工作原理:根据箱体的边长,启动电推杆一11带动连接块9升降,即可在连杆一10的作用下,使得多个限位板6同时在调节板4上滑动,将限位板6内侧的夹角看作正方形的一角,在四个限位板6的作用下,形成一个与箱体边长相同的正方形,即可完成初步调节工作;然后将装有蔬菜的箱体放置在传送带2上,随着传送带2的运转,箱体移动至传送带2最左端,且箱体从传送带2上脱离后,会处于调整台5上,然后启动电推杆二18带动连接板24上升,即可使多个贴合柱19同时上升并穿过调整台5的凹槽,直至贴合柱19上端面高过调整台5上端面,然后启动电机一25带动一侧的连杆三37和齿轮35转动,并在齿圈22的效果下,使得多个连杆三37和连杆二36同时转动,当连杆二36和连杆三37之间的夹角发生变化时,即可使滑杆四40在滑套39内腔滑动,多个位移块26同时移动,使多个贴合柱19同时靠近调整台5的中心,当多个贴合柱19均与箱体贴合时,箱体被摆正,箱体的四边与调整台5四边平行,此时,箱体的四角刚好对准限位板6的内侧夹角,然后启动电推杆三28带动升降板29在滑杆三27上滑动并上升,直至硬管20穿过调整台5中部的通孔,吸盘21与箱体底部接触贴合,然后利用真空泵30,将吸盘21处的空气抽出,使吸盘21将箱体吸附住,然后再次驱使多个贴合柱19远离箱体,然后在电推杆三28作用下,使吸盘21带动箱体上升,当箱体上侧夹角与支撑块41底部接触时,会对支撑块41造成挤压,使得支撑块41滑动,滑杆一14在套筒13内腔滑动,弹簧15被压缩,当支撑块41一侧端面与限位板6一侧端面平齐时,箱体边缘与限位板6内侧贴合,箱体继续上升,当箱体下端面高于支撑块41上端面时,弹簧15复原,支撑块41复位,即可对箱体的底部进行支撑,从而实现箱体的放置,重复上述操作,即可通过后续箱体挤压上方箱体的方式,来使多个箱体叠放,且边缘对齐,从而省去了人工手动将箱体从传送带2上卸下的过程,较为节约人力,并且,取下来的多个箱体呈整齐叠放状态,包装时,可依次将多个箱体取下,来对其中的蔬菜进行包装,便于人员对箱体中的蔬菜进行分类和识别,不易出现包装混淆的情况,保证了包装工作的顺利进行;并且,由于箱体为上方开放式,所以,当箱体内部装有蔬菜时,蔬菜可能会因倚靠在箱体边缘处,而高处箱体上端面,当出现这种情况时,如果箱体进行叠放,则会出现箱体间对蔬菜造成挤压的情况,容易造成蔬菜的破损,影响蔬菜的质量,所以,当箱体处于调整台5上,且被摆正后,根据箱体上端面的高度,利用电推杆四32带动两侧的推板7升降,使得推板7下端面与箱体上端面平齐,然后同时启动两侧的电机二34带动双向螺纹杆38转动,即可使左右两侧的滑块33同时滑动并相互靠近,使推板7从箱体左右两侧向箱体中部靠近,当箱体下端面在箱体上端面上划过时,会对因倚靠而高处箱体上端面的蔬菜进行推动,使其倾倒平放,直至两个推板7贴合,且通过两个推板7从箱体左右两侧开始移动并相互靠近的方式,可防止推板7将蔬菜向箱体边缘挤压,导致蔬菜破损的情况,即可避免了箱体在叠放时,出现箱体间对蔬菜造成挤压的情况,保证了蔬菜的质量,不易破损;从而利用防挤压式叠放机构,当多个装有蔬菜的箱体经传送带2输送到指定位置后,可对多个箱体进行收集,并整齐叠放,省去了人工手动将箱体从传送带2上卸下的过程,较为节约人力,并且,由于多个箱体呈整齐叠放状态,所以,当需要对蔬菜进行包装时,可依次将多个箱体取下,来对其中的蔬菜进行包装,便于人员对箱体中的蔬菜进行分类和识别,不易出现包装混淆的情况,保证了包装工作的顺利进行,并且,在箱体被摆正,且向上移动前,可驱使推板7从箱体左右两侧向箱体中部靠近,通过箱体下端面在箱体上端面划过的方式,可对因倚靠而高处箱体上端面的蔬菜进行推动,使其倾倒平放,并低于箱体上端面,即可避免了箱体在叠放时,出现箱体间对蔬菜造成挤压的情况,保证了蔬菜的质量,不易破损,当传送带2运转时,可通过启动电机三42带动毛刷辊8转动,利用毛刷辊8来与传送带2表面形成摩擦,即可对传送带2表面残留的蔬菜残渣进行清理,保证了传送带2表面的洁净,避免了因传送带2表面残留有蔬菜残渣,而造成传送带2运行不畅或堵塞的现象,且可以减少工作区域的异味和污垢,提高了工作环境的舒适度。Working principle: according to the side length of the box, start the electric push rod 11 to drive the connecting block 9 to rise and fall, and under the action of the connecting rod 10, multiple limit plates 6 can slide on the adjustment plate 4 at the same time, and the angle inside the limit plate 6 is regarded as a corner of the square.
