As shown in fig. 1, 7 and 8, a formwork system for utility tunnel construction according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of inner side trolley formworks 100 and outer side trolley formworks 200 disposed at both sides of the inner side trolley formworks 100, the outer side trolley formworks 200 include outer side formworks 201, a first running mechanism 209 is disposed below the outer side formworks 201, the first running mechanism 209 is used for supporting the outer side formworks 201 and moving guidance of the outer side formworks 201, a second running mechanism 214 is disposed above the outer side formworks 201, and the second running mechanism 214 is used for drawing the outer side formworks 201 and moving guidance of the outer side formworks 201 toward one side of a mold cavity.
In this embodiment, by providing the first running mechanism 209 and the second running mechanism 214 on the outer side template 201, the moving process of the outer side template 201 becomes more efficient and stable, reducing the time and labor required for installation and disassembly, making the whole construction flow smoother, thereby significantly improving the construction efficiency. Secondly, the construction stability is enhanced. Traditional outside form 201 designs often rely on reinforcement cage support, with limited support forces and unstable walking. In the above technology, the outer side template 201 is supported and moved by the first running mechanism 209 and the second running mechanism 214, so that the outer side template 201 is more stable in the moving process, and the risk of construction accidents caused by instability is reduced. Furthermore, the construction space requirements are optimized. Because the running mechanism is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the outer side template 201, the structure is more compact and reasonable, the requirement of construction is met by not excavating too large caliber, the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction space is effectively utilized, the construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the construction cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 9 and 13, in a preferred embodiment, the first running mechanism 209 includes a first translation rail 210, a plurality of caster brackets 211 are provided on the first translation rail 210, casters 212 are rotatably connected to the caster brackets 211, V-shaped grooves are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the casters 212, V-shaped rails 213 cooperating with the V-shaped grooves are provided above the casters 212, and the V-shaped rails 213 are connected to the outer side mold 201.
In construction, first, the first translation rail 210 is installed at a predetermined position according to the construction requirement and the size of the outside form 201. It is ensured that the first running mechanism 209 can smoothly support the movement of the outside template 201. Next, a plurality of caster brackets 211 are mounted on the first translation rail 210, and casters 212 are rotatably connected to each caster bracket 211, the casters 212 enabling the outside mold 201 to be smoothly moved by rolling of the casters 212. The outer circumferential surface of each caster 212 is provided with a V-shaped groove which mates with a V-shaped rail 213 provided on the outer form 201. During installation, alignment of the V-grooves with the V-tracks 213 is ensured so that they can mate tightly, achieving a stable guiding action.
In this embodiment, the caster 212 is provided to enable the outer template 201 to easily move on the first translation rail 210, so that rapid and flexible movement is achieved, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. Through the cooperation of V type groove and V type track 213, first running gear 209 provides more stable support and direction for outside template 201, has reduced the template effectively and has rocked and the skew in the removal in-process, has improved the accuracy and the security of construction. The first running mechanism 209 adopts a modularized design, and can be flexibly adjusted according to different construction requirements and template sizes, so that the running mechanism can be suitable for various utility tunnel construction scenes and has wide applicability.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, a demoulding mechanism 228 is provided on the first running mechanism 209, the demoulding mechanism 228 comprises a sliding support 229, a crank 230 is rotatably connected to the sliding support 229, the crank 230 is in threaded connection with the first translation rail 210, and the rotation crank 230 drives the first translation rail 210 to slide on the sliding support 229 for adjusting the position of the outer template 201.
Before casting, the constructor drives the first rail 210 to slide on the slide support 229 by rotating the crank 230. Because of the threaded connection between the crank 230 and the first translating rail 210, rotation of the crank 230 can precisely control the distance and direction of movement of the first translating rail 210. In this way, the constructor can move the outside form 201 to a predetermined position to form a mold cavity with the inside form 106, ready for the pouring work.
After the pouring is completed, after the concrete is solidified, the constructor performs demoulding operation again by using the demoulding mechanism 228. By rotating the crank 230, the first translating rail 210 is driven to move the outer form 201 away from the cast wall. Due to the stability and accuracy of the threaded connection, the outside form 201 can be moved smoothly and accurately, achieving the demolding process.
In this embodiment, the demolding mechanism 228 is provided to facilitate and simplify the movement of the outer template 201, so that a constructor can complete the movement and positioning of the template by only rotating the crank 230, and complicated manual operation is not required. The rapid and accurate movement function of the demoulding mechanism 228 greatly shortens the construction period and improves the construction efficiency. Before pouring, constructors can rapidly position the templates; after pouring is completed, constructors can rapidly perform demoulding operation of the templates, and construction efficiency is improved. Through the threaded connection of the crank 230 and the first translation guide rail 210, a constructor can accurately control the moving distance and direction of the outer side template 201, accurate positioning is achieved, accurate matching between the outer side template 201 and the inner side template 106 is facilitated, and molding quality of a mold cavity is improved.
In practical application, the driving mode of the demoulding mechanism 228 can be set according to construction requirements, so that the construction efficiency and the convenience of operation are improved. Such as by using a motor to drive the crank 230 or by using a hydraulic cylinder to move the outer form 201.
When the crank 230 is rotated by the motor, a motor is first installed near the slide support 229, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the crank 230 through a transmission device, such as a gear, a belt, etc., to ensure a stable and reliable connection between the transmission device and the crank 230. Before and after pouring, the starting motor drives the crank 230 to rotate, thereby driving the first translation rail 210 and the outer side template 201 to move. Automated operation of the stripping mechanism 228 is achieved by employing a motor to drive rotation of the crank 230. The constructor only needs to control the motor to automatically finish the movement and positioning work of the template, the motor driving mode can quickly respond, the quick movement of the template is realized, compared with manual operation, the motor driving can greatly improve the construction efficiency, and the construction period is shortened. The manual operation complexity is reduced, the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the motor can be accurately controlled, so that the accurate control of the moving speed and the distance of the template is realized, and the accuracy of template positioning and the construction efficiency are improved.
When the outer side template 201 is driven to move by the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder is installed between the outer side template 201 and the sliding support 229, and the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is firmly connected with the outer side template 201 through the connecting piece, so that the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder can move synchronously with the outer side template 201. Before pouring and after pouring, the telescopic movement of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled, so that the outer side template 201 is driven to move and position. The hydraulic cylinder has high thrust and stability, and can easily drive the movement of the outer side template 201. Even when encountering construction environment with large resistance, the hydraulic cylinder can keep stable telescopic movement, and the stability of the movement of the outer side template 201 is ensured.

The pins are passed through the corresponding third and fourth connection holes 207 and 208, and the pin sheet is inserted into the pins. And the pin sheets are nailed by tools such as hammers, so that the third connecting plate 205 and the fourth connecting plate 206 are tightly connected together, all the quick-dismantling pieces 111 are ensured to be fastened, the connection is stable and reliable, all the connection positions are ensured to be tight and seamless, and slurry leakage is prevented. At the end of the outer form 201 trolley, a third link plate 205 and a fourth link plate 206 are connected to the tip form via a third link hole 207 and a fourth link hole 208, respectively.
In this embodiment, by adopting the quick release member 111 to connect the third connecting plate 205 and the fourth connecting plate 206, the operator can quickly complete the connection and disconnection work, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. The quick release 111 allows for a simple and quick connection process, reducing unnecessary operating steps and time consumption, and reducing human input and labor costs. The third connecting plate 205 and the fourth connecting plate 206 are tightly connected together through the aluminum film plate pins to form a stable connecting structure, so that the stability of the outer side template 201 in the pouring process is ensured, and slurry leakage from a joint is effectively prevented. In addition, the workload of later-stage correction and cleaning is reduced, and the construction cost is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 12, in a preferred embodiment, the inner trolley form 100 includes a trolley frame 101, a top form 102 is provided at the top of the trolley frame 101, corner forms 103 are hinged at two sides of the top form 102, side forms 106 are provided at two sides of the trolley frame 101, a quick-release member 111 connecting the top of the side forms 106 and the bottom of the corner forms 103 is provided between the top of the side forms 106 and the bottom of the corner forms 103, and the side forms 106 are in sealing abutment with the contact surface of the corner forms 103. Before the construction, first, a top form 102 is mounted on a carriage frame 101, a corner form 103 is connected to the top form 102 by a hinge mechanism, and side forms 106 are mounted on both sides of the carriage frame 101. And (3) moving the template trolley to a preset position, adjusting the positions of the top template 102 and the side templates 106 according to pouring requirements, and adjusting the corner templates 103 and the side templates 106 to form proper joints. The sideform 106 is attached to the corner form 103 using quick release 111. All joints are checked, so that the contact surfaces of the side templates 106 and the corner templates 103 are ensured to be in sealing abutting connection, and slurry leakage in the pouring process is prevented. And (3) pouring construction is started, after the concrete is solidified, the quick-dismantling piece 111 is dismantled, the side templates 106 and the corner templates 103 are quickly dismantled, and then the demoulding work of the template trolley is carried out.
In the process of disassembling the traditional template trolley, due to the fact that bolts and other fasteners are used for connection, the disassembling process is tedious and time-consuming. And the inner side car-shape 100 employs the quick-release member 111 to connect the side shape 106 and the corner shape 103, so that the disassembly process becomes simple and quick. The convenience and stability of the quick release 111 operation allows the operator to quickly lock and release the form, greatly shortening the disassembly time. The top of the sideform 106 is provided with a receiving groove 109, a seal 110 is provided in the receiving groove 109, and the height of the seal 110 is not lower than the depth of the receiving groove 109.
When installed, a corresponding number of aluminum film panel pins, including pins and pin tabs, are prepared. The bottom of the corner mold plate 103 is aligned with the top of the side mold plate 106 such that the first connection plate 104 is in close contact with the second connection plate 107, and the first connection hole 105 corresponds to the second connection hole 108. The pins are passed through the corresponding first and second connection holes 105 and 108, and the pin sheet is inserted into the pins. And the pin pieces are nailed by tools such as hammers, so that the first connecting plate 104 and the second connecting plate 107 are tightly connected together, all the quick-dismantling pieces 111 are ensured to be fastened, and the connection is stable and reliable. After the quick release 111 is installed, the connection between the corner form 103 and the side form 106 is carefully checked to ensure that all connections are tight and seamless without risk of leakage.
By adopting the quick-release piece 111 to connect the corner template 103 and the side template 106, an operator can quickly complete connection and disassembly work, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. The quick release 111 allows for a simple and quick connection process, reducing unnecessary operating steps and time consumption, and reducing human input and labor costs. The first connecting plate 104 and the second connecting plate 107 are tightly connected together through the aluminum film plate pins to form a stable connecting structure, so that the stability of the template trolley in the pouring process is ensured, and the slurry is effectively prevented from leaking from the joint. In addition, the workload of post-finishing and cleaning is reduced, and the construction cost is further reduced. By connecting the corner templates 103 and the side templates 106 by the quick release 111, the template trolley can be more flexibly adapted to different construction environments and requirements. The versatility and interchangeability of the quick release 111 allows the template trolley to be easily retrofitted and upgraded, improving its use value and applicability.
By providing the receiving groove 109 at the top of the sideform 106 and installing the sealing member 110, the sealing property of the contact surface between the corner form 103 and the sideform 106 is improved. The seal 110 can fill the small gap between the two and prevent slurry from leaking from the joint during casting. Due to the sealing element 110, the slurry leakage risk is effectively reduced, so that the poured wall is smoother and smoother, the pouring quality is improved, and the workload of post-finishing is reduced. Because the workload of slurry leakage and trimming is reduced, constructors can concentrate on pouring work per se, and the construction efficiency is improved. The sealing member 110 is a rubber water stop, and a proper rubber water stop is selected as the sealing member 110 according to the size and shape of the accommodating groove 109. Ensure that the width, length and thickness of the rubber water stop can meet the sealing requirement.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, a traveling mechanism 112 is disposed at the bottom of the trolley frame 101, the traveling mechanism 112 includes a hydraulic motor 113, the hydraulic motor 113 is drivingly connected to a driving wheel 114, the trolley frame 101 is rotatably connected to a driven wheel 115 at one side of the driving wheel 114, and a track 116 is disposed below the driving wheel 114 and the driven wheel 115.
When moving the inner carriage template 100, the hydraulic motor 113 is started first, the hydraulic motor 113 converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, and the driving wheel 114 is driven to start rotating by the transmission device. At the same time, the driven wheel 115 rotates with the driving wheel 114, and the driven wheel and the driving wheel support together support and drive the trolley frame 101 to move. With the rotation of the driving wheel 114, the entire dolly frame 101 smoothly advances along a preset track 116. The operator can control the speed and direction of movement of the carriage frame 101 by controlling the rotational speed and direction of the hydraulic motor 113. The traveling mechanism 112 not only improves the construction efficiency, but also enables the template trolley to quickly and accurately reach the designated position.
As shown in fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, a walking limiting mechanism 117 is disposed at the bottom of the trolley frame 101, the walking limiting mechanism 117 includes a cross beam 118, a sliding frame 119 is disposed under the cross beam 118 in a sliding manner, a sliding rod 120 and a bidirectional screw 121 are disposed on the sliding frame 119, two threads with different rotation directions are disposed on the bidirectional screw 121, two sliding plates 122 are disposed on the sliding rod 120 in a sliding manner, the two sliding plates 122 are respectively screwed with the two threads of the bidirectional screw 121, pulleys 123 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the two sliding plates 122 in a rotating manner, and the two pulleys 123 are driven by the bidirectional screw 121 to be close to each other to be clamped with the rail 116 or to be far away from each other to be separated from the rail 116.
When the trolley frame 101 needs to move, an operator can rotate the bidirectional screw 121 through tools such as a wrench or the like, or drive the bidirectional screw 121 through a hydraulic driving motor, the two sliding plates 122 can be close to each other to drive the pulley 123 to be clamped with the track 116, the driving wheel 114 or the driven wheel 115 can be effectively prevented from being derailed accidentally in the moving process, and the stability and the safety of the trolley frame 101 are ensured.
When the lifting operation of the top form 102 is required, the pulleys 123 of the travel limit mechanism 117 are driven away from each other so that the pulleys 123 are separated from the rails 116, and the trolley frame 101 is not restricted by the rails 116 and the lifting of the top form 102 is not affected. The operator can adjust the height of the top form 102 as needed to perform construction operations such as pouring.
In this embodiment, the running limit mechanism 117 can effectively prevent the derailment accident of the trolley frame 101 caused by external force or improper operation in the moving process, and greatly improve the construction safety. The walking limiting mechanism 117 not only can realize the positioning and limiting of the trolley frame 101, but also can be separated from the track 116 when needed, so that the top template 102 can be lifted freely, the requirements of different construction scenes are met, and the construction flexibility is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 6, in a preferred example, the support legs 124 are provided on both sides of the bottom of the bogie frame 101, respectively, the support legs 124 include lifting hydraulic cylinders 125, each lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 is provided with a hydraulic lock 126, a piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 is vertically downward, and a pad 127 is provided at the bottom of the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125.
Before the carriage frame 101 is moved to the designated position, the legs 124 are in a contracted state, the piston rods of the lifting hydraulic cylinders 125 are fully retracted, and the pads 127 are not in contact with the casting floor. When the traveling mechanism 112 moves the trolley frame 101 to a specified position, the traveling limiting mechanism 117 releases the rail 116, and an operator controls the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 to start, so that the piston rod extends vertically downwards. The telescopic action of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 is controlled by a hydraulic system, and the extension length can be accurately adjusted. When the piston rods extend to a predetermined position, the backing plate 127 contacts the casting floor to provide support for the trolley frame 101. By controlling the expansion and contraction of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125, the distance between the backing plate 127 and the pouring bottom plate can be adjusted, and the overall height of the trolley frame 101 can be further adjusted, so that the accurate control of the height of the top template 102 is realized. After the leg 124 is adjusted to the proper position, the hydraulic lock 126 will be activated to ensure the fixed position of the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125, and prevent the die plate from descending due to the pressure release of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 during pouring or other construction processes.
By precisely controlling the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125, the height of the top template 102 can be adjusted, and the high-precision construction requirement can be met. The design of the legs 124 provides stable support for the trolley frame 101, enhances its stability during construction, and particularly effectively prevents the trolley frame 101 from sinking or swaying when heavy-load operations such as pouring are performed. The addition of the hydraulic lock 126 ensures the position stability of the support leg 124 after being adjusted in place, prevents the lifting hydraulic cylinder 125 from releasing pressure, and thus improves the safety of construction.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred example, a translation mechanism 128 is connected between the sideform 106 and the carriage frame 101, and the translation mechanism 128 includes a translation hydraulic cylinder 129 provided at an upper portion of the carriage frame 101 and a positioning hydraulic cylinder 130 provided at a lower portion.
Before the pouring operation is started, the operator moves the sideform 106 to a predetermined position by controlling the translation mechanism 128, and after the sideform 106 is moved to a correct position, the pouring operation of concrete is started. The mold surface of the sideform 106 is also provided with a release portion that helps to smoothly separate the form from the concrete after casting is completed. After the concrete is solidified, the side form 106 is moved to a direction approaching the trolley frame 101 by controlling the translation mechanism 128, so that demoulding is realized and preparation is made for the next pouring operation. The translation mechanism 128 controls the movement of the side templates 106, so that the installation and disassembly processes of the templates are greatly simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.

The hydraulic motor 113 drives the trolley of the inner side template 106 to move, and the winch pulls the outer side trolley template 200 to move, so that the rapid demoulding and movement of the template system are realized. Manual operation is reduced, labor intensity is reduced, construction efficiency is improved, and the whole pipe gallery construction process is more efficient.
