Abstract

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a light-emitting keycap module, which includes a keycap 1, a light source assembly 3 and a contact pin group 4, wherein an optical microstructure 2 is disposed on a back surface 110 of the keycap 1, and the back surface 110 of the keycap 1 has a light cavity 101 recessed toward a surface 111 of the keycap 1, the light source assembly 3 includes a light source circuit board 31 and an LED lamp 32 disposed on the light source circuit board 31, the LED lamp 32 extends into the light cavity 101, and the contact pin group 4 is connected to the light source circuit board 31 and extends downward. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the back surface 110 of the key cap 1 is further provided with a hook 5, and the light-emitting key cap module further includes a scissor supporting leg 61 and an elastic body 62 connected with the hook 5. The light-emitting key cap module is further provided with a support plate 71 at the lower side thereof, a conductive circuit board 72 disposed at the upper side of the support plate 71 and a power supply circuit board 73 disposed at the lower side of the support plate 71, the scissors supporting feet 61 are connected to the support plate 71, the support plate 71 is generally an iron plate or a steel plate, the scissors supporting feet 61 are movably supported, and a supporting structure for resetting after pressing is formed by matching with the elastic body 62. The scissors supporting legs 61 support the key cap 1 so that a gap is provided between the key cap 1 and the conductive wiring board 72. In order to ensure that the light source assembly in the key cap can keep conductive, the supporting plate 71 and the conductive circuit board 72 have notches for the contact pin group 4 to be inserted into contact connection with the power supply circuit board 73.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the contact pin group 4 includes an anode contact pin and a cathode contact pin, taking the anode contact pin as an example, the specific structure is as follows: the positive electrode contact pin comprises a pin sleeve 41, a thimble 42 arranged in the pin sleeve 41 and a spring 43, wherein the thimble 42 is provided with a top end 421 extending outwards to the outer side of the pin sleeve 41, and the spring 43 is propped against the tail end of the pin sleeve 41. Because the contact pin group 4 is connected to the light source circuit board 31, the light source circuit board 31 moves up and down along with the pressing reset of the key cap 1, and the spring 43 and the thimble 42 are matched, so that the light source circuit board 31 can move up and down, and the power supply circuit board 73 at the lower end contacted with the spring 43 or the needle sleeve 41 through the thimble 42 can also be kept.
Of course, the thimble 42 may extend from the upper end or the lower end of the needle sleeve 41, and if extending from the lower end, i.e. the top 421 of the thimble 42 contacts the power supply circuit board 73 below, the spring is located on the other side. In this embodiment, in order to conform to the habit of use and to maintain the touch, the tip 421 extends from the upper side of the needle sleeve 41 and is connected to the light source circuit board 31, one end of the spring 43 abuts against the thimble 42, and the other end abuts against the power supply circuit board 73. Also seen in the drawing, the tip 421 thereof has the uppermost end of the needle sheath 41 protruding a distance, which is understood to be the distance by which the light source circuit board 31 moves down.
In the new embodiment, the optical microstructures may be a plurality of protruding points protruding downwards from the back surface 110 of the key cap 1. Or may be a plurality of bumps protruding downward from the back surface 110 of the key cap 1.
Furthermore, the optical microstructure 2 is cylindrical or polygonal. The device has a simple structure and is easy to realize the refraction and condensation effect.
Of course, the optical microstructure 2 is a polygon with a tip. Such as triangle or diamond, the above-described effects can be achieved by a simple structure as well.
In addition, in order to achieve the light-condensing effect at a plurality of places in the key cap, a plurality of optical microstructures 2 form a plurality of optical microstructure sets which are distributed at intervals. The light emitted from the light source in the lamp cavity 101 is equivalent to light passing along the inner layer of the key cap and is concentrated on the optical microstructure sets to form a plurality of concentrated light condensation, so that various light effects can be conveniently realized on the surface of the key cap.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the optical microstructure sets include a first optical microstructure set 21 distributed along the periphery of the lamp cavity 101, a second optical microstructure set 22, a third optical microstructure set 23, a fourth optical microstructure set 24, a fifth optical microstructure set 25, a sixth optical microstructure set 26, and a seventh optical microstructure set 27, which are located at the periphery of the first optical microstructure set 21 and distributed along the periphery of the back surface 110.
In this embodiment, the optical microstructure 2 and the lamp cavity 101 are integrally formed with the key cap 1 for convenience of manufacture.
In the embodiment of the invention, the contact pin group 4 is added, which inevitably causes more resistance to pressing the key cap, and in order to make the key cap more balanced for a user to have better hand feeling, the contact pin group 4 is close to the corner of the key cap 1 or the positive contact pins and the negative contact pins are distributed on two sides of the LED lamp 32. The corresponding power supply circuit board 73 only needs to set 1 group of corresponding positive and negative contact points at the corresponding position of each key cap 1.
Of course, a plurality of groups of contact pin groups 4 can be provided, and the contact pin groups 4 are diagonally arranged or distributed at four side corners of the key cap 1. The corresponding power supply circuit board 73 is also provided with a plurality of groups of corresponding positive and negative contact points.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the power supply circuit board 73 is provided with multiple groups of positive and negative contact points 731 corresponding to the contact pin groups 4, so that multiple groups of light-emitting keycap modules can use a single power supply circuit board 73 together. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, after the power is input into the power supply circuit board 73, different resistors are configured according to the current requirements of each group of positive and negative contact points 731, so as to achieve the current limiting effect.
