The expansion and contraction of the third air cylinder 71 can drive the second heat sealing plate 70 to be close to the first heat sealing plate 69, so that the heat sealing of the packaging bag is realized.
The frame body 1 is provided with a material supporting mechanism 13 between the vertical sealing mechanism 10 and the filling mechanism 11 and between the filling mechanism 11 and the cutting mechanism 14. The material supporting mechanism 13 comprises a U-shaped plate 48, the U-shaped plate 48 is fixed on the frame body 1, and a plurality of groups of rollers 49 which are equidistantly arranged are arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped plate 48. The folded double-sided pocket paper is dragged by the rollers 49, so that friction can be reduced while the double-sided pocket paper is supported, and the transfer is convenient.
The operator guides the tray on the unreeling roller 3, and the packaging film roll is guided to the middle rod 8 by the material belt adjusting mechanism 4, the material storage roller 5, the transverse clamping and conveying mechanism 6 and the material guide roller 7. When the packaging coiled film passes through the lower end of the middle rod 8, two sides of the packaging coiled film in the width direction are folded towards the middle to form double-side bags, the double-side bags are introduced into the vertical clamping and conveying mechanism 9 for compaction, the forming effect of the packaging bag is guaranteed, and then the packaging bag is conveyed out by the vertical clamping and conveying mechanism 9. The vertical sealing mechanism 10 presses sealing marks on the two side bags to form a conjuncted packaging bag, the first cylinder 52 extends out of the push rod, the push rod drives the guide post 63 to slide through the first connecting seat 53, the guide post 63 drives the second suction rod 58 to be close to the first suction rod 57 through the fifth connecting seat 61, opening of the bag mouth of the packaging bag is achieved, the filling mechanism 11 injects pesticide into the packaging bag, and then the pesticide is sent to the sealing mechanism 15 through the vertical clamping and conveying mechanism 9. The third cylinder 71 pushes the connecting seat 74 to turn over, the second heat sealing plate 70 clamps the bag opening of the packaging bag close to the first heat sealing plate 69, heat sealing is further carried out, the cutting mechanism 14 carries out edge cutting when sealing is completed, the third cylinder 71 pulls the connecting seat 74 to reversely turn over, and the formed packaging bag falls into the conveying belt 2 below.
