Working principle:
The lifting conveyor belt 10 conveys glass to the upper part of the positioning platform 601 from one side of the positioning platform 601, then the vacuum adsorption holes 8 on the positioning platform 601 blow air, the glass floats, and the lifting conveyor belt 10 descends into the strip-shaped grooves; the inclined air cylinder 1602 enables one corner of the positioning platform 601 to tilt, and glass slides above the positioning platform 601 until two side edges abut against positioning posts 1603 on the positioning platform 601, so that the positioning of the glass position is realized; and the vacuum adsorption holes 8 are vacuumized, the glass is adsorbed and fixed on the positioning platform 601, and finally the positioning platform 601 is restored to a horizontal state by the inclined air cylinder 1602, so that the glass is conveyed to the positioning platform 601. At this time, the X-direction driving motor 304 on the second portal 202 is controlled to move the transferring support 704 on the second portal 202 above the glass of the positioning platform 601, and then the Z-direction driving motor 1202 drives the moving support to approach the glass downwards, so as to close the vacuum adsorption of the positioning platform 601, and the sucking disc 705 on the transferring support 704 vacuum adsorbs the glass; the Z-direction driving motor 1202 then drives the transfer support 704 to rise, then the X-direction driving motor 304 drives the gantry two 202 to move towards the grinding platform 602 until the transfer support 704 on the gantry two moves to the upper side of the grinding platform 602, then the Z-direction driving motor 1202 drives the moving support to be close to the grinding platform 602 downwards until the glass is placed on the grinding platform 602, and then the suction cup 705 is closed for vacuum suction, so that the glass is conveyed from the positioning platform 601 to the grinding platform 602. Then, the polishing platen 602 is fixed to the glass by the vacuum suction holes 8, and polishing of the glass edge can be started.
As shown in fig. 5, the controller controls the X-direction driving motor 304 of the first portal 201 and the fourth portal 204 to drive them to move to the two short side designated positions of the glass, and controls the X-direction driving motor 304 of the second portal 202 and the third portal 203 to drive them to move to the two long side designated positions of the glass, and then controls the grinding motor 503 to drive the grinding wheel 504 to rotate to grind the edge of the glass, and each side of the glass is ground by the two grinding wheels 504 from two sides respectively during grinding, so as to finish the grinding of the whole side.
After finishing grinding, controlling an X-direction driving motor 304 on a portal III 203 to enable a transfer support 704 on the portal III 203 to move above the glass of the grinding platform 602, and then driving the moving support to downwards approach the glass by a Z-direction driving motor 1202 to close vacuum adsorption of the grinding platform 602, wherein a sucker 705 on the transfer support 704 is used for vacuum adsorption of the glass; the Z-direction driving motor 1202 then drives the transfer support 704 to rise, then the X-direction driving motor 304 drives the gantry three 203 to move towards the output platform 603 until the transfer support 704 on the gantry three moves to the upper side of the output platform 603, then the Z-direction driving motor 1202 drives the moving support to be close to the output platform 603 downwards until the glass is placed on the output platform 603, and then the suction cup 705 is closed for vacuum suction, so that the glass is conveyed from the grinding platform 602 to the output platform 603. Finally, the lifting conveyor belt 10 which is retracted into the strip-shaped groove of the output platform 603 is lifted, and the glass is jacked up and then output to the next process.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, in order to avoid that the transfer support 704 prevents the grinding wheel 504 from grinding the glass edge, as shown in fig. 4, a horizontal turning shaft 1301 and a turning motor 1302 may be disposed on the mounting plate four 703, the turning motor 1302 is in transmission connection with the turning shaft 1301 through a gear 305, two ends of the turning shaft 1301 are respectively and fixedly connected to the transfer support 704, and the transfer support 704 is driven by the turning motor 1302 to realize switching between a horizontal state and a vertical state. When the glass needs to be conveyed on each platform, the transfer support 704 is switched to a horizontal state; and when the glass is required to be ground, the transfer rack 704 is switched to the vertical state.
In order to more accurately switch the state of the transfer support 704, as shown in fig. 4, a photoelectric sensor 1401 may be disposed on the mounting plate four 703, two blocking pieces 1402 are disposed on the turning shaft 1301, the two blocking pieces 1402 respectively block the light beams emitted by the photoelectric sensor 1401 when the transfer support 704 is in a horizontal state and a vertical state, when one of the blocking pieces 1402 blocks the light beams of the photoelectric sensor 1401, it is indicated that the transfer support 704 is switched to the horizontal state or the vertical state at this time, the photoelectric sensor 1401 feeds back a signal to the controller, and the controller closes the turning motor 1302, thereby completing the switch of the state of the transfer support 704.
