After the cleaning is driven, the cleaning water in the transfer pipe 1402 enters the cleaning tank 110 through the water pipe 1403, the cleaning pipe 1404 and the cleaning nozzle 1405, is filtered through the gas filtering cover 1601 and the filtering ring 1602, and is finally discharged into the welding chamber through the gas discharge pipe 1603;
s6, discharging sewage;
the water that cleans the filter 1308 and the purification tank 110 is discharged through the transfer pipe 1402 in cooperation with the drain pipe 1701.
