Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In one embodiment according to the present invention, a composite flexible compensation device is provided that can be installed in a piping system that fully exploits the respective advantages of rubber, metal bellows, and that is particularly applicable to high pressure variable load piping systems. The composite flexibility compensation device in this embodiment is further described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the composite flexibility compensation device in the present embodiment includes a first flange 1, a second flange 2, a metal bellows 3, a rubber connection pipe 4, a pumping mechanism 5, and a transmission pipe 6.
Wherein, the coaxial sleeve of metal bellows 3 and rubber connecting pipe 4 is established, and the both ends of metal bellows 3 length direction respectively with first flange 1 and second flange 2 sealing connection, the both ends of rubber connecting pipe 4 length direction respectively with first flange 1 and second flange 2 sealing connection, form accommodation space between metal bellows 3 and the rubber connecting pipe 4, pumping mechanism 5 communicates to accommodation space via transmission pipeline 6, and pumping mechanism 5 can pump pressure medium to accommodation space.
Illustratively, both the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 may be constructed of a metallic material. The first flange 1 and the second flange 2 may be constructed in a tubular structure having a certain length or a plate-like structure having a certain thickness and provided with through holes, and outer end surfaces of the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 remote from each other are capable of connecting pipes.
The metal bellows 3 may be made of carbon steel or stainless steel, etc., and the metal bellows 3 is constructed as a tube having a regular wave-like shape. In the present embodiment, both ends of the metal bellows 3 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 in a sealed manner, and may be connected by welding, for example.
The rubber connection pipe 4 may be made of rubber or the like, and the rubber connection pipe 4 is coaxially sleeved on the inner side or the outer side of the metal bellows 3. In the present embodiment, both ends of the rubber joint pipe 4 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 in a sealed manner, and may be connected by vulcanization, for example.
There is a gap between the metal bellows 3 and the rubber connection pipe 4, which is an accommodation space, and both ends of the accommodation space can be formed into a sealed space under the closure of the first flange and the second flange.
Further, in the present embodiment, the pumping mechanism 5 is connected to the accommodating space via the transmission pipe 6, the pumping mechanism 5 is capable of pumping a pressure medium into the accommodating space via the transmission pipe 6, and the pressure in the accommodating space can be controlled by means of the pressure medium.
In a practical application scenario, the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 may be used to install the composite flexible compensation device in a system pipeline with high pressure and variable internal pressure, and then, a pressure sensor is used to obtain the pressure in the system pipeline and transmit a corresponding pressure value to the pumping mechanism 5, so that the pumping mechanism 5 can pump the pressure medium into the accommodating space according to the pressure value, thereby adjusting the pressure in the accommodating space.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, when the metal bellows 3 is located inside the rubber connection pipe 4, if the pressure inside the system pipe is P1, the design pressure of the metal bellows 3 is P0, at which time the pumping mechanism 5 may pump the pressure medium into the receiving space with a pressure value of P2, and control P2 to be equal to P1-P0. Moreover, when the pressure sensor in the system line detects a change in P1, the pumping mechanism 5 provides a pressure P2 that also follows the change.
In this way, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the metal bellows 3 can be always maintained at the design pressure P0, so that the metal bellows 3 is prevented from being fatigued and damaged, the service life of the metal bellows is prolonged, and the pressure applied by the system pipeline is mostly borne on the metal bellows 3, and the rubber connecting pipe 4 positioned at the outermost side is only used for bearing the pressure of the pressure medium and the fluctuation pressure of the system pipeline, so that the overall bearing level is not too high, and the service life is also prolonged.
In still another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the metal bellows 3 is located outside the rubber connection pipe 4, if the pressure inside the system pipe is P1, at this time, the pumping mechanism 5 may pump the pressure medium into the accommodating space at the pressure value of P2, and control P2 to be equal to P1. If the design pressure of the metal bellows 3 is P0, when the pressure P1 inside the system pipeline reaches or is higher than the design pressure P0 of the metal bellows 3 outside, the pressure value P2 of the pumping mechanism 5 for pumping outside is equal to P0, so that the pressure fluctuation inside the system pipeline is borne by the rubber connecting pipe.
In this way, the pressure balance is maintained on the inner and outer sides of the rubber connecting pipe 4, the service life of the rubber connecting pipe 4 can be prolonged, and when large pressure fluctuation occurs in the system pipeline, the pressure can be borne by the rubber connecting pipe 4 and the metal bellows 3 on the outermost side together for compensation, and the service life is also enough.
Thus, the composite flexible compensation device according to the present embodiment can fully exhibit the advantages of the metal bellows 3 and the rubber connection pipe 4, and can realize pressure compensation in the high-pressure wave pipeline system, thereby having a sufficient range of application. Moreover, the metal corrugated pipe 3 and the rubber connecting pipe 4 can be matched with each other for bearing pressure, so that the service life is effectively prolonged, the maintenance frequency is reduced, and the economic efficiency is good. In addition, when one of the metal bellows 3 and the rubber connection pipe 4 is broken, the other can still play a role of sealing, and leakage of hazardous substances can be prevented in a short time, with higher safety.
In one embodiment, when it is required to transfer a substance that is not easily reacted with metal, for example, oil, as shown in fig. 1, the rubber connection tube 4 may be sleeved outside the metal bellows 3.
In yet another embodiment, when it is desired to transfer a substance that does not react easily with rubber, for example, water, as shown in fig. 2, the metal bellows 3 may be fitted over the rubber connection pipe 4.
In this embodiment, since the pressure medium in the accommodating space needs to be simultaneously in contact with the metal bellows 3 and the rubber connection pipe 4, pure water may be used as the pressure medium in order to avoid the reaction between the pressure medium and the metal bellows 3.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the metal bellows 3 can be effectively connected to the first flange 1 and the second flange 2, as shown in fig. 1, a first metal transition ring 7 is disposed on a side of the first flange 1 facing the second flange 2, a second metal transition ring 8 is disposed on a side of the second flange 2 facing the first flange 1, and both ends of the metal bellows 3 are respectively in sealing connection with the first metal transition ring 7 and the second metal transition ring 8.
Illustratively, one side of the first flange 1 in the length direction is used for connecting an external pipeline, the other side is provided with a first metal transition ring 7, and the first metal transition ring 7 may be integrally formed on the first flange 1. Then, one end of the metal bellows 3 is connected with the first metal transition ring 7 in a sealing way by welding.
Similarly, one side of the second flange 2 in the length direction is used for connecting an external pipeline, the other side is provided with a second metal transition ring 8, and the second metal transition ring 8 may be provided on the second flange 2 in an integrally formed manner. The other end of the metal bellows 3 is then sealed to the second metal transition ring 8 by means of welding.
Accordingly, in order to ensure that the rubber connection pipe 4 can be effectively connected to the first flange 1 and the second flange 2, as shown in fig. 1, a first rubber connection ring 9 is provided on a side of the first flange 1 facing the second flange 2, a second rubber connection ring 10 is provided on a side of the second flange 2 facing the first flange 1, and both ends of the rubber connection pipe 4 are respectively in sealing connection with the first rubber connection ring 9 and the second rubber connection ring 10.
Illustratively, one side of the first flange 1 in the length direction is used for connecting an external pipeline, the other side is provided with a first rubber connection ring 9, and the first rubber connection ring 9 may be provided on the first flange 1 in an integrally formed manner. After that, one end of the rubber connection pipe 4 is connected with the first rubber connection ring 9 in a sealing way by vulcanization.
Similarly, one side in the length direction of the second flange 2 is used for connecting an external pipe, the other side is provided with a second rubber connection ring 10, and the second rubber connection ring 10 may be provided on the second flange in an integrally formed manner. Then, the other end of the rubber connecting pipe 4 is connected with the second rubber connecting ring 10 in a sealing way by vulcanization.
As shown in fig. 1, when the rubber connection pipe 4 is sleeved outside the metal bellows 3, the first rubber connection ring 9 is disposed outside the first metal transition ring 7, and the second rubber connection ring 10 is disposed outside the second metal transition ring 8.
Or as shown in fig. 2, when the rubber connecting pipe 4 is sleeved on the inner side of the metal corrugated pipe 3, the first rubber connecting ring 9 is arranged on the inner side of the first metal transition ring 7, and the second rubber connecting ring 10 is arranged on the inner side of the second metal transition ring 8.
Further, in order to secure the connection of the transfer pipe 6 to the accommodation space, the first flange 1 is provided with a communication hole 11, one end opening of the communication hole 11 is located between the metal bellows 3 and the rubber connection pipe 4 and communicates to the accommodation space, the other end opening of the communication hole 11 is located at the outer peripheral wall of the first flange 1, and the transfer pipe 6 is connected to the other end opening of the communication hole 11.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the communication hole 11 has a first opening provided between the first metal transition ring 7 and the first rubber connection ring 9, and a second opening provided at the outer peripheral wall of the first flange 1, the inner wall of which is provided with a screw structure to which the transmission pipe 6 can be connected in a screw-connection manner.
In a specific embodiment, the communication hole 11 may include a lateral hole provided at an end face of the first flange 1 facing the second flange 2 and extending in a thickness direction of the first flange 1, one end opening of the lateral hole being connected to the accommodation space, and a vertical hole provided at an outer wall face of the first flange 1 and extending inward in a radial direction of the first flange 1, one end opening of the vertical hole being connected to the transmission pipe, the other end opening of the vertical hole and the other end opening of the lateral hole being communicated inside the first flange 1, as shown in fig. 1.
Thereby, after the communication hole 11 is connected to the transfer pipe 6, the pressure medium in the transfer pipe 6 can sufficiently enter the accommodation space.
In the present embodiment, the rubber connection pipe 4 is provided with a plurality of annular flanges extending in the circumferential direction thereof, the plurality of annular flanges being arranged at intervals in the length direction of the rubber connection pipe 4.
Through the above arrangement, the rubber connecting pipe 4 can be ensured to be elastically deformed effectively, and has enough structural strength.
Furthermore, both the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 can be connected to an external pipe by means of a bolt arrangement.
As an implementation, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer wall of the first flange 1 is provided with a first flange structure 12 extending outwardly in the radial direction thereof, the first flange structure 12 being provided extending in the circumferential direction of the first flange 1, the first flange structure 12 being provided with a mounting hole penetrating in the length direction of the first flange 1.
