Background
The heat collector, also called a heat collecting plate, is a name of outdoor heat collecting components of the solar water heater in the solar industry. The solar heat collector with good performance is one of the key equipment of the solar air conditioner, and has the main functions of collecting heat energy in sunlight, transmitting a water supply tank through a communication pipeline and heating cold water in the water tank. The mature solar heat collector mainly comprises: flat plate collector, all-glass vacuum tube collector and heat tube type vacuum tube collector. Among them, the flat plate collector is widely used worldwide due to its simplicity, low cost and convenience in installation.
The flat plate collector consists of a heat collecting plate, a transparent cover plate, a heat insulating layer and a shell. The heat collecting plate of the heat absorbing element is a metal heat absorbing plate (generally copper or aluminum), and the surface of the heat absorbing plate is a solar selective absorbing coating; the middle of the heat absorbing plate is a medium flow passage, one heat collector consists of a plurality of heat absorbing plates, an upper heat collecting pipe and a lower heat collecting pipe which are welded, a metal outer frame and a back heat insulating material, and glass with high light transmittance is arranged on the metal outer frame and the back heat insulating material.
The large flat plate collector is generally fixed on the large bracket in an inclined manner due to the large area and heavy mass, the bracket is only used for supporting, the heat absorption efficiency of the flat plate collector is closely related to the irradiation angle, if the flat plate collector is installed at a certain angle, the heat absorption efficiency is low, meanwhile, the flat plate collector is greatly influenced by weather, and when the flat plate collector is in rainy or snowy days, the coating on the surface of the heat collection plate is damaged and the heat absorption efficiency is influenced if the flat plate collector is not protected.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the supporting device for the large flat plate collector comprises a base 1, a moving assembly 2, a deflection mechanism 3, a fixing frame 4, a solar panel 5, a cleaning mechanism 6 and a solar panel control system, wherein the moving assembly 2 is movably arranged on the base 1, the deflection mechanism 3 is fixed on the moving assembly 2, the fixing frame 4 is fixed on the deflection mechanism 3, the solar panel 5 is arranged on the fixing frame 4, the cleaning mechanism 6 is erected at one end of the base 1, and the solar panel control system is used for controlling the deflection mechanism 3 and the cleaning mechanism 6 to operate;
The deflection mechanism 3 comprises a bracket 31, a driving box 32, a double-shaft motor 33, a driving gear 34, a transmission shaft 35, a transmission gear 36, a driving gear 37, a driving rotating shaft 38 and a sunlight angle sensor 39, wherein the driving box 32 is fixed on the bracket 31, the driving box 32 is of a hollow structure with an opening at the upper side, the double-shaft motor 33 is arranged at the bottom of the driving box 32, the two shafts are rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the driving box 32, the driving gear 34 is sleeved on the two shafts of the double-shaft motor 33, the transmission shaft 35 is arranged above the double-shaft motor 33 and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the driving box 32, the transmission gear 36 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 35, the driving rotating shaft 38 is arranged on the driving box 32, the two ends of the driving rotating shaft 38 are fixedly connected with the fixing frame 4, and the sunlight angle sensor 39 is arranged on one side of the fixing frame 4.
What needs to be stated is: the transmission gear 36 is of two types, one of which corresponds to the driving gear 34 and is connected with the driving gear by a chain or other structure, and the other of which is in tooth fit with the driving gear 37; the sunlight angle sensor 39 is arranged in parallel with the plate surface of the solar panel 5 and is in signal connection with the solar panel control system, and is used for monitoring the direct sunlight angle in real time; in order to improve stability, fixed blocks 321 are arranged at two ends of the driving box 32, and connecting seats 322 are fixed on the fixed blocks 321, wherein the driving rotating shafts 38 are in running fit with the connecting seats 322.
In actual operation, the rotation shafts at the two ends of the double-shaft motor 33 rotate, and the driving gear 34 drives the transmission gear 36 to rotate, so as to indirectly drive the driving gear 37 to rotate, thereby driving the driving shaft 38 to rotate, and finally realizing the deflection of the fixing frame 4 and the solar panel 5.
The cleaning mechanism 6 comprises a cleaning frame 61, a water storage tank 62, a cleaning wheel set 63 and an infrared detection module 64, wherein the water storage tank 62 is fixed at the top end of the cleaning frame 61, the cleaning wheel set 63 is arranged at the inlet of the cleaning frame 61, and the infrared detection module 64 is arranged in the cleaning frame 61 and is positioned at the outlet side of the cleaning wheel set 63.
The water storage tank 62 is internally provided with a water outlet area 621 and a water storage area 622, a partition 7 is arranged between the two areas, a guide plate 623 is arranged on the water outlet area 621, a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the bottom of the water outlet area 621, a screen 624 is arranged on the upper side frame of the water storage area 622, and a water pump 625 and a filter 626 are arranged inside the water storage area 622.
What needs to be stated is: the water storage area 622 is externally connected with a water tank, rainwater can be filtered and collected in rainy days, a screen 624 is used for filtering larger impurities such as fallen branches and leaves, a guide plate 623 is used for guiding the rainwater above the water outlet area 621 to the water storage area 622, a filter 626 is used for purifying and filtering the rainwater, and the water tank is used for storing surplus accumulated water in the water storage area 622; in dry weather, the water storage area 622 will directly draw water from the water tank; the deflector 623 is further provided with a temperature sensing module and a pressure sensing module for detecting weather conditions; a liquid level detector is provided in the water storage area 622.
The cleaning wheel set 63 comprises two cleaning rollers 631, cleaning cotton blocks 632, a sliding rail 633, a sliding block 634 and a driving module 635, wherein the sliding rail 633 is arranged on two sides of the cleaning frame 61, the sliding block 634 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 633, two ends of the cleaning rollers 631 are rotationally connected with the sliding block 634, the cleaning cotton blocks 632 are sleeved on the surfaces of the cleaning rollers 631, and the driving module 635 is connected with the sliding block 634.
What needs to be stated is: the drive module 635 is preferably, but not limited to, a screw, a motor, a pulley-driven structure for driving the cleaning roller 631 up and down; the cleaning pad 632 is preferably a sponge material having soft texture and good water absorption; the infrared detection module 64 is in signal connection with the solar panel control system and is used for detecting whether dirt remains on the surface of the solar panel 5; the cleaning roller 631 is provided with a pressure sensing module to avoid striking the solar panel 5 when moving.
The moving assembly 2 comprises a sliding frame 21, a fixed plate 22, two screw rods 23, a plurality of rotating teeth 24 and a driving motor 25, wherein the sliding frame 21 is arranged in the base 1 in a sliding manner, the fixed plate 22 is arranged in the sliding frame 21, the two screw rods 23 penetrate through the base 1 and are in threaded fit with the sliding frame 21 and the fixed plate 22, the driving motor 25 is arranged on one side of the base 1, and the rotating teeth 24 are respectively sleeved on the screw rods 23 and the driving end of the driving motor 25.
The sliding rail is arranged in the base 1 in cooperation with the sliding frame 21, in actual operation, the driving motor 25 drives each rotary tooth 24 to rotate in a chain transmission mode and the like, and indirectly drives the two screws 23 to rotate, so that the sliding frame 21 and the fixed plate 22 are moved, and finally the solar panel 5 is displaced.
In this embodiment, the implementation method is as follows:
Step one: the sunlight angle sensor 39 feeds the detected direct sunlight condition back to the solar panel control system in real time;
Step two: the solar panel control system analyzes whether the solar panel 5 forms a vertical included angle with the sunlight according to the direct sunlight direction and the angle, if not, the deflection mechanism 3 is controlled to drive the solar panel 5 to deflect until the solar panel is corrected to a vertical state;
step three: the temperature and pressure signals detected by the deflector 623 are fed back to the solar panel control system;
Step four: the solar panel control system analyzes whether rain and snow exist according to the change conditions of temperature and pressure signals, if so, the deflection mechanism 3 is controlled to drive the solar panel 5 to deflect to a state parallel to the ground, and then the moving assembly 2 is controlled to drive the solar panel 5 to move to the lower side of the cleaning frame 61 for avoidance;
Step five: the moving assembly 2 drives the solar panel 5 to pass through the front of the infrared detection module 64, and the infrared detection module 64 detects the surface state of the solar panel 5 and feeds back the surface state to the solar panel control system;
Step six: the solar panel control system judges whether impurities exist on the surface of the solar panel 5, if so, the water storage state in the water storage area 622 is detected, and after water is sufficient, the moving assembly 2 and the cleaning wheel set 63 are controlled to clean the surface of the solar panel 5.
Specifically, in the third step, whether there is snowfall can be determined according to the temperature signal detected on the surface of the guide plate 623, and the snowfall position can be obviously different from the low temperature signal of other areas, so that the snowfall can be determined; whether the rain or hail falls down is determined according to the pressure signal detected on the surface of the deflector 623, and the falling position of the rain or hail is obviously different from the pressure signal of other areas, so that the determination can be made. The solar panel control system may retract the solar panel 5 according to actual weather conditions to protect its surface from damage.
In the fifth step, the infrared detection module 64 is configured to measure the distance to the solar panel 5, and if no debris (leaves and stones) are attached to the surface of the solar panel 5, the distance to the inner wall of the other side of the cleaning frame 61 is detected only at the surface height of the solar panel 5, and if there are debris, the infrared detection module 64 detects a short distance signal to determine whether the surface of the solar panel 5 needs to be cleaned.
In step six, the cleaning wheel set 63 determines whether the cleaning wheel set 63 descends to the surface of the solar panel 5 according to the pressure signal detected by the cleaning roller 631, and then the solar panel control system controls the water pump 625 to be turned on, and the moving assembly 2 is controlled to drive the solar panel 5 to move back and forth, so as to clean the surface impurities through the cleaning cotton block 632.
