Mode one: the two polishing wheels 33 are only opened, and the other polishing wheel 33 is locked, so that at the moment, the steel ball is completely driven by the rotating polishing wheel 33, but friction is generated between the steel ball and the static polishing wheel 33, the static polishing wheel 33 is similar to a static polishing sand paper, the polishing effect can be achieved when the steel ball rubs on the static polishing wheel 33, the polishing degree is controllable in this way, because only one polishing wheel 33 rotates, the rotating direction of the steel ball is simple, the polishing degree of the steel ball is convenient to set, the friction force of the steel ball is convenient to adjust, and various polishing requirements can be met.
Mode two: when the two polishing wheels 33 are started simultaneously, the two polishing wheels 33 can be set to rotate in the same direction, so that the rotation speed of the steel ball is higher at the moment, but the friction force between the steel ball and the polishing wheels is relatively smaller, and the force of the polishing steel ball is smaller, so that the steel ball can be polished more finely, and the polishing machine is suitable for polishing the steel ball with relatively more precise requirements.
Mode three: the two polishing wheels 33 are set to rotate in opposite directions, so that the rotation speed of the steel balls is low, but the friction force between the two polishing wheels is relatively high, and the force of the polishing steel balls is high, so that the polishing wheel is suitable for polishing and grinding steel balls with rough polishing requirements.
