Description

Rice surface polishing device for rice processing
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rice processing, in particular to a rice surface polishing device for rice processing.
Background
The polished rice flows down from the storage hopper and enters the polishing chamber under the action of the conveying auger, and meanwhile, the heated water (used when the room temperature is lower than 15 ℃) is fed into the auger and the air spraying pipeline through the rubber pipe and the nozzle by the temperature control water tank through the flowmeter, the water mist and the air spraying pipeline are mixed and then enter the polishing chamber, and the water mist is attached to the surface of rice grains, so that bran powder on the surface of the rice grains is condensed, and the surface of the rice grains is wet and softened. The rotary motion of the rollers in the polishing chamber enables the rice grains to continuously move in the polishing chamber, and in the motion process, relative motion and relative friction are generated among the rice grains, between the rice grains and the polishing rollers and between the rice grains and the rice screen. As the rice grain surface is moist and soft, the bran powder and acne on the rice grain surface can be removed by the friction, and the surface smoothness is improved, so that the rice grain is clean and bright, and the requirement of polishing the rice surface is met. Fine rice bran and paper scraps generated in the polishing process are sucked out by a bran suction fan through a screen.
The rice polishing machine mainly comprises a machine body, a feeding device, a polishing roller, a driving device, a discharging device and the like. The machine body is a basic framework of the rice polishing machine, and is formed by welding solid steel plates so as to ensure stable operation. The feeding device is a device for feeding untreated rice into the machine body. Typically, it consists of a hopper-shaped funnel and a conveyor belt, which automatically conveys the rice to the polishing roller. The polishing roller is a core component of the rice polishing machine and consists of a cylindrical roller. When the rice enters the polishing roller through the feeding device, the polishing roller rotates at a certain speed, so that the rice rubs against the surface of the polishing roller, and bran on the surface of the rice is removed. The driving device is a device for providing power to the polishing roller. Generally, it consists of an electric motor and a transmission system. The motor transmits power to the polishing roller through a transmission system to enable the polishing roller to rotate. The discharging device is a device for discharging polished rice from the machine body. Generally, it consists of a hopper-shaped hopper and a conveyor belt, which automatically conveys polished rice to a designated container or storage device. The working process of the rice polishing machine is as follows: first, untreated rice was put into a feeding device and fed into a polishing roll by a conveyor belt. Then, the driving device is turned on to start the rotation of the polishing roller. During the rotation, the rice rubs against the surface of the polishing roller and the bran is gradually removed. Finally, the polished rice is discharged through a discharging device, and the whole polishing process is completed.
The polishing machine in the prior art further comprises a water spraying device, the water spraying device is used for spraying water mist to rice, the water spraying device is generally installed in the polishing roller, a water injection pipe is installed in the feeding end of the polishing roller, an auxiliary water injection pipe is installed in the discharging chamber, and the water mist is sprayed outwards through the polishing roller. The water quantity in the middle of the polishing roller in the water-spraying mode is large, so that rice bran in the middle of the polishing roller is moist, a screen hole is easy to block, the water quantity at two ends is small, uneven rice water is caused, and the polishing quality of rice grains is affected. The water spraying device sprays water mist once before rice enters the polishing cavity, so that excessive water mist is generated on the front rice grains of the polishing roller, and almost no water mist is generated on the rear rice grains of the polishing roller, and the problem of uneven water of the rice grains is also caused.
Because of the obstruction of the rice layer close to the polishing roller, the rice far away from the polishing roller is difficult to water, and the problem of uneven water of the rice is aggravated.
In the prior art, the polishing effect of centripetal acceleration is an important condition for uniformly polishing rice grains when the rice is polished, namely, the polishing effect is generated on the rice grains by virtue of a certain centripetal acceleration of a polishing roller of a polishing machine. Experiments show that the polishing capability rises linearly with the increase of the circumferential linear speed of the polishing roller of the polishing machine. The closer the rice in the polishing cavity is to the polishing roller, the larger the centripetal force formed by the rotation of the polishing roller to the rice is, the higher the mobility of the rice is, the more friction is received, and the higher the polishing speed is; the smaller the rotation acting force of the polishing roller can be received by the rice far away from the polishing roller, the lower the mobility of the rice is, the less friction is received, so that the higher the polishing degree of the rice close to the polishing roller is in the radial direction of the polishing roller, the lower the polishing degree of the rice far away from the polishing roller is, and the uneven polishing of the rice is caused.
In addition, due to the influence of water mist, residual bran powder can be accumulated and adhered on the polishing roller, namely the so-called bran caking, not only the discharge of the polished bran powder is influenced, but also the heat dissipation in the polishing process is also influenced, broken rice is easily generated in the polishing process, and the polishing effect and the stability of operation are seriously influenced.

Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, the number of the upper dispersion grooves 93 is two and are located at both sides of the lower dispersion groove 94, and the sum of the sectional areas of the two upper dispersion grooves 93 is the same as the sectional area of the lower dispersion groove 94. The cross sections of the upper and lower dispersion grooves 93, 94 are circular or square.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12, the walls of the two upper dispersion grooves 93 are provided with surrounding upper mist air grooves 95, that is, the upper mist air grooves 95 surround the upper, lower, left and right walls of the upper dispersion grooves 93. Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a surrounding lower fog wind groove 96 is formed on the wall of the lower dispersion groove 94, the upper fog wind groove 95 and the lower fog wind groove 96 have the same structure, and the sections of the upper fog wind groove 95 and the lower fog wind groove 96 are wing-shaped, i.e. similar to the shape of a wing.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12, it can be seen from the schematic cross-sectional views of the upper fog wind groove 95 and the lower fog wind groove 96 that the upper fog wind groove 95 and the lower fog wind groove 96 form an air outlet frame, and the cavity of the air outlet frame is thinner towards the forward direction of the air supply, is completely closed, is thicker in the opposite direction, and leaves a narrower gap, which is the air outlet. The air flow spreads and fills the cavity of the air outlet frame, and the air flow is accumulated to a certain degree to exceed the normal air pressure outside the cavity, so that wind is formed. The cavity with a narrow end and a wide and thick end can force the internal air flow to move towards the cavity with a wider end, the air which is continuously extruded with each other can only leak from the fine slit, after the structure continuously runs for a period of time, the air supply pressure can be gradually enhanced, the air flow of the air outlet gap is faster, a negative pressure area is formed at the rear end of the air outlet, and the upper fog wind groove 95 in the prior art is used for applying a bladeless fan.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12, the upper fog wind groove 95 surrounding the groove wall forms a circular ring-shaped wind outlet frame, the wind outlet of the upper fog wind groove 95 is communicated with the inner cavity of the upper dispersing groove 93, and the wind outlet of the upper fog wind groove 95 faces to the outlet end of the upper dispersing groove 93. The box body 91 is provided with a fog air channel 97, the fog air channel 97 is communicated with the upper fog air groove 95, the fog air channel 97 is connected with a fog air pipe 11, the fog air pipe 11 is connected with an atomizer 12, the inlet end of the atomizer 12 is connected with a water tank 13, and the atomizer 12 and the water tank 13 are arranged on the top surface of the main box body 1. The atomizer 12 extracts clear water in the water tank 13, and vaporizes the clear water into mist, and the mist is conveyed into the mist air channel 97 through the mist air pipe 11, and the mist in the mist air channel 97 enters the upper mist air groove 95 and is sprayed out from an air outlet of the upper mist air groove 95. Because the air outlet of the upper fog air groove 95 is communicated with the inner cavity of the upper dispersion groove 93, when the rice grains pass through the upper dispersion groove 93, fog sprayed by the upper fog air groove 95 can be adhered to the rice grains, so that the function of spraying the rice grains is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, and fig. 12, since the upper dispersion grooves 93 are distributed along the axis of the polishing roller 5, mist can be additionally sprayed during the process of moving the rice grains from the front end to the rear end of the polishing roller 5. Compared with the mode of spraying water mist once before the rice grains enter the polishing cavity in the prior art, the application can supplement the water mist in the whole moving process of the rice grains, avoids the situation that the rice grains at the front end of the polishing roller 5 are moist due to the fact that too much water mist is sprayed once before the rice grains enter the polishing cavity, and prevents uneven rice polishing caused by too much water mist at the front end and too little water mist at the rear end of the polishing roller 5. In addition, to the mode that adopts in the prior art to set up the orifice on polishing roller 5 to outwards spray water smoke from the orifice, this kind of mode has the problem because the hindrance of rice grain, water smoke is difficult to be stained with on the rice grain far away from polishing roller 5 through the rice grain clearance, leads to the inhomogeneous problem of water smoke that sprays on the rice grain, then causes the rice grain to polish inhomogeneous. According to the application, the upper fog wind grooves 95 are formed around the groove walls around the upper dispersing grooves 93, so that water fog can be sprayed from the periphery of rice when the rice passes through the upper dispersing grooves 93, and the thickness of the rice layer in the upper dispersing grooves 93 is reduced because the rice which enters the upper dispersing grooves 93 and is only one half of the chamber of the polishing cavity, and meanwhile, the water fog is sprayed from the periphery of the rice layer, so that the probability of contact between the water fog and rice grains is greatly improved, and the rice is uniformly adhered with the water fog.
From fig. 9 and fig. 10, the direction of the air outlet of the upper fog wind groove 95 is consistent with the moving direction of the rice grains in the upper dispersing groove 93, and when the fog is sprayed out from the air outlet of the upper fog wind groove 95, negative pressure is formed at one side of the inlet end of the upper dispersing groove 93, the air flow outside the inlet end is pressed into the upper dispersing groove 93 to form the air flow flowing from the inlet end to the outlet end of the upper dispersing groove 93, the air flow forms the effect of sucking the rice grains, the smoothness of the movement of the rice grains in the upper dispersing groove 93 is increased, and the transfer of the rice grains from the right outer cavity to the left inner cavity through the upper dispersing groove 93 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a lower mist wind groove 96 is provided in the lower dispersion groove 94, and the structure, principle and function of the lower mist wind groove 96 are the same as those of the upper mist wind groove 95. And the air outlet of the lower fog air chute 96 is directed toward the outlet end of the lower dispersion chute 94 to create a suction effect on the movement of the rice grains from the inlet end to the outlet end of the lower dispersion chute 94, causing the transfer of the rice grains from the right inner chamber to the left outer chamber through the lower dispersion chute 94.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12, in the present application, the bulk bin 9 is formed by integrally combining a plurality of unit bulk bins 900, and meanwhile, a plurality of unit cavities formed by an upper dispersing groove 93, a lower dispersing groove 94, an upper mist air groove 95, a lower mist air groove 96 and a mist air channel 97 are formed on the bulk bin 9, and two lower mist air grooves 96 of the same unit bulk bin 900 are mutually communicated and then are communicated with the mist air channel 97. The communication modes of the upper and lower dispersion grooves 93, 94 of the adjacent unit dispersion tanks 900 are selected as follows, and the communication of the upper dispersion grooves 93 is exemplified as follows: the upper dispersion grooves 93 of the adjacent unit dispersion boxes 900 may be mutually communicated and then uniformly communicated with the mist air channel 97, or the upper dispersion groove 93 of each unit dispersion box 900 may be independently communicated with the mist air channel 97, or the upper dispersion grooves 93 of two or more unit dispersion boxes 900 may be mutually communicated as a module, and then the module is uniformly communicated with the mist air channel 97. The selection of the communication modes between the upper dispersion grooves 93 and the mist air channels 97 is mainly related to whether the rice can be uniformly adhered with water mist, and when each lower mist air groove 96 is independently communicated with the mist air channels 97, the air quantity of each lower mist air groove 96 is independently adjusted, so that the water mist adhesion quantity of rice grains at different positions is controlled; adjacent lower fog wind grooves 96 are communicated with each other and are communicated with the fog wind channels 97 uniformly, so that the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced; the modularized communication mode can give consideration to the advantages of uniform adhesion of water mist to rice grains and reduction of manufacturing difficulty, and the specific number of the upper dispersion grooves 93 forming the module can be set according to actual needs.
The working method of the embodiment is as follows:
Starting a motor 10, enabling a rice feeding auger 6 and a polishing roller 5 to rotate anticlockwise, enabling rice grains to enter a feeding box 2 from a rice feeding hopper, enabling the feeding box 2 to be communicated with a bran sieving cylinder 4, enabling rice to enter the bran sieving cylinder 4 under the conveying of the rice feeding auger 6, and enabling the rice grains to be polished through collision and friction in the process of moving along the axis of the polishing roller 5; in the bran cylinder 4, rice grains move anticlockwise along with the polishing roller 5, and when passing through the bulk bin 9, the rice grains at the right outer cavity of the polishing cavity enter the left inner cavity of the polishing cavity through the upper scattering groove 93; the rice grains at the right inner cavity of the polishing cavity enter the left outer cavity of the polishing cavity through the lower dispersion groove 94; thereby realizing the exchange of rice grains at the outer cavity 451 and the inner cavity 452 of the polishing cavity; meanwhile, mist is conveyed into the upper mist air groove 95 and the lower mist air groove 96 through the mist air channel 97, and is uniformly adhered to rice grains, so that the function of spraying the water mist to the rice grains is realized; and the flow of the mist forms an air flow to suck the rice grains, so that the smoothness of movement of the rice grains in the upper dispersing groove 93 and the lower dispersing groove 94 is improved.

Referring to fig. 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, the diameters of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse large-diameter groove 721 are matched with the outer diameter of the large-diameter guide post 834, and the diameters of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse large-diameter groove 721 are generally set to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the large-diameter guide post 834 during manufacturing, but the end opening diameters of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse large-diameter groove 721 at the end are smaller than the outer diameter of the large-diameter guide post 834, so that the large-diameter guide post 834 cannot move up and down in the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse large-diameter groove 721. Similarly, the diameters of the forward small diameter groove 712 and the reverse small diameter groove 722 are matched with the diameters of the upper small diameter guide post 832 and the lower small diameter guide post 833, the lower small diameter guide post 833 does not move up and down when moving in the forward small diameter groove 712, and the upper small diameter guide post 832 does not move up and down in the reverse small diameter groove 722. Referring to fig. 15 and 20, the inner diameters of the initial positioning groove 703 and the final positioning groove 704 are the same as the diameters of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse large-diameter groove 721, the middle parts of the initial positioning groove 703 and the final positioning groove 704 are cylindrical, and the opening diameters of the end parts of the initial positioning groove 703 and the final positioning groove 704 are smaller than the outer diameter of the upper small-diameter guide post 832, so that the upper small-diameter guide post 832 is prevented from moving upwards into the initial positioning groove 703 or the final positioning groove 704.
Referring to fig. 19, a schematic view of the state of the rail groove guide 803 moving in the forward rail groove 701 is shown, where the large-diameter guide 834 covers the outer periphery of the upper small-diameter guide 832, and the large-diameter guide 834 is located in the forward large-diameter groove 711, and the upper small-diameter guide 832 is located in the forward small-diameter groove 712. Referring to fig. 20, when the rail groove guide post 803 moves into the final positioning groove 704 along the forward rail groove 701, the downward moving magnetic ring 741 attracts the positioning magnetic ring 835, so that the large-diameter guide post 834 moves downward to the bottom end of the final positioning groove 704 and covers the periphery of the lower small-diameter guide post 833; referring to fig. 21, the rail groove guide 803 enters the reverse rail groove 702 from the end positioning groove 704, and the large diameter guide 834 enters the reverse large diameter groove 721, and the upper small diameter guide 832 enters the reverse small diameter groove 722. When the rail groove guide post 803 moves from the reverse rail groove 702 to the initial positioning groove 703, referring to fig. 20, the initial positioning groove 703 and the final positioning groove 704 have the same shape and structure, but the upward moving magnetic ring 731 has a repulsive action on the positioning magnetic ring 835, so that the large-diameter guide post 834 moves upward to cover the periphery of the upper small-diameter guide post 832 under the repulsive force of the upward moving magnetic ring 731 on the positioning magnetic ring 835, and then the rail groove guide post 803 enters the forward rail groove 701. Thus, the rail groove guide post 803 moves along the initial positioning groove 703, the forward rail groove 701, the final positioning groove 704 and the reverse rail groove 702 in a circulating manner. At the intersection of the reverse rail groove 702 and the forward rail groove 701, since the combination sequence of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the forward small-diameter groove 712 of the forward rail groove 701 is arranged in the outer and inner directions with respect to the outer wall of the polishing roller 5, and the combination sequence of the reverse large-diameter groove 721 and the reverse small-diameter groove 722 of the reverse rail groove 702 is arranged in the inner and outer directions with respect to the outer wall of the polishing roller 5, the diameters of the two large-diameter grooves and the two small-diameter grooves are different, the rail groove guide post 803 does not enter the reverse rail groove 702 when moving along the forward rail groove 701, and conversely, the rail groove guide post 803 does not enter the forward rail groove 701 when moving along the reverse rail groove 702. And the opening diameters of the ends of the forward large-diameter groove 711 and the reverse small-diameter groove 722 are smaller than the outer diameter of the large-diameter guide post 834, so that the large-diameter guide post 834 cannot drop downwards at the intersection of the forward rail groove 701 and the reverse rail groove 702, and the rail groove guide post 803 can move along the forward rail groove 701 or the reverse rail groove 702 in a unidirectional circulating manner.
Referring to fig. 2,6, 9, 13, 14 and 17, a slide rail assembly 14 is disposed on the outer wall of the scraper ring 8 and the bottom surface of the bulk bin 9, the slide rail assembly 14 is used for ensuring that the scraper ring 8 moves along the axial direction of the bulk bin 9, the slide rail assembly 14 can adopt a T-shaped guide rail and a T-shaped guide bar, the T-shaped guide bar is connected to the outer wall of the scraper ring 8, the T-shaped guide rail is disposed on the bottom surface of the bulk bin 9, and the T-shaped guide bar slides along the T-shaped guide rail, so that the scraper ring 8 can move along the axial direction of the bulk bin 9 but cannot rotate along the circumferential direction of the polishing roller 5. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, if the rail groove guide 803 is located in the initial positioning groove 703, since the connection of the forward rail groove 701, the initial positioning groove 703 and the reverse rail groove 702 is smooth, and the connection of the forward rail groove 701, the final positioning groove 704 and the reverse rail groove 702 is also smooth, when the polishing roller 5 rotates anticlockwise, the polishing roller 5 is extruded by the inner wall of the initial positioning groove 703, the rail groove guide 803 moves into the reverse rail groove 702, and along with the continuous rotation of the polishing roller 5, the rail groove guide 803 is extruded by the inner wall of the reverse rail groove 702, and the limit effect of the slide rail assembly 14 is achieved, the rail groove guide 803 drives the scraper ring 8 to move axially along the polishing roller 5, so that the inclined scraper edge 802 scrapes the surface of the polishing roller 5, and bran powder on the surface of the polishing roller 5 is removed. Similarly, when the rail groove guide post 803 moves into the final positioning groove 704, the large-diameter guide post 834 moves downwards to cover the periphery of the lower small-diameter guide post 833, and along with the rotation of the polishing roller 5, the rail groove guide post 803 moves into the reverse rail groove 702 and then moves into the initial positioning groove 703, so that the scraping ring 8 moves back and forth along the axial direction of the polishing roller 5, and the function of back and forth scraping the surface of the polishing roller 5 is achieved.
The spiral rail 7 is adopted to drive the scraping ring 8 to move, so that the effect of saving installation of an additional driving device can be achieved, the turbulence effect on rice can be achieved by utilizing the channel of the spiral rail 7, the full contact between the rice and the rice, the polishing roller 5 and the bran barrel 4 is facilitated, and the polishing efficiency ring of the rice is ensured.
In addition, considering that the structures of the forward rail groove 701, the reverse rail groove 702, the initial positioning groove 703 and the final positioning groove 704 are similar to holes in this embodiment, there is a risk of blocking rice grains, so that rice grain blocking can be reduced by increasing the aperture during manufacturing, for example: the pore diameter is greater than twice the diameter of the rice grains.
