The upper layer fixed slideway 6, the lower layer fixed slideway 9 and the turnover slideway 23 all adopt fluent strip structures. In order to ensure that the material box slides smoothly on the slideway, the inclination angle of the fluent strip slideway can be arranged within the range of 5-10 degrees according to the different materials, sizes and weight specifications of the material box, and other material conveying modes such as a roller can be adopted if the material is heavier. The bottom of the material car is provided with the foot roller 10 with a braking function, so that the position of the material car can be conveniently moved and fixed. The double-row feed box has the possibility of clamping the box due to unstable movement in the conveying process. In order to avoid the occurrence of the clamping box phenomenon, an upper layer guide plate 7 and a lower layer guide plate 8 are arranged in the middle of the upper layer sliding channel and the lower layer sliding channel of the skip car.
The feeding and discharging working process of the invention comprises the following steps:

4. The lifting mechanism 3 rises again to the upper layer of the skip car. In the ascending process, after the rotary supporting plate 22 is separated from the limiting column 25, the overturning slideway 23 is adjusted to have the same inclination angle as the upper layer sliding 6, meanwhile, the material box blocking rod 5 ascends, other 4 material boxes with parts on the upper layer are released, the material boxes slide down to the upper side of the material box overturning mechanism 2 along the slideway under the action of gravity, and a worker starts to take materials from the material boxes for a new round.
The lifting of the two layers of materials of the skip car is realized by adopting a mode that the cylinder drives the pulley block, as shown in fig. 6. The lifting pulley 36 is connected with the lifting mechanism supporting plate 32, and the air cylinder 4 drives the movable pulley block 35 to ascend (or descend), so that the lifting pulley 36 descends (or ascends), and the lifting mechanism supporting plate 32 is driven to descend (or ascend). The number of the movable pulleys in the lifting mechanism can be selected according to the stroke of the air cylinder and the lifting height requirement of the material. Generally, the larger the cylinder stroke, the more expensive the price. The skip car adopts a lifting system of the movable pulley block, so that the stroke of the air cylinder can be greatly shortened. For example, if the height of the empty box to be lifted is 500mm, the stroke ratio of the cylinder 4 and the lifting pulley 36 is 1 by adopting the movable pulley block structure shown in fig. 6: 4. namely, when the stroke of the air cylinder is 500/4=125 mm, the requirement of 500mm of the stroke of the skip car lifting mechanism can be met.
