The invention patent in China, whose publication number is CN117600151A, and whose publication number is 2024, is 1 month and 23, provides a transformer cleaning device with cleaning function, in which a driving mechanism, a rotating component, a skeleton assembly and a cleaning mechanism are mutually matched, so that on one hand, the spray valve can be controlled to rotate along the axis of the transformer, and on the other hand, the spray valve and a longitudinal rotating pipe are driven to rotate back and forth within the range of +/-60 degrees while the spray valve is driven to rotate back and forth within the range of +/-60 degrees by taking the transverse rotating pipe as the axis, thereby further enabling water flow or air flow sprayed out of the spray valve to be uniformly contacted with the surfaces of a radiator and a radiator fan, and greatly improving the cleaning effect of the transformer. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a transformer cleaning device. According to the invention, the sliding rod slides in the rotating sleeve, the rotating sleeve rotates relative to the bottom plate, and the relative position of the roller at the overhanging end of the sliding rod is adjusted, so that the wiping cloth belt faces or approaches to the transformer shell or the wiring sleeve from one side, the wiping of the surface of the transformer shell or the wiring sleeve is realized, dust is cleaned, the effects of reducing manual climbing up and down, reducing labor intensity and improving cleaning efficiency and safety are achieved.

The invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1-6, wherein a transformer cleaning device, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprises a base 1 supported below a transformer 101, and a track 11 surrounding the transformer 101 for a circle is provided on the base 1; the rail 11 is provided with a sliding part 2 in a sliding way, and the sliding part 2 is provided with an auxiliary adjusting mechanism 3 and a spraying mechanism 6; the auxiliary adjusting mechanism 3 comprises a bottom plate 31, two oppositely arranged slide bars 32 and two oppositely arranged rotating sleeves 34, wherein the slide bars 32 are in one-to-one corresponding sliding connection with the rotating sleeves 34, and the rotating sleeves 34 are in rotating connection with the bottom plate 31; the overhanging ends of the two slide bars 32 are provided with roller parts 4, and the roller parts 4 comprise rollers 41; the two rollers 41 are wound with the wiping belt 5, and the opposite sides of the two rollers 41 are provided with a winding belt roller 7 connected with the wiping belt 5; the spray mechanism 6 includes a spray header 61 located inside the wiping strip 5.
The sliding rod 32 can slide in the rotating sleeve 34, the rotating sleeve 34 rotates relative to the bottom plate 31, so that the relative position of the roller 41 at the extending end of the sliding rod 32 can be adjusted, and the two opposite roller parts 4 can realize the change of the left-right symmetry, the upper position, the lower position and the like; when the cleaning cloth belt 5 is bilaterally symmetrical, the cleaning cloth belt 5 is opposite to the shell or the wiring sleeve 102 close to the transformer 101, the surfaces of the two are cleaned by winding the belt roller 7, and then water is supplied to the cleaning cloth belt 5 through the spray head 61 to clean dust; further, when the two roller portions 4 are arranged one above the other, as shown in fig. 2, the wiping strip 5 can be close to the wiring sleeve 102 from one side, and after being pressed on the wiring sleeve 102, the inner side of the wiring sleeve 102 which is not easy to clean is cleaned, so that manual climbing up and down cleaning is replaced, the labor intensity is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning safety are improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of the slide bar 32 far away from the roller part 4 is connected with the output end of the electric push cylinder 33, and the slide bar 32 is pushed by the electric push cylinder 33 to slide in the rotating sleeve 34; a swing rod 35 is axially arranged at the bottom side of the rotating sleeve 34, one end of the swing rod 35 is connected with the output end of the driving pushing cylinder 36, and one end of the swing rod 35 is pushed by the driving pushing cylinder 36 to swing so as to rotate along with the rotating sleeve 34; the degree of automation is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the roller part 4 further includes a C-shaped frame 42, the middle part of the C-shaped frame 42 is rotatably connected with the slide bar 32, both ends are provided with roller frames 43, and the roller 41 is located on the roller frames 43. The C-shaped frame 42 can be better clamped on the rotating sleeve 34, the rollers 41 on the roller frames 43 at the two ends support the wiping belt 5, the extension of the wiping belt 5 to the inner side of the wiring sleeve 102 is improved, dead angles are prevented from being leaked during wiping, the cleaning effect is better, and the efficiency is better.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the roller frame 43 includes a plurality of roller shafts 431 circumferentially arranged, the roller shafts 41 are provided with a plurality of rollers, each roller shaft 431 is sleeved with a roller 41, namely, one-to-one sleeved on the roller shaft 431, so that the overall diameter is increased, after the C-shaped frame 42 is pressed towards the rotating sleeve 34, the rotation of the wiping belt 5 on the roller shaft 41 can be more effectively realized, meanwhile, the quality is reduced, the placement and the use are convenient, the roller shaft 41 rotates on the roller shaft 431, and the baffle plates 432 are arranged at the two ends of the roller shaft 431 to prevent the wiping belt 5 from sliding off the roller shaft 41.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the roller part 4 further comprises a mounting plate 44 arranged on the slide bar 32, the mounting plate 44 is provided with a circular arc-shaped electric guide rail 45, and the center of the circular arc-shaped electric guide rail 45 is positioned in the middle of the C-shaped frame 42; the arc-shaped electric guide rail 45 is provided with a sliding block 46, and the sliding block 46 is connected with the middle part of the C-shaped frame 42 through a connecting plate 47. As shown in fig. 2, the winding belt roller 7 further comprises an entrainer 71 for fixing the wiping belt 5, a servo motor 72 and a guide rail 74, wherein a guide block 75 is arranged in the guide rail 74, the guide block 75 is connected with the entrainer 71, and the servo motor 72 is connected with the guide block 75 through a reciprocating transmission mechanism 73.
The servo motor 72 drives the reciprocating transmission mechanism 73 to act, and the guide block 75 moves reciprocally in the guide rail 74, so that the wiping belt 5 also moves reciprocally, the wiping effect is realized, the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 1, the spraying mechanism 6 further comprises a water pump box 62, and the spray header 61 is connected with the water pump box 62 through a hose; the spray header 61 is fan-shaped, realizes the water supply to the wiping cloth belt 5 with the changing position, improves the use effect and is more convenient to supply water.
As shown in fig. 6, the sliding part 2 includes a support seat 21 and a rotating plate 22, the support seat 21 is rotatably connected with the rotating plate 22 through a rotating shaft 23, the rotating plate 22 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 23, and the rotating shaft 23 is driven to rotate through a driving mechanism 24. The angle of the rotating plate 22 can be adjusted, the auxiliary adjusting mechanism 3 and the roller part 4 rotate along with the rotating plate, and the angle of the wiping belt 5 is adjusted to be attached to the wiring sleeve 102, so that the wiping is easier and the cleaning is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, the support seat 21 is slidably connected with the rail 11, a groove 12 is circumferentially arranged on the rail 11, a circle of racks 13 is circumferentially arranged in the groove 12, and a driving gear 25 matched with the racks 13 is arranged at the bottom of the support seat 21.
