The CCD cameras installed at both ends of the bottom of the support mounting plate monitor in real time the shape changes of the plastic packaging bags on both sides of the fixed limit assembly during the stretching test. In combination with the installed displacement sensor, the shape changes and deformation sizes of the plastic packaging bags when subjected to different stretching forces can be detected. When the plastic packaging bag breaks after being stretched, the installed buffer will act on the mobile support plate to avoid collision between the mobile support plate and the U-shaped mobile support frame. In addition, the control moving mechanism drives the U-shaped mobile support seat to move to a specified longitudinal position, cuts a specified local area of the plastic packaging bag, and cuts the plastic packaging bag during the movement of the U-shaped mobile support seat.
