Referring to fig. 3-5 and 7-9 of the specification, the top of the nut body 1 is provided with a plurality of perforations 21, the perforations 21 are respectively communicated with the plurality of moving grooves 7, push rods 22 are arranged in each perforation 21, a same annular plate 23 is fixed between the push rods 22, so that the push rods 22 can be conveniently and simultaneously adjusted to move, an annular caulking groove 24 communicated with the perforations 21 is processed on the outer wall of the top of the nut body 1, the annular plate 23 is arranged in the annular caulking groove 24, a connecting rope 25 is fixedly arranged on the annular plate 23, and one end of the connecting rope 25 is fixed with the outer wall of the nut body 1 to prevent the annular plate 23 from being lost.
When the nut main body 1 is disassembled, the annular plate 23 can be pushed to drive the plurality of push rods 22 to move, and the plurality of push rods 22 are utilized to push the moving block 8 to move downwards, so that the thrust to the rubber sealing ring 6 is reduced, and the friction force between the rubber sealing ring 6 and the inner wall of a bolt hole of a vehicle can be further reduced.

Step two: selecting a steel material with a required length and no damage, respectively stamping the steel material into a nut main body 1, a nut reinforcing block 3, a moving block 8 with a first limiting block 17, a round rod 10 with a second limiting block 19, a push rod 22 and a ring plate 23 by using stamping forming equipment, and forming a galvanized layer 20 on the outer wall surfaces of the nut main body 1 and the nut reinforcing block 3 by using galvanization equipment;
Step three: tapping the punched nut body 1 and the nut reinforcing block 3 by using a tapping machine, and chamfering the top edge and the bottom edge of the outer wall of the nut body 1 and the outer wall edge of the nut reinforcing block 3 by using chamfering equipment;
Step four: machining an annular slot 13 at the bottom of the nut main body 1 processed in the third step by using a numerical control machine tool, and machining an annular groove 5, a plurality of round holes 9, a plurality of moving grooves 7, a plurality of first limit grooves 16, a plurality of second limit grooves 18, a plurality of round grooves 15, a plurality of through holes 21 and an annular caulking groove 24 on the nut reinforcing block 3;
Step five: the method comprises the steps of enabling a plurality of round rods 10 to penetrate through a plurality of moving grooves 7 respectively and to be inserted into round holes 9, then enabling a moving block 8 to be inserted into the moving grooves 7, then enabling a rubber sealing ring 6 to be inserted into an annular groove 5, then enabling a plurality of push rods 22 to penetrate through a plurality of through holes 21 respectively, finally enabling a nut reinforcing block 3 to be fixed with a nut body 1 through hot pressing, and obtaining an assembled nut body 1 and a nut reinforcing block 3, so that a front wheel nut is manufactured.
