Description

Intelligent ultrapure water quality control system and control method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of ultrapure water treatment, in particular to an ultrapure water quality intelligent control system and a control method thereof.
Background
Ultrapure water is required for biochemical tests and other chemical tests in hospitals, but water used in clinical laboratory in hospitals is intermittent, and the quality of the ultrapure water is not changed for a long time after the ultrapure water is produced. The purity of ultrapure water is gradually reduced, and the consistency of the inspection data is affected by insufficient purity for the clinical laboratory staff. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the water quality of ultrapure water.
However, most of common water quality monitoring adopts to establish water quality acquisition equipment in the ultrapure water machine, and operating personnel takes out and judges whether the value that gathers on the water quality acquisition equipment accords with the water quality requirement in a certain time, has unable real-time data of reading, unable real-time monitoring water quality information, and the manual judgment precision is relatively poor grade shortcoming.
The intelligent water control system is a system for realizing the intelligent management and control of water resources through a technical means, and can realize the automatic monitoring, regulation and control and management of the water resources, and currently, the intelligent water control system is used for controlling an ultra-pure water machine in the prior art so as to solve the problem that the water quality cannot be monitored in real time.
For example, patent publication No. CN102650859B discloses an intelligent control system and control method for an ultrapure water machine, the system comprises a controller, a touch screen, a water supply pump, a flushing valve, a water taking valve, a water inlet valve, a booster pump, an ultraviolet lamp, a water taking flowmeter, a source water flowmeter, a buzzer, a conductivity transmitter and a resistivity transmitter, an external power supply is respectively connected with the controller, the touch screen, the conductivity transmitter and the resistivity transmitter through transformers, and the touch screen is connected with a control port on the controller to form a touch screen control loop. The intelligent water supply system has the functions of accurately taking water, monitoring water quality, controlling waterways and the like of the touch screen, can realize the accurate automatic water taking of the touch screen through the touch screen, realizes the visual and controllable water treatment and water taking process, monitors the water quality information in real time, stops the machine and alarms if the water quality exceeds a set value, and is convenient for timely processing. However, the invention has no design of re-purification after the water quality exceeds the set value, and can not continuously stabilize the water quality.
For another example, patent publication CN111453885B discloses a real-time monitoring method and system for ultrapure water treatment, the method comprising the steps of: raw water is added: firstly, raw water to be treated passes through a raw water tank of a water adding unit and is led into a filtering unit through a raw water pump to carry out multi-step filtering treatment; raw water dosing: the filtered raw water is led into a solution tank, then the scale inhibitor required by the reaction is added into the solution tank through a dosing pump, and the dosage is measured in real time through a dosing measuring module. The controller records the adding amount of the scale inhibitor of each shift, checks the water yield of the reverse osmosis system during the period with the required adding amount of the scale inhibitor, discharges the scale inhibitor through the transition box according with the standard, and starts the reflux pump when the scale inhibitor does not meet the standard. The water inlet end of the reflux pump is communicated with the three cavities of the transition box through the four-way pipe and the branch pipes, the surface of each branch pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the water outlet end of the reflux pump is communicated with the filtering unit. The invention can carry out the purification treatment again on the water which does not meet the standard. However, the invention directly returns the water which does not reach the standard to the filtering unit, and the water is subjected to dosing, precise filtering and reverse osmosis filtering again, so that the purification process is numerous and the purification efficiency is low. The water quality is not considered to be classified and judged, and targeted filtration or reverse osmosis purification is carried out according to the water quality grade, so that the purification efficiency is improved.
Therefore, if the ultrapure water quality intelligent control system can be provided, the water quality stability of the ultrapure water can be improved and the purification efficiency can be improved on the basis of real-time monitoring of the water quality, so that the intelligent level of the water quality intelligent control system can be improved more favorably.

In some embodiments, the water quality capable of being subjected to secondary purification by reflux is water quality which is determined to be subjected to primary or secondary reflux purification after integrated calculation, so that the water quality data of the water quality can meet the water quality standard of ultrapure water outlet.
After the integration calculation, judging that the current water quality still cannot meet the water quality standard of the ultrapure water after the current water quality is subjected to reflux purification twice, namely, executing a warning program when the water quality data exceeds a fourth risk interval. In general, when the water quality data exceeds the fourth risk interval, it is indicated that the ultrapure water initially prepared is stored in the ultrapure water tank 11 for a long time, for example, for five days or the like, and the water quality thereof is seriously deteriorated. In this case, it is preferable to drain the current pure water and re-inject the raw water to prepare ultrapure water so as to avoid the growth of more impurities such as bacteria in the system.
In some embodiments, pure water at different water quality grades is returned to the corresponding purification units through water quality grading, so that the purification flow is reduced, and efficient purification is realized.
In some embodiments, the invention screens out effective water quality data by integrating calculations to improve the accuracy of the rating results. The effective water quality data is data corresponding to water quality parameters contained in each risk interval.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and its effectiveness, and are not intended to limit the invention. Modifications and variations may be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications and variations of the invention be covered by the claims, which are within the ordinary skill of the art, be within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
