Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, in some cases, the sealing strip 1 'of the post external sealing structure is clamped in the metal insert 2', and the metal insert 2 'is fixed to the side wall metal plate 4' through the fastener 3', so that when the door glass 5' is lifted to the top, the door glass 5 'can bear against the sealing strip 1' to play a sealing role. One end of the outer pillar trim 8' is lapped on the windshield glass 6', and a sealing member 7' is sandwiched between the outer pillar trim 8' and the windshield glass 6', and the other end of the outer pillar trim 8' is lapped on the metal insert 2 '.
This post external seal structure + post external trim 8' is complex in structure, and the width of post external trim 8' is great, influences the aesthetic property, and the width of post external trim 8' between door glass 5' and windshield glass 6' is great, influences driver's field of vision (shielding of post external trim 8', results in forming the visual blind spot).
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the embodiment of the present application further provides a pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle, including: a first mounting groove 11, a second mounting groove 12 and a fixing portion 13.
The first mounting groove 11 is provided to mount the first seal 4 in sealing engagement with the door glass.
The notch of the second mounting groove 12 is facing away from the notch of the first mounting groove 11, and the second mounting groove 12 is configured to mount the second seal 5 in sealing engagement with at least one of the sun roof 32 and the windshield. Wherein the windscreen may comprise a front windscreen 31 and/or a rear windscreen 33, i.e. the second seal 5 may be in sealing engagement with at least one of the front windscreen 31, the sun roof 32 and the rear windscreen 33.
The fixing portion 13 is provided for fixing the pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle.
The first mounting groove 11 of the pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle can mount the first seal 4, and the first seal 4 can be in sealing engagement with the side edge of the door glass after the door glass (e.g., front door glass 21, rear door glass 22) is lifted; the second mounting groove 12 of the pillar outer panel 1 may mount the second seal 5, and the second seal 5 may be in sealing engagement with at least one of the sunroof glass 32 and the windshield; the fixing portion 13 of the pillar outer panel 1 may be fixed with other structures of the vehicle (such as the side wall assembly 8) to achieve fixing of the pillar outer panel 1. Therefore, the pillar outer panel 1 has not only a decorative effect but also the first seal 4 and the second seal 5 can be installed to achieve sealing with the door glass, the windshield glass, and the sunroof glass 32 of the vehicle.
Compared with the structure of the post external sealing structure plus the post external decorative plate 8' adopted in some cases, the structure of the metal insert 2' and the like for installing the sealing strip 1' is omitted in the embodiment of the application, and the first sealing element 4 and the second sealing element 5 are directly installed by using the post external decorative plate 1 for vehicles, so that the structure is simplified, and the width of the post external decorative plate 1 for vehicles is smaller, the aesthetic property is good, and the influence on the visual field is reduced.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle further includes: the common wall 115, the first and second side walls 111 and 112 provided at one end of the common wall 115, and the third and fourth side walls 121 and 122 provided at the other end of the common wall 115, the first, second and common walls 111 and 112 and 115 cooperate to form the first mounting groove 11, and the third, fourth and common walls 121 and 122 cooperate to form the second mounting groove 12.
In the pillar outer panel 1, a first side wall 111 and a second side wall 112 are disposed opposite to each other, and the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 and a common wall 115 cooperate to form a first mounting groove 11; the third side wall 121 and the fourth side wall 122 are oppositely arranged, and the third side wall 121, the fourth side wall 122 and the common wall 115 are matched to form the second mounting groove 12; the first mounting groove 11 and the second mounting groove 12 share a common wall 115, and the common wall 115 may form bottom walls (walls opposite to the notches) of the first mounting groove 11 and the second mounting groove 12. Sharing the common wall 115 is advantageous in simplifying the structure of the pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle and facilitating the processing and molding of the pillar outer panel 1 for a vehicle.
