The working principle is that when the discharging pipe 61 is opened after the impurity removal of the food grease is completed, the vegetable grease after the impurity removal flows out to be processed in the next step, the scraper 62 moves up and down to scrape the grease adhered on the inner wall of the discharging pipe 61, the influence of blockage caused by waste and grease accumulation is avoided, the X-shaped pressing rod 59 is pressed down to drive the connecting short rod 67 and the sucker 68 to be pressed down, the sucker 68 is contacted with the pressing plate 66 to suck the pressing plate 66 after the connecting short rod 67 and the sucker 68 are continuously pressed down to drive the pressing plate 66, the pushing column 64, the connecting plate 63 and the scraper 62 to be pressed down and scrape the grease on the inner wall of the discharging pipe 61, the X-shaped pressing rod 59 is lifted to drive the connecting short rod 67 and the sucker 68 to be lifted, the sucker 68 is lifted again to drive the pressing plate 66 to lift, the elastic telescopic tube 65 is lifted up, the internal spring can not be pulled up again after a certain distance, the elastic force of the spring enables the pressing plate 66 to be separated from the constraint of the sucker 68, the scraping plate 66 is bounced down at the moment, the moment the scraper 62 is struggled off with the inner wall of the discharging pipe 61 to be rapidly rubbed, the food grease is scraped out, and the discharging efficiency is further improved.
