wellhead through the inner pipe 93 and the annular gap channel 11 of the outer pipe 92, is connected into the gas storage bag 1 through a hose 7, and then is pressurized by a compressor 4 to form closed circulation, and meanwhile, high-temperature nitrogen is conducted through the heat conduction of the outer pipe 92 to heat crude oil in the oil well, so that the outer pipe 92 is sealed, gas cannot leak into the crude oil, difficulty is not caused to crude oil processing, combustion is not supported due to the fact that the nitrogen is very stable, the environment-friendly oil well is a very safe medium, and is particularly suitable for being used in high-cold areas due to the fact that a heat carrier is gas and has no freezing point, and various renewable energy sources can be used due to the closed circulation, namely energy conservation and environment friendliness are achieved.
