The fish tank is a popular ornament in modern home, however, if the feed residues and fish are not cleaned for a long time, the water quality can be polluted, and the growth and health of the fish are affected, so how to treat the food residues and fish feces in the fish tank becomes a very important problem.
Traditional fish tank cleaning tools, such as fish nets, suction pipes and the like, cannot effectively filter fish feces and food residues, but a fish tank filtering separator exists in the market at present, and the device can be used for filtering the food residues and the fish feces in a fish tank and is mainly applied to ornamental fish cultivation; however, the filter screen in some current fish-to-fish separators is easy to be blocked after long-time use, so that the filtering effect is reduced, and the filter screen is inconvenient to manually and regularly disassemble and clean;
The vortex fan is adopted to rotate to drive water flow to clean the filter screen, but the vortex fan is generally arranged at the bottom of the filter screen, and vortex close to the vortex fan after starting can provide larger scouring force, but the cleaning effect on the structure of the filter screen is quite unsatisfactory.
In the existing fish tank, the adopted filtering system is only a circulating pump, and the filtering cotton and the filter material are combined for filtering, so that the filtering cotton needs to be replaced frequently, and the cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a fish tank filtering separator and application thereof, which are used for solving the problems of poor filtering effect, inconvenient and incomplete cleaning of a filter screen caused by easy blockage of the filter screen in a fish tank filtering device in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:

Separation part: the filter comprises a water inlet arranged at the top, wherein a filter assembly capable of axially rotating is arranged in the water inlet, and a water outlet is arranged on the side wall of the separation part;
A supporting part: the filter cartridge comprises a supporting funnel arranged in the filter cartridge, wherein a round groove for installing the filter cartridge is formed in the top of the supporting funnel;
Waste discharge part: comprises a sewage outlet arranged on the side wall of the bottom;
The bottom of the supporting funnel is provided with a waterproof motor, and the driving end of the waterproof motor is connected with the bottom of the filter cylinder and drives the filter cylinder to axially rotate.
Further, the filter component comprises a filter cylinder, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the side wall of the filter cylinder, bearings are arranged at two ends of the filter cylinder, the two bearings are respectively clamped in the water inlet and the round groove, a fixing frame is transversely arranged at the bottom of the filter cylinder, and the driving end of the waterproof motor is inserted in the fixing frame.
Further, the two ends of the filter cylinder are respectively provided with an outward folded edge, a supporting ring which is in an pillar-like fit is arranged between the folded edge and the outer part of the filter cylinder, and a compression ring which is buckled with the supporting ring is arranged at the outer surface of the folded edge.
Further, the supporting funnel is in a reverse buckle arrangement, the top of the supporting funnel is a round groove, the bottom of the supporting funnel is a wide-mouth end closely attached to the inner wall of the supporting part, and the waterproof motor is arranged at the geometric center of the inner funnel of the supporting funnel.
Further, the shoulder of the support funnel is provided with a plurality of shoulder seams, and the shoulder seams are positioned on the upper side of the position where the wide-mouth end of the support funnel is in contact with the inner wall of the support part.
Further, the separation part comprises an upper half part and a lower half part, the lower half part is an annular window, and the water outlet is arranged on the outer wall of the upper half part.
Further, a plurality of observation openings are formed in the side wall of the waste discharging portion, and the observation openings are located above the sewage draining opening.
Further, a cleaning opening is formed in the geometric center of the bottom surface of the waste discharge portion, and a rotary bottom cover is arranged at the cleaning opening.
Further, the water inlet is further provided with a connecting cover, the connecting cover comprises an outer rotary cover body, and a guide pipe capable of penetrating into the water inlet is arranged at the geometric center of the outer rotary cover body.
In a second aspect of the embodiment of the invention, the application of the fish tank filter separator relates to, in particular to a fish tank, which comprises a tank body, wherein the bottom of the tank body is provided with a filter box, a self-settling drain device is arranged in the tank body, a filter material box is arranged in the filter box, the bottom of the self-settling drain device is connected with a circulating pump, and the fish tank filter separator is arranged between the bottom of the self-settling drain device and the filter material box.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the fish tank filter separator has the following advantages: the separator comprises a separator body, wherein the separator body comprises a separating part, a supporting part and a waste discharging part which are sequentially assembled and connected, a water inlet is formed in the top of the separating part, a filtering component capable of axially rotating is arranged in the water inlet, and a water outlet is formed in the side wall of the separating part; the support hopper is arranged in the support part, and a round groove for installing the filter cartridge is formed in the top of the support hopper; a sewage outlet is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the waste discharging part; the bottom of supporting the funnel is equipped with waterproof motor, and waterproof motor's drive end is connected the bottom of straining the jar and is driven and strain the jar axial rotation, and it is rotatory through directly bringing to straining the jar through utilizing waterproof motor for strain jar whole rotation, thereby will block up the residue or the fish just clearance on straining the jar, clean effect better more thoroughly.
The fish tank adopts the fish tank filtering separator to form a process of separating and treating residues and fish feces, thereby reducing the cost.

1-3, Which illustrate a aquarium filter separator provided by an embodiment of the present invention, includes: the separator comprises a separator body, wherein the separator body comprises a separation part 1, a supporting part 2 and a waste discharge part 3 which are sequentially assembled and connected, a water inlet 11 is formed in the top of the separation part 1, a filtering component capable of axially rotating is arranged in the water inlet 11, and a water outlet 12 is formed in the side wall of the separation part 1; a supporting funnel 21 is arranged in the supporting part 2, and a round groove 22 for installing the filter cartridge 13 is arranged at the top of the supporting funnel 21; a drain outlet 31 is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the waste discharging part 3; the bottom of the supporting funnel 21 is provided with a waterproof motor 23, and the driving end of the waterproof motor 23 is connected with the bottom of the filter cylinder 13 and drives the filter cylinder 13 to axially rotate.
In this embodiment, the separating portion 1 includes an upper half and a lower half, the lower half is an annular window 19, specifically, a fully transparent structure, the water outlet 12 is disposed on the outer wall of the upper half, and the annular window 19 of the fully transparent structure can omnidirectionally observe whether the filter cartridge 13 is plugged, so as to clean the filter cartridge in time. The water body with separated water level at the water outlet 12 can directly enter the purification program for recirculation.
In still another embodiment, the side wall of the waste discharging portion 3 is provided with a plurality of observation ports 32, in this embodiment, 4 observation ports 32 are symmetrically arranged, so that the water quality inside the waste discharging portion 3 can be better understood, and the waste discharging treatment is required, wherein the observation ports 32 are located above the waste discharging port 31. The drain 31 is located at the lowest end of the waste discharging part 3, and the internal section of the waste discharging part 3 is in an inverted trapezoid structure, so that the bottom side surface of the waste discharging part forms an inclined plane, and residues or fish entering the waste discharging part 3 can be smoothly discharged.
In a specific structure, in order to better clean the inside of the waste discharging part 3, a cleaning opening 33 is formed in the geometric center of the bottom surface of the waste discharging part 3, a rotary bottom cover 34 is arranged at the cleaning opening 33, and when needed, the rotary bottom cover 34 is only required to be opened, so that the filtered matters inside the waste discharging part 3 can be discharged, and the use is convenient.
Compared with the prior art, the fish tank filter separator is directly brought to the filter cylinder 13 to rotate by utilizing the waterproof motor 23, so that the filter cylinder 13 integrally rotates, and residues or fish blocked on the filter cylinder 13 are cleaned, and the cleaning effect is better and more thorough.
In order to achieve the purpose of automatically cleaning the filter cartridge 13, as shown in fig. 4, the filter assembly comprises a filter cartridge 13, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the side wall of the filter cartridge 13, bearings 14 are arranged at two ends of the filter cartridge 13, the two bearings 14 are respectively clamped in the water inlet 11 and the round groove 22, a fixing frame 15 is transversely arranged at the bottom of the filter cartridge 13, the driving end of a waterproof motor 23 is inserted into the fixing frame 15, and the fixing frame 15 is fixed at the lowest end of the inner wall of the filter cartridge 13 in a welding mode.
In general, the filter cartridge 13 is basically made of a hard and lightweight plastic structure, and is easy to deform in the process of self-rotation, so that the filter cartridge 13 needs to be stabilized from two ends, specifically, two ends of the filter cartridge 13 are provided with folded edges 16 which are folded outwards, a supporting ring 17 which is matched with the filter cartridge 13 is arranged between the folded edges 16 and the outside of the filter cartridge 13, a compression ring 18 which is buckled with the supporting ring 17 is arranged on the outer surface of the folded edges 16, and meanwhile, the component can play a role of stabilizing installation in the bearing 14, and the thickness of the compression piece 18 can be adjusted according to the condition of a viewing mirror, so that the compact fixation is realized.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the supporting funnel 21 is provided with a reverse buckle, the top of the supporting funnel is provided with a round groove 22, the bottom of the supporting funnel is provided with a wide-mouth end closely attached to the inner wall of the supporting part 2, and the waterproof motor 23 is arranged at the geometric center of the inner bucket.
In the self-cleaning process of the filter screen, part of filter residues can fall on the outer side of the filter screen, so that the filter screen needs to be settled and discharged, specifically, a plurality of shoulder seams 24 are arranged on the shoulder portion of the supporting funnel 21, the gap between the shoulder seams 24 is larger than the maximum aperture of the filter screen, residues or fish falling on the outer side of the filter drum 13 in the process of cleaning the separation material on the filter drum 13 can fall into the waste discharging portion 3 along the shoulder seams 24, and the shoulder seams 24 are positioned on the inclined surface of the supporting funnel 21 where the wide-mouth end of the supporting funnel 21 contacts with the inner wall of the supporting portion 2.
It should be noted that during rotation of the filter cartridge 13, the water flow around the filter cartridge 13 is agitated, and the water flow agitates the separated matter through the shoulder seam 24.
In still another embodiment, in order to better dock the fish tank device and facilitate the mixed water to be separated to flow into the filter cartridge 13 better without being blocked at the bearing 14, referring to fig. 3 again, the water inlet 11 is further provided with a connection cover, the connection cover includes an outer spiral cover 110, the geometric center of the outer spiral cover 110 is provided with a guide tube 111 capable of penetrating into the water inlet 11, and the cover can play a role of pressing the filter cartridge 13, where the filter cartridge 13 can be taken out.
In the running process of the fish tank filtering separator, water to be separated automatically flows into the filter drum 13 through the water inlet 11 to be separated, separating liquid enters the purifying system through the water outlet 12 and circulates, the separating liquid is deposited in the filter drum 13 and is taken out through the connecting cover after a certain storage amount is observed, if only the filtered liquid is accumulated on the inner wall of the filter drum 13, the water-proof motor 23 is started to drive the filter drum 13 to rotate, the filtered liquid is cleaned under the scouring of centripetal force and water flow, and the water in the fish tank can be smoothly circulated and filtered.
Example 2
The embodiment relates to an application of a fish tank filtering separator, in particular to a fish tank, as shown in fig. 9, which comprises a tank body 4, wherein a filter tank 5 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body 4, a self-settling drain device 6 is arranged in the tank body 4, a filter material tank 7 is arranged in the filter tank 5, the bottom of the self-settling drain device 6 is connected with a circulating pump 8, and the fish tank filtering separator is arranged between the bottom of the self-settling drain device 6 and the filter material tank 7.
Wherein, in the application process, the filter medium case 7 sets up the active carbon for interior, for purifying the subassembly, its bottom and filter medium case 5 intercommunication, rivers can get into in the filter medium case 5, as the rivers direction in the figure, the rivers that contain residue and fish just in the cylinder body 4 flow into inside the filter along autodeposition blowdown ware 6, filter through straining a section of thick bamboo 13's filtration, the water after the filtration gets into in the filter medium case 7 along delivery port 12 and purifies, the water after purifying gets into in the filter medium case 5, circulate to the cylinder body 4 once more through circulating pump 8, circulating pump 8's circulating pipe stretches into the inside of autodeposition blowdown ware 6 and promotes the water to the last half of cylinder body 4, form the effect to the water automatic filtration and the purification in the cylinder body 4, strain a section of thick bamboo 12 and can carry out self-cleaning according to actual conditions, and necessary manual clearance, reduce maintenance cost, raise the efficiency.
