At this time, the glass fixing center pillar 3, the glass fixing cross beam 5, and the like are also required to be manufactured in one form.
In this embodiment, the two conversion members, the fan frame 21, the center pillar and the cross beam are all three-section structures with heat insulation strips 17. The middle section and the tail section of the three-section structure are connected through a heat insulation strip 17 to prevent a cold bridge, the front section of the three-section structure is movably connected and is connected with the middle section in a meshed mode through a hook-shaped structure, and the front section is used as a glass plate frame 18. Specifically, for the outer frame 1, the outer frame is of a two-section structure (compared with a three-section structure minus the front end, the middle section is flush with the outer wall and is provided with sealant), and after the conversion piece is installed at the notch position of the outer frame 1, the front section of the conversion piece serves as the glass plate frame 18 at the corresponding position. For the opening center pillar 2 and the opening cross member 4, the front section of the connected fan frame 21 serves as the left (or right) glass frame 18, and the front section thereof serves as the right or left glass frame 18. For the glass fixing center column 3 and the glass fixing cross beam 5, no conversion piece is arranged, the front section of the three-section structure is provided with two hook-shaped structures which are respectively engaged with the two hook-shaped structures of the middle section, and the front section simultaneously forms a left glass plate frame 18 and a right glass plate frame 18.
The front section of the three-section structure, namely, the space between the glass plate frame 18 and the glass plate 10 is also provided with a sealing rubber strip 19, and a gap between the two is further sealed through the sealing rubber strip 19. Meanwhile, sealant is filled between the edge of the double-layer glass plate 10 and the center pillar/cross beam/conversion member/fan frame 21 to further improve the sealing effect. In addition, the gap between the conversion piece/fan frame 21 and the outer frame 1/opening center post 2/opening cross beam 4 is further sealed by providing a water blocking adhesive tape 20 on the heat insulating strip 17 of the conversion piece/fan frame 21 at the positions of the outer frame 1, opening center post 2 and opening cross beam 4. Finally, the sealing effect of the curtain wall window after closing is ensured.
When the curtain wall window provided by the embodiment is prefabricated in a factory, the outer frame 1, the center column and the cross beam are assembled into a window frame (comprising the conversion piece and the water retaining adhesive tape 20), the assembly of the opening sash and the bonding of the glass auxiliary frame 11 can be simultaneously carried out, and the manufactured window frame, the opening sash and the glass plate 10 bonded with the glass auxiliary frame 11 can be transported to the site separately for convenience; after the window auxiliary frame 7 and the window frame connecting piece 8 are installed, the window frame is installed in a mode of translating indoors through buckling and meshing; based on the same-direction design of the hook-shaped structures on the left, right, upper and lower glass auxiliary frames 11, the glass plate 10 which is not opened during installation moves from the upper right to the lower left along the 45-degree diagonal angle (from the outdoor perspective to the indoor perspective), the glass plate 10 can be quickly hung, and the sealing rubber strips 19 and the glass plate frames 18 are installed; a buckling sub-frame buckle cover 14, a closing buckle cover 9 and the like; finally, applying sealant and installing an opening fan.
In a word, the scheme provided by the embodiment merges the method of hidden frame glass curtain wall, the stress of the glass plate 10 is mainly transmitted to the outer frame 1, the middle column and the cross beam through the glass auxiliary frame 11 and the hook-shaped structure by arranging the glass auxiliary frame 11, and the glass plate frame 18 is changed into a secondary stress structure, so that the narrow frame design is realized and the structural safety is ensured; the structural requirements of the glass plates 10 with different thicknesses are met through the dimensional change of the glass auxiliary frame 11, and the structures of the outer frame 1, the center column and the cross beam are not affected; the openings of the hook-shaped structures of the glass auxiliary frames 11 are arranged in the left-right same direction and the up-down same direction (the traditional glass curtain wall is reverse), when the glass auxiliary frames are installed, the glass plates 10 can quickly finish the hanging connection by moving from top to bottom along the 45-degree diagonal angle, and the hanging connection is in place and the positioning is realized (the traditional hidden frame curtain wall glass panel needs to be manually positioned in two directions of a plane when being installed); the notches of the outer frame 1, the opening center post 2 and the opening cross beam 4 are arranged, so that the conversion piece/fan frame 21 is complemented with the 'notch' of the special-shaped structure when the glass plate 10 is closed, and the defect that the opening fan frame is additionally visible is overcome.
Finally, the variety of the sectional materials can be fully reduced through the split design and the combined structure of the glass auxiliary frame 11, the outer frame 1, the middle column, the cross beam and the conversion piece with variable sizes. Specifically, the outer frame 1, the three middle columns (the middle column is opened about 2 minutes), the two cross beams, the two conversion parts, the fan frame 21 and the glass auxiliary frame 11 are adopted to be matched with the thickness type of the glass plate 10 (only one glass auxiliary frame 11 if the thickness of the glass plate 10 is unchanged), if the upright columns and the cross beams adopt the same assembly form (sleeve core or screw connection), the upright columns and the cross beams can be shared, compared with the structure of approximately 20 types of sectional materials by adopting integral sectional materials, the types of sectional materials are obviously reduced, the modularized manufacturing and mounting convenience of curtain wall windows are improved, and the cost is reduced.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the application should be assessed as that of the appended claims.
