In order to avoid shielding of the first color-changing display area 3-2 on commodity information displayed by the electronic ink screen, the first color-changing display area 3-2 can be controlled to be in a transparent state when the commodity information needs to be displayed; when the commodity information is not displayed, the first color-changing display area 3-2 can display other colors or patterns; since the second color-changing display area 3-3 covers other areas except the ink screen display area, the front surface of the electronic price tag can be made to present the color or pattern designated by the user by changing the color state or pattern state of the second color-changing display area 3-3.
The second flexible circuit board 3-1 is electrically connected with the control circuit board and is used for receiving a second display instruction sent by the control circuit board, wherein the second display instruction can comprise a display instruction for controlling the first color-changing display area and a display instruction for controlling the second color-changing display area; the second color-changing display area adjusts the color or pattern state according to the second display instruction, so that the front surface of the electronic price tag presents the color or pattern appointed by the user; and the first color-changing display area is in a transparent state according to the second display instruction.
In this embodiment, the structure of the color-changing device is designed according to actual needs, and an alternative implementation manner is to perform hollowed-out processing on the first color-changing display area, that is, the color-changing device includes a second flexible circuit board, a hollowed-out area and a second color-changing display area surrounding the hollowed-out area; after the color-changing device is arranged above the electronic ink screen, the hollowed-out area is positioned right above the display area of the electronic ink screen, and the coverage area of the hollowed-out area is larger than or equal to the coverage area of the display area of the electronic ink screen; the coverage area of the hollowed-out area is optionally the area of the hollowed-out area vertically projected on the electronic ink screen; the second color-changing display area is positioned right above other areas except the display area in the electronic ink screen, and the coverage area of the second color-changing display area is smaller than or equal to the coverage area of the other areas; the second flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the control circuit board and is used for receiving a second display instruction sent by the control circuit board, so that the second color-changing display area can adjust the color or pattern state according to the second display instruction.
In another alternative implementation, the first color-changing display area in the color-changing device is replaced with a transparent member, i.e., the color-changing device includes a second flexible circuit board, a transparent member, and a second color-changing display area surrounding the transparent member; after the color-changing device is arranged above the electronic ink screen, the transparent part is positioned right above the display area of the electronic ink screen, and the coverage area of the transparent part is larger than or equal to the coverage area of the display area of the electronic ink screen; the coverage area of the transparent component is optionally the area of the vertical projection of the transparent component on the electronic ink screen; the second color-changing display area is positioned right above other areas except the display area in the electronic ink screen, and the coverage area of the second color-changing display area is smaller than or equal to that of the other areas; the second flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the control circuit board and is used for receiving a second display instruction sent by the control circuit board, so that the second color-changing display area can adjust the color or pattern state according to the second display instruction.
It should be noted that, for the case that the color-changing device is mounted on the inner surface or the outer surface of the casing, because there is no shielding problem, the color-changing device can adopt a structure in which the first color-changing display area and the second color-changing display area exist simultaneously, so long as the first color-changing display area and the second color-changing display area are ensured to display the same color.
For the purpose of describing the color change device 3 in detail, the first/second color change display regions of the color change device will be described. Exemplary, referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the first/second color-changing display region is shown. The first/second color-changing display area comprises five layers, namely a first transparent substrate 4-1, a first transparent conductive layer 4-2, a bistable or multistable display layer 4-3, a second transparent conductive layer 4-4 and a second transparent substrate 4-5 from top to bottom.
Wherein the first transparent conductive layer 4-2 is located above the bistable or multistable display layer 4-3, and is used for driving an upper electrode of an electric field;
A second transparent conductive layer 4-4 positioned below the bistable or multistable display layer 4-3 for driving a lower electrode of an electric field;
a bistable or multistable display layer 4-3 for presenting different color states or pattern states depending on the different electric fields applied; i.e. by adjusting the electric field between the first transparent conductive layer 4-2 and the second transparent conductive layer 4-4, the bistable or multistable display layer 4-3 is made to assume different color states or pattern states. For example, the bistable or multistable display layer 4-3 may have four selectable color states, defined as A, B, C and D, respectively, which may be switched and displayed by varying the electric field between the first transparent conductive layer 4-2 and the second transparent conductive layer 4-4. For four colors A, B, C, D, respectively coded into 00, 01, 10 and 11, corresponding to four different voltages in sequence, the codes are digital IDs in four states, and the electronic price tag control system can realize the transmission of instructions through retrieval and calling. Meanwhile, by continuously switching between various colored states, a flickering effect can be achieved, visually appearing as a dynamic display of colors and patterns.
Alternatively, the voltages corresponding to the different color states may be seen in table 1.

It will be appreciated that if the user does not specify a color state, the color shifting device defaults to a transparent state, i.e., the first/second color shifting regions do not display a color or pattern. The subsequent user can control the electronic price tag to switch between the colored state and the transparent state according to the requirement.
A first transparent substrate 4-1, which is located above the first transparent conductive layer 4-2 and is used for bearing and protecting the bistable or multistable display layer, the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer;
And the second transparent substrate 4-5 is positioned below the second transparent conductive layer 4-4 and is used for bearing and protecting the bistable or multistable display layer, the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer.
Further, other components of the electronic price tag will be further described.
In the embodiment of the invention, the energy storage battery is a secondary battery, wherein the secondary battery is a battery which can be continuously used by activating an active material in a charging mode after the battery is discharged. I.e. the energy storage battery is a rechargeable battery. For this case, in order to be able to guarantee the charging of the energy storage battery, at least one solar membrane is also provided in the electronic price tag, optionally the solar membrane may be mounted at the bottom or at the upper part of the color-changing device. Specifically, the solar membrane is mounted above or at the bottom of the second color-changing display area of the color-changing device. When the solar energy membrane is realized, the shape of the solar energy membrane can be customized according to the range of the second color-changing display area of the color-changing device, so that the customized solar energy membrane can be just partially covered on the second color-changing display area or just at the bottom of the second color-changing display area after being installed. In addition, the solar membrane can also be arranged at the outer edge of the second color-changing display area, namely the solar membrane is externally connected to the color-changing device and is positioned in the same plane with the color-changing device; in addition, the solar membrane can be further arranged at the inner edge of the second color-changing display area of the color-changing device, for example, the solar membrane is arranged between the first color-changing display area and the second color-changing display area of the color-changing device, so long as the solar membrane is ensured not to cause shielding to the display area of the ink screen.
After the solar membrane is installed according to any installation mode, the solar membrane can be electrically connected with the control circuit board, and then the energy storage battery is charged through the control circuit board. For an example, a schematic view of the structure of an electronic price tag with two solar membranes 7 mounted thereon is shown in fig. 5.
It should be noted that, for the case that the solar membrane is installed at the bottom of the color-changing device, in order to ensure that the solar membrane can convert solar energy into electric energy, when charging is required, the second color-changing device of the color-changing assembly needs to be switched from a colored state to a transparent state.
In an alternative implementation, the energy storage battery can also be provided directly as a primary battery, i.e. as a battery which cannot be charged.
In yet another alternative implementation, the energy storage battery is provided as a rechargeable secondary battery, while one primary battery is provided as an alternative. The primary battery can be arranged at the bottom, the upper part or the side edge of the control circuit board and is used for supplying power to the electronic price tag when the solar membrane cannot charge the energy storage battery and the electric quantity of the energy storage battery is lower than a preset threshold value. Therefore, the electronic price tag can be ensured not to stop working due to the lack of electric quantity.
Further, in order to better introduce the electronic price tag, the functional modules included in the control circuit board in the electronic price tag are explained.
First, the control circuit board comprises a series-parallel control circuit module, which is used for carrying out series connection or parallel connection on electric energy converted by the solar energy membrane when the solar energy membrane is more than or equal to two. It should be noted that the preferred embodiment is parallel connection.
Further, the control circuit board also comprises an energy management module, a microcontroller module, a color changing device controller and a near field coupling module.
The energy management module is respectively and electrically connected with the series-parallel control circuit module and the energy storage battery, and can receive the electric energy converted by the solar membrane transmitted by the series-parallel control circuit module and store the electric energy converted by the solar membrane into the energy storage battery; specifically, the energy management module performs boost conversion or buck conversion on the received electric energy according to the energy storage requirement of the energy storage battery, and then transmits the electric energy to the energy storage battery. This is the process of charging the energy storage battery.
In addition, the energy management module is electrically connected with the microcontroller module and can also be used for managing the discharging process of the energy storage battery. When the color-changing device and the electronic ink screen are used for brushing the screen or the electric energy consumption is required, the microcontroller module is used for carrying out instruction receiving and transmitting, the required energy is provided by the energy management module, and particularly, the energy management module is used for controlling the energy storage battery to output electric quantity and providing required current and voltage for the microcontroller module, so that the discharging process of the energy storage battery is realized.
In order to further explain the charge and discharge process, a scene where the electronic price tag is located is described. When the electronic price tag is in a standby state, the power consumption of the whole system is very low, and the energy management module is used for providing the required electric quantity for the electronic price tag by controlling the electric energy output by the energy storage battery. Taking the actual use scene of the electronic price tag in a shop as an example, when the shop is in business, the shop is in an illumination environment, at the moment, the solar membrane collects light energy and converts the light energy into electric energy, the energy storage battery is charged through the energy management module, and the power consumption of the whole electronic price tag mainly comes from a color changing device, a screen brushing process of the electronic ink screen and a standby process of the electronic price tag. After business is finished, the shop turns off the light source in the shop, at the moment, the solar membrane can not charge the energy storage battery, and the power consumption of the electronic price tag mainly comes from the system standby process. In order to realize self-supply of energy of the electronic price tag, the solar battery is required to collect enough energy and store the energy into the energy storage battery under the condition of light, namely the stored energy needs to at least reach all the energy consumed by the electronic price tag in business hours and non-business hours within 24 hours. The solar membrane adopted by the invention is a solar cell suitable for indoor illumination, and preferably a perovskite solar cell.
In the embodiment of the invention, a microcontroller module in a control circuit board is electrically connected with a first flexible circuit board of the electronic ink screen and is used for generating the first display instruction (namely, a commodity information display instruction) according to commodity information to be displayed, which is sent by a server, and sending the first display instruction to the first flexible circuit board of the electronic ink screen so that the first flexible circuit board can forward the first display instruction to the driving chip;
The microcontroller module is further used for generating a second display instruction according to the color state or the pattern state, which is required to be located, of the color change device and is sent by the server, and sending the second display instruction to a color change device controller electrically connected with the microcontroller, so that the color change device controller controls the color change device to display a specified color state or pattern state according to the second display instruction; wherein, aiming at the situation that a plurality of color-changing devices are provided, the color states or pattern states displayed by different color-changing devices can be the same or different; the color-changing device controller is a component in the control circuit board, is electrically connected with the microcontroller module and is electrically connected with at least one color-changing device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control circuit board further comprises a near field coupling module, a power management module and a power management module, wherein the near field coupling module is used for processing communication signals between the microcontroller module and the mobile terminal, receiving and processing electric energy obtained by near field coupling and transmitting the electric energy to the power management module; wherein, mobile terminal optional terminal equipment such as smart mobile phone. The near field coupling module mainly is in some special scenes, for example, the situation of long-time no illumination condition or low illumination condition, the corresponding scene such as electronic price tag is discarded to the corner or the shop is left on the false, and when the electronic price tag is used again, partial functions can be disabled due to insufficient energy storage of the energy storage battery, and at the moment, if the electronic price tag depends on indoor illumination to charge, a great amount of time, for example, several hours to several tens of hours, is not equal, so that in order to realize quick charging, the electronic price tag can be accessed through a terminal with an external near field coupling communication function, a great amount of electric quantity can be received in a short time through near field coupling, the energy is transmitted to the energy management module through the near field coupling module, and then the adaptive electric quantity is transmitted to the energy storage battery through electric quantity conversion.
In the scheme of the invention, the electrochromic device is arranged on the front surface of the electronic price tag and/or the surface of the shell, the electronic price tag can be automatically controlled to display the appointed color or pattern, the color or pattern changing efficiency of the electronic price tag can be remarkably improved, and compared with the mode of manually installing and dismantling the color shell, the labor cost and the time cost can be remarkably reduced, the external color shell of the electronic price tag does not need to be replaced, the waste of materials is avoided, and the application prospect is wide. In the scheme of the invention, the solar membrane and the color-changing device can be simultaneously arranged in the electronic price tag, the front surface is visible, or the solar membrane is arranged at the bottom or the upper part of the color-changing device, so that the energy storage battery can be automatically charged by arranging the solar membrane, and the electronic price tag is prevented from frequently replacing the battery; the scheme can display more complex images and richer colors, even realize the dynamic change of the colors of the electronic price tags, enrich the display forms of the price tags and create more value for shops; in addition, the electrochromic device adopts bistable or multistable display technology, so that power is only consumed when the screen is brushed, and power is not consumed after the screen is brushed, so that the power consumption level is very low.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic price tag control system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the electronic price tag control system comprises at least one electronic price tag, at least one communication base station, a cloud server and a control terminal, wherein the electronic price tag, the at least one communication base station, the cloud server and the control terminal are in communication connection;
The control terminal is used for generating a display instruction according to the acquired display configuration information of the user for each electronic price tag and sending the display instruction to the cloud server; the display configuration information is commodity information configured by a user after the control terminal logs in a price tag management system, a color state or a pattern state of an electronic price tag and display time; the display instruction comprises a commodity information display instruction and a price tag color or pattern display instruction;
the cloud server forwards the received display instruction to the communication base station, so that the communication base station distributes the display instruction to the corresponding electronic price tag;
And the microcontroller module in the electronic price tag receives and analyzes the commodity information display instruction, price tag color or pattern display instruction, and further controls the electronic ink screen in the electronic price tag to display corresponding commodity information and controls the color-changing device in the electronic price tag to enter a specified color state or pattern state.
In the embodiment of the invention, each store can comprise at least one electronic price tag and at least one communication base station; when the cloud server sends the display instruction, the display instruction can be sent to the communication base stations of a plurality of stores at the same time, so that the communication base stations in the stores send the display instruction to the electronic price tags in the stores; the communication base station and the electronic price tag can transmit data instructions through a wireless communication protocol.
On the basis of introducing the electronic price tag control system, the process of controlling the electronic price tag to display the specified color or pattern is as follows: according to the invention, a scene that the electronic price tag is used in the business super is taken as an example for explanation, a business super manager logs in the price tag management system through an operation interface, or the ERP system directly connects data to the electronic price tag background management system, and both modes can control the display content of the electronic price tag or the change of the shell color. The method comprises the steps that target commodities in a target store needing to be operated are selected on a management system, or an ERP system is used for docking target commodity data to an electronic price tag system, commodity information needed to be displayed by the price tags is designated in batches or independently, meanwhile, colors and patterns displayed by a price tag shell are designated, only the shell colors or patterns can be changed, time points and duration of information switching or color changing can be set, an electronic price tag background cloud server sends an execution instruction to a base station, the base station sends the instruction to the electronic price tags in the store through a 2.4G private protocol or a standard wireless communication protocol such as BLE, WIFI, zigbee, NBIOT, LTE and the like, and the designated price tags display the commodity information needed to be displayed and appearance subjects of the price tags according to instruction requirements.
It should be noted that the message transmitted to the base station by the server has the following information: the tag ID, the picture (selectable item) and the time point of validation (selectable item) and the time of validation (selectable item) of the tag display, the color of the tag housing (necessary item).
According to the scheme, the electronic price tag is reset, so that the color or pattern of the electronic price tag shell can be automatically changed, and the color shell is not required to be manually installed and detached.
