The invention belongs to the technical field of activated carbon treatment devices, and particularly relates to a device and a method for treating activated carbon in coking wastewater.
Background
The coking wastewater contains a large amount of organic pollutants and inorganic pollutants, so that the coking wastewater needs to be subjected to precipitation treatment by adopting agents such as active carbon and the like when being treated. The utility model discloses a desulfurization wastewater zero-emission treatment process (publication number is CN 105152449B) in the coking industry; in the pretreatment of the wastewater, the desulfurization wastewater is pumped into a sedimentation tank, and most suspended matters are removed through sedimentation separation. Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-8, an activated carbon treatment device in coking wastewater comprises a treatment box 1, a partition plate 2 and a stirrer 6; the treatment box 1 is internally provided with a premixing cavity 3 and a sedimentation cavity 4, the premixing cavity 3 is used for premixing to obtain high-concentration liquid, and the sedimentation cavity 4 is used for sedimentation.
The premixing cavity 3 is communicated with the sedimentation cavity 4, and the communication part can be separated by a separation plate 2 arranged in the sedimentation cavity 4; to avoid a large amount of liquid flowing into the settling chamber 4 during mixing in the premix chamber 3. A driving mechanism 5 is arranged on the treatment box 1, and the separation plate 2 is driven to move along the sedimentation cavity 4 by the driving mechanism 5.
The stirrer 6 is arranged on the partition plate 2, and the partition plate 2 can drive the stirrer 6 to move together. The stirring operation of the premix chamber 3 and the sedimentation chamber 4 can be performed by the stirrer 6.
Specific: a communication hole 7 is arranged in the middle of the partition plate 2, and a plurality of rotary blocking spoilers 8 are arranged at the communication hole 7; a rotating shaft 9 which is rotationally connected with the partition plate 2 is fixed on each plugging spoiler 8; a return spring 10 is arranged between each rotating shaft 9 and the partition plate 2; the blocking spoilers 8 rotate to enable the reset springs 10 to generate elastic potential energy; the return spring 10 is a torsion spring.
When the partition plate 2 is positioned at different positions, the functions of the partition plate are different; the three conditions are mainly divided:
One is when the partition plate 2 is located at the communication between the premixing chamber 3 and the sedimentation chamber 4: each plugging spoiler 8 is attached to the plugging communication hole 7; that is, the premixing chamber 3 and the sedimentation chamber 4 may be partitioned by the partition plate 2. At this time, the liquid in the premix chamber 3 is stirred by the stirrer 6 to obtain a high-concentration liquid. In the above-mentioned separation, the premixing chamber 3 and the sedimentation chamber 4 are not completely isolated, and the liquid in the premixing chamber 3 may flow into the sedimentation chamber 4 through the gap between the lower portion of each blocking spoiler 8 and the partition plate 2, but the gap is smaller, which does not affect the obtaining of the liquid with high concentration.
The second is when the partition plate 2 moves along the sedimentation chamber 4: at this time, the premixing cavity 3 is stirred to obtain high-concentration liquid, and spaces exist among the plugging spoilers 8. The stirrer 6 (in a starting state) is driven to move from the premixing cavity 3 to the sedimentation cavity 4 through the movement of the separation plate 2, and the liquid in the premixing cavity 3 and the coking wastewater in the sedimentation cavity 4 are fully stirred and mixed through the stirrer 6 and each plugging spoiler 8, and then sedimentation is carried out.
Thirdly, in the sedimentation process, the separation plate 2 is positioned at the communication position between the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4; avoiding a large amount of sediment from falling on the stirrer 6; and after the precipitation is finished, the coking wastewater after flocculation precipitation is pumped out. Finally, the stirrer 6 is in the off state; the separation plate 2 moves, and scrapes out sediment in the sedimentation chamber 4 through the bottom of the separation plate, and finally the sediment is sent to a sludge pipe 26 communicated with the bottom of the sedimentation chamber 4. Specific: a sludge pump is communicated with the sludge pipe 26.
Through the structure, the problem that the mixture is precipitated without being mixed due to the limited stirring range in the stirring process of adding activated carbon and the like can be avoided.
Further, various structures may be employed to realize the rotational engagement of the respective blocking spoilers 8 to block the communication holes 7. The following structural arrangement is preferably adopted:
A connecting rod 12 is fixed on the rotating shaft 9 of each blocking spoiler 8, and each connecting rod 12 is hinged with a driving rod 11; a push rod 13 is provided in the treatment tank 1.
When the partition plate 2 moves to the communication position between the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4, the driving rod 11 is contacted with the push rod 13, so that each connecting rod 12 is driven to rotate (meanwhile, the reset spring 10 generates elastic potential energy) to enable each plugging spoiler 8 to rotate and fit; after lamination, no gap exists between the plugging spoilers 8. When the partition plate 2 moves into the sedimentation cavity 4, the driving rod 11 is not contacted with the push rod 13, the reset spring 10 releases elastic potential energy, and each plugging spoiler 8 rotates to generate a gap; on the one hand, the large resistance generated in the moving process of the partition plate 2 can be avoided; on the other hand, the stirring effect can be achieved through the blocking spoilers 8, and the full mixing of the liquid is ensured.
Specific: a water inlet pipe 24 is communicated with the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4; the sedimentation chamber 4 is communicated with a water outlet pipe 25. Coking wastewater can flow into the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4 through the water inlet pipe 24 respectively; the coking wastewater after precipitation is discharged through a water outlet pipe 25 and can be pumped out by a water pump.
Further, the push rod 13 is slidably connected with the treatment box 1, a thrust spring 14 is arranged between the push rod 13 and the treatment box 1, the thrust spring 14 is sleeved on the push rod 13, and two ends of the thrust spring 14 respectively prop against the push rod 13 and the treatment box 1. The push rod 13 and the driving rod 11 are provided with a buffer space by the thrust spring 14, so that the push rod 13 and the driving rod 11 are prevented from being impacted and damaged.
Further, the stirrer 6 includes a stirring shaft 15 and a stirring motor 16, and a connecting plate 27 is fixed on the partition plate 2; the upper end of the stirring shaft 15 is rotatably connected with a connecting plate 27; the shell of the stirring motor 16 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 27, and the output shaft of the stirring motor 16 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the stirring shaft 15; stirring is performed by driving the stirring shaft 15 to rotate by the stirring motor 16.
When the liquid in the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4 are mixed by the stirrer 6, the stirring shaft 15 can push the driving rod 11 to move by the reciprocating type ejector rod mechanism; and then each plugging spoiler 8 swings, and the stirring effect is further improved.
Further, the reciprocating type ejector rod mechanism specifically adopts a crank block mechanism, and comprises an ejector rod 17 and a movable rod 18, wherein the ejector rod 17 is in sliding connection with a connecting plate 27, and the front end of the ejector rod 17 is used for being in contact with a driving rod 11; a driving gear 19 is fixed on the stirring shaft 15, and a transmission gear 20 meshed with the driving gear 19 is rotatably connected on the connecting plate 27; both ends of the movable rod 18 are respectively hinged with a transmission gear 20 and the ejector rod 17. The stirring shaft 15 drives the driving gear 19 and the transmission gear 20 to rotate, the ejector rod 17 is pushed/pulled by the movable rod 18 to reciprocate, and the reciprocating swing of each plugging spoiler 8 is realized by matching with the reset spring 10.
Meanwhile, when the partition plate 2 moves to the communication position between the premixing cavity 3 and the sedimentation cavity 4, a gap exists between the driving rod 11 and the ejector rod 17; namely, when the stirrer 6 stirs the liquid in the premixing cavity 3, the plugging spoilers 8 are not driven to rotate.
Further, a supporting plate 21 is fixed at the bottom of the partition plate 2, and the lower end of the stirring shaft 15 is rotatably connected with the supporting plate 21; providing a better support for the stirring shaft 15.
Further, the shape of the treatment tank 1 is preferably a convex shape. The plugging spoiler 8 is specifically a wave plate, and is shaped like a Chinese character 'zhi'.
Further, the driving mechanism 5 adopts a screw nut mechanism; specific: the device comprises a screw rod 22 and a nut 23, wherein the nut 23 is fixedly connected with the partition plate 2; the screw rod 22 is rotationally connected with the processing box 1, and the screw rod 22 is in threaded connection with the nut 23; the screw 22 is connected with a motor, and the screw 22 is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the driving nut 23 and the partition plate 2 move along the screw 22.
Further, in order to improve the smoothness of movement; a guide rod 28 which is connected with the separation plate 2 in a sliding way is fixed in the sedimentation cavity 4, and a corresponding through hole is arranged on the separation plate 2.
A method for treating active carbon in coking wastewater adopts an active carbon treatment device in coking wastewater, and the coking wastewater flows into a premixing cavity 3 and a sedimentation cavity 4 respectively; adding powdered activated carbon, polyaluminium chloride flocculant and cationic polyacrylamide into the premixing cavity 3, and fully mixing the coking wastewater, the powdered activated carbon, the polyaluminium chloride flocculant and the cationic polyacrylamide by using a stirrer 6 to obtain high-concentration liquid.
Wherein: the powdery activated carbon is used for removing organic matters, pigments and peculiar smell in the coking wastewater, and has the function of adsorbing the organic matters in the water to the surface thereof by adsorption, thereby purifying the water quality;
The polyaluminium chloride flocculant is used in flocculation and precipitation processes in coking wastewater treatment, and has the function of aggregating suspended substances and colloid substances in water into larger agglomerates so as to facilitate subsequent filtration or precipitation removal;
Cationic polyacrylamides are used in flocculation and precipitation processes in the treatment of coking wastewater, which function to improve water quality by agglomerating suspended materials in the water into large masses.
The division plate 2 drives the stirrer 6 and each plugging spoiler to move, so that high-concentration liquid is mixed with coking wastewater in the sedimentation cavity 4, and impurities in the high-concentration liquid are flocculated and sedimented; after the sediment, the sediment is scraped to a sludge pipe 26 by a partition plate 2 and discharged.
The above description is given of only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
