使用时,操作人员启动位于出风管12内部的风扇机构开启处理作业,布满面粉粉尘颗粒的空气经由进风管15吸入,此时设在基座1上表面的水箱101中水泵102开始工作,将水箱101内部的水溶液通过上升水道103经过短分水道104分流进入两个上升水道103,之后水溶液达到位于进风管15外部的长分水道107,长分水道107靠近进风管15一侧设有若干分支水道105,每个分支水道105下端设有若干等距阵列排布的水嘴106,水溶液由水嘴106向内部开始喷洒,空气中的粉状颗粒物被水雾、水漫捕捉吸附形成大液珠落在进风口下板6上表面,之后通过下方的锥形漏斗3落入基座1下方的沉淀池2中进行后续处理,由于面粉粉尘具有很强的结团性进风口下板6需要及时清理避免结团影响正常工作,进风口上板5上表面设有电机7,电机7的驱动杆301一端设有第一转动轴302套设有驱动皮带303,驱动皮带303另一端套设有第二转动轴304,第二转动轴304联动开设在进风管15外表面的外驱动基座305与内部的清洁结构连接,进风管15内部设有前后两个滚轴306,滚轴306外表面套设有传送皮带307,且传送皮带307表面设有两组固定器308,每两个固定器308为一组上端设有刮筒309,刮筒309用于刮除进风口下板6上表面的粉尘避免结团,当刮筒309运行至后方的滚轴306位置时,由固定在进风管15两侧之间的刮板11进行表面清除。经过喷淋的空气仍残留有大量污垢进入风扇机201位置,风扇机201前端通过固定螺杆202设有防护网203避免大型颗粒物对风扇机201造成损伤,风扇机201后方设有过滤网4,过滤网4下方设有提拉板204,提拉板204两侧均设有拉柄205,出风管12上表面设有通槽13与过滤网4的上表面大小一致,出风管12两侧表面均设有滑槽14,过滤网4使用一定期限后操作人员握住拉柄205使提拉板204带动过滤网4沿滑槽14进行上下往复运动。During use, the operator starts the fan mechanism located inside the air outlet pipe 12 to start the processing operation, and the air filled with flour and dust particles is sucked in through the air inlet pipe 15. The lower plate 6 of the air inlet has a strong tendency to agglomerate and needs to be cleaned in time to avoid agglomeration affecting normal operation. A motor 7 is provided on the upper surface of the upper plate 5 of the air inlet. A first rotating shaft 302 is provided at one end of a driving rod 301 of the motor 7 and a driving belt 303 is sleeved on the first end of the driving belt 303. A second rotating shaft 304 is sleeved on the other end of the driving belt 303. The second rotating shaft 304 is linked to an external driving base 305 opened on the outer surface of the air inlet pipe 15 and connected with the internal cleaning structure. Two front and rear rollers 306 are provided inside the air inlet pipe 15. A conveyor belt 307 is sleeved on the outer surface of the roller 306, and two groups of fixers 308 are provided on the surface of the conveyor belt 307. Each group of two fixers 308 is provided with a scraper 309 at the upper end. The scraper 309 is used to scrape off the dust on the upper surface of the lower plate 6 of the air inlet to avoid agglomeration. When the scraper 309 runs to the rear roller 306 position, the scraper 11 fixed between the two sides of the air inlet pipe 15 performs surface cleaning. A large amount of dirt still remains in the air after spraying and enters the fan 201. A protective net 203 is provided at the front end of the fan 201 through a fixed screw 202 to prevent large particles from damaging the fan 201. A filter 4 is provided at the rear of the fan 201, and a lifting plate 204 is provided under the filter 4. Pull handles 205 are provided on both sides of the lifting plate 204. A through groove 13 is provided on the upper surface of the air outlet pipe 12, which is the same size as the upper surface of the filter 4. Slide grooves 14 are provided on both sides of the air outlet pipe 12.
