The body shadow of the earphone can be seen everywhere in study, office, entertainment and leisure, and the earphone becomes an indispensable electronic product in people's life. Yet another advantage of the present application is to provide an accessory detachable earphone that integrates an artificial intelligence module, which can improve its interactivity with a terminal device and a wearer, for example, by interacting with the terminal device, not only control the playing of audio, video, making a call, but also provide network information to the wearer, make a network purchase, send mail, control home or office equipment, etc.
Yet another advantage of the present application is to provide an accessory removable earphone that, in some embodiments, uses 3D printing technology to manufacture its main housing, which reduces its manufacturing cost to some extent.
To achieve at least one of the above or other advantages and objects, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a detachable earphone for accessory including: an earphone body having at least one mounting structure adapted to detachably mount a accessory.
According to one embodiment of the application, the assembly structure is provided with a slot, so that the accessory is suitable for being inserted into the earphone body; or the assembly structure is provided with a screw-connection structure, so that the accessory is suitable for being screwed to the earphone main body.
According to one embodiment of the application, the earphone body has a holding cavity adapted to receive the helix of a wearer, an earphone inner side facing the holding cavity, and an earphone outer side facing away from the holding cavity, the mounting structure being formed on the earphone outer side such that the accessory is adapted to be detachably mounted on the earphone outer side.

forming a main shell, wherein the main shell comprises an in-ear wearing shell, an out-of-ear outer clamp shell and a connecting shell, the connecting shell is connected between the in-ear wearing shell and the out-of-ear outer clamp shell, the in-ear wearing shell, the out-of-ear outer clamp shell and the connecting shell are enclosed to form a clamping cavity, the in-ear wearing shell is suitable for being worn on the front side of a concha cavity of a wearer, and the out-of-ear outer clamp shell is suitable for being worn on the rear side of the concha cavity of the wearer; and mounting the sound generating unit, the power supply unit, and the control unit to the main housing.

For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, the side of the earphone 1, which is detachable to the accessory during use, is attached to the ear E of the user, the side of the earphone away from the ear E of the user is attached to the outside, the side of the earphone facing the external auditory canal of the ear E of the wearer is defined as the front ear side, and the side of the earphone facing away from the external auditory canal is defined as the rear ear side.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7 of the drawings of the present specification, the accessory detachable earphone 1 according to the embodiment of the present application is set forth in the following description. In the embodiment of the application, the earphone 1 with detachable accessory comprises an earphone main body 10. As shown in fig. 2, the earphone body 10 has at least one fitting structure 140, wherein the fitting structure 140 is adapted to detachably fit a accessory 20. In this way, the wearer can wear the earphone 1 with the detachable accessory as an audio player and also as an ornament, and the wearer can conveniently replace the accessory 20 according to actual needs. Accordingly, in some embodiments of the present application, the accessory detachable headset 1 further includes at least one accessory 20, and the accessory 20 is detachably mounted to the headset body 10. The shape of the accessory 20 is not limited to the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the accessory 20 may be spherical, butterfly-shaped, rose-shaped, or other shapes.
Specifically, the earphone body 10 has a holding cavity 101, an earphone inner side 102, and an earphone outer side 103. The holding chamber 101 is adapted to receive the helix E1 of the wearer. The earphone inner side 102 faces the clamping cavity 101. The earphone outer side 103 faces away from the clamping cavity 101. The fitting structure 140 is formed on the earphone outer side 103 such that the accessory 20 is adapted to be detachably fitted to the earphone outer side 103.
The detachable assembly of the earphone body 10 and the accessory 20 is not limited to the present application. Accordingly, the specific embodiment of the mounting structure 140 is not a limitation of the present application. In one embodiment of the present application, the accessory 20 is assembled to the earphone body 10 by plugging. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the mounting structure 140 includes at least one slot 1401, such that the accessory 20 is adapted to be plugged into the earphone body 10, as shown in fig. 2.
It should be noted that the slot 1401 may be substantially perpendicular to the earphone outer side 103, such that the accessory 20 may be inserted into the earphone body 10 substantially perpendicularly; the slot 1401 may also be arranged non-vertically, obliquely to the earphone outer side 103, such that the accessory 20 is slidably inserted into the earphone body 10. The slot 1401 may extend through the earphone outer side 103, may be formed by a non-extending partial recessed area of the earphone outer side 103, and may be disposed outside the earphone outer side 103 independently of the earphone outer side 103.
It should be appreciated that the mounting structure 140 may also be implemented as other structures, for example, the mounting structure 140 includes at least one hook 1402 such that the accessory 20 is adapted to be hung from the earphone body 10, as shown in fig. 7. Preferably, the hooks 1402 are implemented as retractable hooks that facilitate the removal and assembly of the accessory 20.
For another example, the mounting structure 140 includes at least one screw structure such that the accessory 20 is adapted to be screw-coupled to the earphone body 10.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the detachable headset 1 is an ear clip headset, and is adapted to be worn on the ear E of the wearer in a clamping manner, so that the wearing stability of the detachable headset 1 can be improved, and the detachable headset 1 is not easy to fall off and be lost.
Accordingly, the earphone body 10 includes a main housing 11, wherein the main housing 11 includes an in-ear wearing housing 111, an out-of-ear clip housing 112, and a connection housing 113. The connection housing 113 is connected between the in-ear wearing housing 111 and the out-of-ear clip housing 112. The in-ear wearing case 111, the out-of-ear clip case 112, and the connection case 113 enclose the clip cavity 101. The in-ear wearing housing 111 is adapted to be worn in the concha cavity E2 of the wearer; the extra-aural outer clip housing 112 is adapted to be worn on the rear side of the wearer's ear E; the connection housing 113 extends across the helix E1 between the front and rear sides of the ear E, as shown in fig. 4.
The main housing 11 has a housing outer side and a housing inner side, wherein the housing inner side faces the clamping chamber 101 and the housing outer side faces away from the clamping chamber 101. The inner side surface of the in-ear wearing case 111, the inner side surface of the out-of-ear clip case 112, and the inner side surface of the connection case 113 together form the case inner side surface; the outer side surface of the in-ear wearing case 111, the outer side surface of the out-of-ear clip case 112, and the outer side surface of the connection case 113 collectively form the case outer side surface. The outer side of the shell forms the earphone outer side 103; the housing inner side forms the earphone inner side 102.
Optionally, the in-ear wearing case 111, the out-of-ear clip case 112, and the connection case 113 are integrally molded; or otherwise assembled together; for example, the in-ear wearing case 111 and the connection case 113 are connected separately; the outer ear clip housing 112 and the connection housing 113 are connected separately; as another example, as shown in fig. 3, the connection housing 113 includes a first connection housing portion 1131 and a second connection housing portion 1132; the in-ear wearing case 111 is at least partially integrally formed with the first connection case portion 1131; the outer clip shell 112 is at least partially integrally formed with the second connection shell portion 1132, and the first connection shell portion 1131 is detachably connected to the second connection shell portion 1132.
Optionally, the size of the holding cavity 101 is adjustable to accommodate the ears E of different wearers. The manner in which the size of the clamping chamber 101 is adjustable is not limiting of the application. Alternatively, the main housing 11 may be at least partially made of a material having elasticity or a material which is easily deformed.
For example, the connection housing 113, and/or the in-ear wearing housing 111, and/or the out-of-ear clip housing 112 are made of a material having elasticity. During the process of wearing the earphone 1 with detachable accessories, the main housing 11 is propped up and adjusted to a specific position, and then can be clamped on the ear E of a wearer. The elastic material can be selected from ABS material (ternary copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene), PP material (polypropylene), PC material (polycarbonate) and other plastic materials, rubber, silica gel, copper, silver, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and noble metal materials such as K-gold, pure gold and the like.
Preferably, the main housing 11 is at least partially manufactured from a titanium alloy. Further preferably, the main housing 11 is manufactured by 3D printing technology, and the manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced to some extent.
Accordingly, in some embodiments of the application, the main housing 11 is at least partially fabricated from any one or more of the following materials: titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, plastic.
It should be understood that the adjustable size of the clamping cavity 101 may alternatively be implemented by other manners, for example, the main housing 11 may be telescopic, at least two parts of the main housing 11 may be combined separately and the relative position may be adjustable, etc.
The earphone body 10 comprises at least one sound generating unit 12, wherein the sound generating unit 12 is mounted in the in-ear wearing housing 111. The in-ear wearing case 111 and the sound generating unit 12, and other components fitted in the in-ear wearing case 111 together form an in-ear wearing portion of the headphone body 10. Accordingly, the in-ear wearing portion is adapted to be worn in the concha cavity E2 of the wearer.
The sound generating unit 12 provides a sound output function, and its specific embodiment is not limited to the present application. The sound generating unit 12 may be implemented as various speakers that can generate sound effects, for example, a moving coil speaker, a moving iron speaker, a planar diaphragm speaker, an electrostatic diaphragm speaker, and the like. Taking a moving-coil speaker as an example, the sound generating unit 12 includes a bracket, a magnetic return system, a voice coil, a diaphragm, and the like. In addition, the sound generating unit 12 may be implemented as a bone conduction speaker.
The in-ear wearing case 111 has a wearing surface 1111 and at least one sound outlet 1. The wearing surface 1111 is a surface of the in-ear wearing case 111 that is attached to a surface of the concha cavity E2 of the wearer when the accessory detachable headphone 1 is worn on the ear E of the wearer. The sound outlet 1 is formed on the wearing surface 1111 and communicates between the inner space of the in-ear wearing case 111 and the outside. In this embodiment, when the in-ear wearing case 111 is worn on the ear E, the sound generating unit 12 is disposed facing the wearing surface 1111, and the sound generating unit 12 accordingly generates sound effects by generating vibrations toward the wearing surface 1111, not in the direction toward the ear canal, and the in-ear wearing case 111 and the sound generating unit 12 are adapted to be positioned laterally in the concha cavity E2, not in the vertical direction to sound toward the inside of the ear canal with their earplugs completely plugged into the ear canal like conventional earbud type headphones. It is also worth mentioning that, in order to avoid the in-ear wearing portion from completely shielding the ear canal as much as possible, the shape and arrangement direction of the in-ear wearing housing 111 are specifically designed. Specifically, the in-ear wearing case 111 has an elongated shape. Here, the elongated shape means a shape having a length in one direction significantly longer than a length in the other direction. The arrangement direction of the in-ear wearing case 111 is configured to be adapted to be worn laterally on the front side of the concha chamber E2 of the wearer, for example, the angle between the in-ear wearing case 111 and the connection case 113 is not equal to 90 degrees. Accordingly, the in-ear wearing portion has an elongated shape, and the arrangement direction of the in-ear wearing portion is configured to be adapted to be worn laterally to the concha cavity E2 of the wearer and the front end partially enters the ear canal without completely closing the ear canal. It will be appreciated that the in-ear wearing housing 111 may be other shapes as well, sized to not close the ear canal. That is, in the present application, by the in-ear wearing case 111, the out-of-ear clip case 112, and the connection case 113 being held on the ear E, the in-ear wearing case 111 can be configured such that the front end portion thereof enters the ear canal of the ear E without completely plugging the ear canal to close the ear canal, and the headphone 1 of the present application can be stably worn on the ear E.
It should be appreciated that the in-ear wearing housing 111 may take other shapes, such as circular, square. The arrangement angle, the size, or other parameters can be set so that it can be partially inserted into the ear canal while not completely closing the ear canal.
The accessory detachable headset 1 further comprises the headset body 10 further comprising a power supply unit 14 and a control unit 13. In the embodiment of the present application, the power supply unit 14 and the control unit 13 are electrically connected to each other and are installed in the external ear clip case 112. The outer ear clip housing 112, the power supply unit 14, and the control unit 13, and other components mounted in the outer ear clip housing 112 collectively form an outer ear clip portion of the earphone body 10. Accordingly, the outer ear clip portion is adapted to be worn on the rear side of the wearer's concha cavity E2.
It should be noted that, compared with the design that the power supply unit 14, the control unit 13, and the sound generating unit 12 are all assembled on the wearing part of the earphone adapted to be worn in the helix E1 in the prior art, the detachable earphone 1 for the accessory has a larger space for accommodating the sound generating unit 12, and allows for using sound generating components with larger size, thus improving the sound quality. Accordingly, the earphone 1 with detachable accessory has better output sound effect and is not easy to cause distortion of the sound effect. Meanwhile, the earphone 1 with detachable accessories is clamped at the ear E of a wearer, the in-ear wearing shell 111 containing the sounding unit 12 is close to the concha cavity E2, and the risk of sound leakage is reduced, so that the outside can hardly or completely hear the sound in the earphone, and the privacy of an audio player can be protected to a certain extent.
The power supply unit 14 includes a battery. The sound generating unit 12 is electrically connected to the power supply unit 14 and the control unit 13. In particular, the sound generating unit 12 may be connected to the power supply unit 14 and/or the control unit 13 by means of an electrical connection line 16. Accordingly, the main housing 11 has a routing channel 114 for receiving and confining the electrical connection wires 16 within the earphone body 10. Preferably, the battery may be a rechargeable battery so as to be repeatedly charged to supply electric power for repeated use. Accordingly, the power supply unit 14 further includes at least one charging portion electrically connected to the battery. The charging section may be implemented as a charging port adapted to connect a charging wire; the charging section may also be embodied as a charging contact adapted to interfere with a charging contact in an adapted charging cartridge.
The control unit 13 includes a control circuit board 131 and at least one control operation member 132. The control operation member 132 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 131. Specifically, the connection may be made to the control circuit board 131 through the electrical connection line 16, and may be integrated with the control circuit board 131. The control operation member 132 is used for controlling the state of the earphone 1 with detachable accessories, so as to realize operations such as volume adjustment, channel switching, on/off, answering a phone call, and the like. Specifically, the different adjustments may be achieved by controlling the operation time, the number of operations, and the like of the control operation member 132. The wearer transmits signals to the control circuit board 131 by operating the control operation member 132, and further processes and gives instructions through the signal processing unit of the control circuit board 131, thereby realizing different function adjustment.
Alternatively, the control operation member 132 may be implemented as a push button, or may be implemented as other types of operation members, such as a rocker type, a touch sensing type.
It will be appreciated that the control circuit board 131 of the headset 1 with detachable accessory may be integrated with a communication module and a microphone. The microphone is used for collecting voice instructions of a wearer and transmitting the voice instructions to the communication module. Optionally, the control circuit board 131 further integrates an intelligent analysis module, such as an artificial intelligent module, which can improve the interactivity between the control circuit board and the terminal device and the wearer, for example, through interaction with the terminal device, not only can control playing of audio and video, make a call, but also can provide network information for the wearer, make network shopping, send mail, control home equipment or office equipment, etc.
For example, the accessory detachable headset 1 may be used as an intelligent voice interaction terminal device, when the wearer wears the accessory detachable headset 1 to drive a new energy automobile, the wearer of the accessory detachable headset 1 sends a voice command of "defogging" to the accessory detachable headset 1, the communication module receives the command of the wearer and then transmits the command of "defogging" to the induction system of the automobile, and the automobile automatically starts a defogging mode after receiving the signal transmitted by the communication module. The wearer of the accessory detachable earphone 1 sends an automatic parking voice command to the accessory detachable earphone 1, the communication module transmits the automatic parking command to an induction system of the automobile after receiving the command of the wearer, and the automobile automatically enters an automatic parking mode after receiving the signal transmitted by the communication module. It will be appreciated that the voice interaction is only used as an example, and the earphone 1 with detachable accessory can be more widely applied to intelligent interaction scenes of various living and working such as intelligent home control, intelligent office, intelligent call, intelligent driving, intelligent medical care and the like.
That is, the earphone 1 with detachable accessories can be used as an artificial intelligent assistant device, which acquires the instruction in real time through audio, recognizes and processes the acquired information, feeds back the operation according to the semantic result, and finally performs the corresponding intelligent control work.
It should be noted that the microphone may have an algorithm built-in to have a noise reduction effect, that is, the microphone may reduce noise in the environment when receiving a voice command of the wearer, so that the microphone may obtain purer voice of the wearer.
A hearing aid unit 15 may also be integrated on the control circuit board 131. The hearing aid unit 15 comprises an amplifier for increasing the intensity of the electric wave, a receiver for converting the electric energy back into sound waves, and the like, wherein sound can be collected by the microphone and converted into electric waves. The hearing aid unit 15 has a function of assisting the hearing recovery of the user. The control circuit board 131 coordinates the output relationship between the hearing aid unit 15 and the sound generating unit 12 during wearing of the headphones 1 with detachable accessories.
In particular, the accessory detachable earphone 1 combines a hearing aid and an earphone with each other, that is, the accessory detachable earphone 1 centralizes the functions of sound output and hearing aid. Stated another way, the headset 1 with detachable accessory can be used to make a call or to assist a user in hearing a person speaking, and the headset 1 with detachable accessory can be switched autonomously in both cases. When a call is made, the control circuit board 131 of the earphone 1 with detachable accessory processes the signal and is connected to the mobile phone through bluetooth, and at this time, the function of making a call is switched. At ordinary times, the accessory detachable earphone 1 can be used as a hearing aid, is convenient for users with bad hearing, avoids the phenomenon that the earphone and a hearing aid part jointly occupy the auditory canal of the user to cause insufficient occupied space, and avoids a series of troubles. That is, the earphone 1 with detachable accessory can be compatible with hearing aid functions, and thus, the trouble that a wearer with hearing impairment cannot wear a hearing aid while wearing the earphone can be avoided.
As described above, it is further preferable that the main casing 11 is manufactured by a 3D printing technique, and the manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced to some extent. Accordingly, the present application proposes a method for manufacturing an earphone 1 with detachable accessory, as shown in fig. 8, the method for manufacturing the earphone 1 with detachable accessory comprises the steps of: s110, providing a sounding unit 12, a power supply unit 14 and a control unit 13; s120, forming the main housing 11 by a 3D printing technology, where the main housing 11 includes an in-ear wearing housing 111, an out-ear clip housing 112, and a connection housing 113, where the connection housing 113 is connected between the in-ear wearing housing 111 and the out-ear clip housing 112, and the in-ear wearing housing 111, the out-ear clip housing 112, and the connection housing 113 enclose to form a clip cavity 101, and the in-ear wearing housing 111 is adapted to be worn on a front side of a concha cavity E2 of a wearer, and the out-ear clip housing 112 is adapted to be worn on a rear side of the concha cavity E2 of the wearer; and S130 of attaching the sound generating unit 12, the power supply unit 14, and the control unit 13 to the main casing 11.
It should be noted that the main housing 11 may be formed in other ways.
