The shaft member 260 includes a tube 261 and a rotating shaft 262, one end of the tube 261 and one end of the rotating shaft 262 are connected through a flange 264, the housing 420 is sleeved outside the tube 261, and an air outlet 263 is arranged on the outer wall of the tube 261 located inside the housing 420. The air in the dust box 410 is extracted by the air heater 310, so that the dust box 410 is in a negative pressure state, and the air in the case 120 and food dust of the air can enter the drum 230 through the holes in the mesh plate 270 below the drum 230, and at this time, the area above the drum 230 is covered by the pet food fed in the feeding bin 210. The air and dust entering the inside of the drum 230 enter the inside of the housing 420 through the bobbin 261 and the air outlet 263, and the dust communication air inside the housing 420 enters the inside of the dust box 410 through the connection pipe 430. Dust in the air is collected by the dust box 410, and the returned hot air is re-entered into the air heater 310 through the return air pipe 440 to be reused. The equipment not only can clean and collect dust scattered in the chassis 120, but also can recycle the hot air which flows back, so that energy loss is reduced.
In this embodiment, the box 340 is disposed in the chassis 120 at a position closer to the discharge port, and the inclined air outlet pipe 350 at the bottom of the box 340 blows hot air to the direction of the drum 230, so that the food in the chassis 120 is heated and the dust in the chassis 120 is blown to the drum 230, and the drum 230 can absorb the dust in the chassis 120 more efficiently, thereby further improving the collection efficiency of the dust in the chassis 120.
Further, a seal ring 460 is provided between the cover 420 and the bobbin 261. The outside of the sealing ring 460 is provided with a groove, and the sealing ring 460 is clamped at the port of the housing 420. The sealing ring 460 serves to seal a gap between the cover 420 and the bobbin 261.
Specifically, three air outlets 263 are provided, and the three air outlets 263 are distributed in a ring-shaped array outside the bobbin 261, and the arrangement of multiple groups of air outlets 263 realizes that dust rapidly enters the housing 420 from the bobbin 261. The outer side of the housing 420 is provided with a through hole 421, and one end of the connecting pipe 430 is communicated with the through hole 421.
The dust adhered to the screen plate of the dust filtering layer in the dust collecting box 410 in the integrated pet food particle processing, screening and drying equipment cannot be automatically cleaned, and the dust filtering efficiency of the dust collecting box 410 is affected if the dust collecting box is not cleaned timely after long-term use.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the dust box 410 includes a box body 411, a box cover 412, a vertical plate 413, an elastic layer 414, a filter screen 415 having an arc structure, a cotton filter plate 416, a vertical rod 417 and an elastic sleeve 418. The cover 412 is detachably mounted on the top of the case 411 by bolts. Two risers 413 are fixed respectively in the inside both sides of box 411, and elastic layer 414 sets up in two risers 413 one side, and filter screen 415 is installed on elastic layer 414, and cotton filter plate 416 is installed in the inside return air pipe 440 one side that is close to of box 411, and pole setting 417 top is connected with filter screen 415 evagination cambered surface and is set up, and the box 411 bottom is provided with the notch, and elastic sleeve 418 is installed in the notch inside, and pole setting 417 runs through in elastic sleeve 418, and pole setting 417 bottom is connected with quick-witted case 120 roof. Wherein, the elastic layer 414 and the elastic sleeve 418 can be made of food-grade latex or silica gel with good elasticity.
Dust in the air enters the box 411 through the connecting pipe 430, is filtered by the filter screen 415 and the cotton filter plate 416, and enters the air heater 310 through the return air pipe 440 to be recycled. Part of the dust will adhere to the outwardly convex camber of the screen 415. The vibrating motor 150 drives the chassis 120 to vibrate, the vibrating chassis 120 synchronously drives the filter screen 415 to vibrate through the upright bars 417, and the vibrating filter screen 415 can enable dust attached to the outer arc surface of the vibrating filter screen 415 to fall into the chassis 411, so that the filter screen 415 in the chassis 411 has a good filtering effect for a long time. The filter screen 415 of the arc structure also increases the filtering area of the air, and improves the filtering speed of dust in the air.
When the filtering effect of the filter screen 415 and the filter cotton plate 416 in the dust box 410 in the integrated pet food particle processing, screening and drying equipment is poor, the air inlet of the air heater 310 is difficult, the fan blade rotation resistance of the air heater 310 is easy to increase, and the air heater 310 is damaged.
When specifically provided, the screening process dust removal mechanism 40 includes an air make-up tube 470 and a pressure relief valve 480. One end of the air supply pipe 470 is communicated with a side wall of the box 411 close to the return air pipe 440, and the pressure release valve 480 is mounted on the air supply pipe 470. When the negative pressure in the space of the dust box 410 near the return air pipe 440 is larger, the external air enters the interior of the box 411 through the pressure release valve 480 and the air supplementing pipe 470 to supplement pressure, so as to avoid the excessive pressure difference and protect the air heater 310.
It should be noted that, specific model specifications of the vibration motor 150, the gear motor 221, and the air heater 310 need to be determined by selecting a model according to actual specifications of the device, and a specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the art, so that detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
