The patient leg positioning system adapted for use in a split leg supine position of claim 1 wherein: the inflatable structure comprises a first inflation tube, a second inflation tube and an electronic inflation pump, wherein a first inflation interface and a second inflation interface are fixed on the electronic inflation pump, the first inflation interface is located on one side of the second inflation interface, the electronic inflation pump is connected with one end of the first inflation tube through the first inflation interface, the electronic inflation pump is connected with one end of the second inflation tube through the second inflation interface, the other end of the first inflation tube is communicated with a first inflation nozzle of the leg sleeve body, the inflation cavity is connected with the electronic inflation pump through the first inflation nozzle and the first inflation tube, the other end of the second inflation tube is connected with a second inflation nozzle of the leg sleeve body, and the inflatable cushion is connected with the electronic inflation pump through the second inflation nozzle and the second inflation tube.
