Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hopper cleaning, in particular to a hopper cleaning tool and a hopper cleaning method.
Background
The titanium alloy consumable electrode is formed by mixing and pressing massive alloy raw materials. Before massive alloy raw materials mix, different types of alloy raw materials are loaded in different feed boxes, a hopper is arranged below a discharge hole of the feed box, a mixing device is arranged below the hopper, when mixing is needed, the discharge hole of the feed box is opened, different raw materials in different feed boxes enter the hopper together and enter the mixing device downwards along the hopper, and the mixing device mixes the raw materials.
When the alloy raw material flows downwards in the hopper, the surface of the alloy raw material collides with, contacts and rubs with the inner wall of the hopper, so that dust and powder of the alloy raw material are adhered to the inner wall of the hopper. When different types of titanium alloys are pressed, the titanium alloys of different types need to be mixed by alloy raw materials with different component proportions, so that the inner wall of the hopper needs to be cleaned in order to avoid the influence of dust and powder adhered on the inner wall of the hopper on the pressed purity of the titanium alloys.
With reference to fig. 1, the existing hopper 1 is conical (four side walls of the hopper 1 are all obliquely arranged, the four side walls of the hopper 1 are mutually close from top to bottom), the hopper 1 is deeper, and the depth can reach 2-5m. At present, the cleaning mode of the hopper 1 is as follows: the alcohol is poured into the inner wall of the hopper 1, then the inner wall is manually scrubbed, arms cannot touch the deeper part of the hopper 1, the alcohol can only be poured into the inner wall of the hopper 1, the alcohol flows downwards, the deeper side wall cannot be scrubbed, and therefore the inner wall cleaning effect of the deeper part of the hopper is poor. Meanwhile, the hopper is large in size, four sides are required to be scrubbed manually in sequence during scrubbing, the operation is troublesome, and the workload is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hopper cleaning tool and a hopper cleaning method so as to realize more sufficient scrubbing of the inner side wall of a hopper.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the hopper cleaning tool comprises at least three scrubbing units, wherein the plurality of scrubbing units are connected end to end in sequence to form a polygon;
The scrubbing units comprise expansion plates and scrubbing cloth, the scrubbing cloth is positioned on the front surface of the expansion plates, two ends of the scrubbing cloth are fixedly connected to two ends of the expansion plates, and the scrubbing cloth has elasticity;
The expansion plate comprises a first sliding plate and a second sliding plate which are transversely connected in a sliding manner; an elastic piece which enables the expansion plate to have an elongation trend is connected between the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate.
The principle and the advantages of the scheme are as follows: the scrubbing units in this scheme are a plurality of, and a plurality of scrubbing units connect gradually into the polygon end to can adapt to with the shape of hopper, with the hopper wash the frock put into the hopper in like this after, every scrubbing unit can be relative with the inner wall of hopper, thereby scrubbing corresponding hopper inner wall.
After the hopper cleaning tool is placed into the hopper, the scrubbing cloth is positioned on the front surface (the front surface is the surface opposite to the inner wall of the hopper) of the expansion plate, so that the scrubbing cloth is attached to the inner wall of the hopper, and when the hopper cleaning tool moves vertically, the scrubbing cloth wipes on the inner wall of the hopper, so that the inner wall of the hopper is scrubbed.
The expansion plate in this scheme is arranged in supporting the cloth of scrubbing, and when scrubbing the cloth and the contact of hopper inner wall, the expansion plate is located the rear of scrubbing the cloth (scrubbing the one side that the cloth kept away from the hopper inner wall) and supports the cloth of scrubbing, guarantees that the cloth of scrubbing can not retreat, guarantees that the cloth of scrubbing can fully contact with the hopper. The expansion plate in this scheme can stretch out and draw back, through the relative lateral sliding of first sliding plate and second sliding plate to realized the expansion plate flexible, like this when hopper washs the frock when the downhill movement in the hopper, because the lateral wall of hopper is close to each other gradually, consequently the expansion plate can shorten automatically under the restriction effect of hopper inner wall, and the hopper washs the frock volume and becomes automatic diminishing, thereby adapts to the lateral wall of hopper and is close to each other's condition gradually, guarantees that the hopper washs the frock can normal downwardly moving. Because the scrubbing cloth has elasticity, after the expansion plate is shortened, the scrubbing cloth is adaptively contracted under the action of self elasticity. When the expansion plate is shortened, the elastic piece is extruded by the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate.
When the hopper cleaning tool moves upwards in the hopper, the side walls of the hopper are gradually far away from each other, so that the expansion plate automatically stretches under the action of the elastic piece, the volume of the hopper cleaning tool is automatically increased, the condition that the side walls of the hopper are gradually far away from each other from bottom to top is adapted, and when the hopper cleaning tool moves upwards, the volume of the hopper cleaning tool can be correspondingly increased to scrub the inner wall of the hopper. Because the scrubbing cloth has elasticity, when the expansion plate is lengthened, the scrubbing cloth is deformed and lengthened, and the scrubbing length of the scrubbing cloth is correspondingly increased.
In summary, the hopper cleaning tool disclosed by the application can adapt to the shape of a hopper when moving in the hopper, the volume can be correspondingly reduced when moving from top to bottom, and the volume can be correspondingly increased when moving from bottom to top, so that the hopper can be cleaned in all directions. When hopper washs the inside wall of hopper, can clean all inside walls of hopper simultaneously, can also clean the depths of hopper simultaneously, compare the mode of manual scrubbing, improved the efficiency of scrubbing, the effect that the hopper was cleaned is better.
Preferably, as an improvement, the first sliding plate is fixedly connected with a first fixing plate, the second sliding plate is fixedly connected with a second fixing plate, the second fixing plate is fixedly connected with a guide rod, the guide rod is transversely and slidably connected to the first fixing plate, and the elastic piece is located between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate.
Therefore, when the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate slide relatively, the guide rod slides on the first fixed plate, so that the guide effect can be achieved for the sliding of the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate. The elastic piece is located between the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate, so that when the telescopic plate is shortened, the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate are close to each other, the elastic piece is extruded by the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate, the elastic piece generates elastic force, and the elastic force of the elastic piece acts on the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate, so that the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate have a trend of being far away from each other.
Preferably, as an improvement, the elastic element is a compression spring, and the elastic element is sleeved on the guide rod. Therefore, the elastic piece is sleeved on the guide rod, deformation of the elastic piece when the elastic piece is extruded can be avoided, and normal operation of the elastic piece is ensured.

Because the scrubbing cloth has elasticity, when the expansion plate is shortened, the scrubbing cloth can be contracted together under the action of the elasticity, so that the scrubbing cloth can be gathered together to be thickened and can be fully contacted with the inner wall of the hopper, but after the scrubbing cloth is thickened, the friction between the scrubbing cloth and the hopper can be increased, and the normal movement of the hopper cleaning tool in the hopper is affected. When the expansion plate is stretched, the scrubbing cloth is stretched in the length direction, the scrubbing cloth is relatively thinner, and the degree of tightness of the scrubbing cloth, which is attached to the inner wall of the hopper, is reduced after the scrubbing cloth is thinned, so that the cleaning effect of the scrubbing cloth on the inner wall of the hopper is affected.

Preferably, as an improvement, the end parts of the expansion plates are all provided with sliding units, each sliding unit comprises a fixed block, a wheel frame and a roller wheel used for rolling on the inner wall of the hopper, the fixed block is fixedly connected to the end parts of the expansion plates, the wheel frame is fixedly connected to the fixed block, and the roller wheel is rotatably connected to the wheel frame.

Preferably, as a modification, the ends of two adjacent expansion plates share a fixed block. Therefore, two fixing blocks are not required to be arranged at the end parts of two adjacent expansion plates, and the structure is simple.
Preferably, as an improvement, the cleaning device further comprises a spraying unit, wherein the spraying unit is positioned in a space surrounded by the plurality of scrubbing units; the spraying unit comprises a spray head frame and spray heads, the spray heads are arranged below the spray head frame, and telescopic rods are connected between the spray head frame and each telescopic plate.
Therefore, in the moving process of the hopper cleaning tool, the spray head sprays alcohol on the inner wall of the hopper, then the scrubbing cloth scrubs the inner wall of the hopper immediately, the alcohol is not required to be poured on the inner wall of the hopper manually, and the operation is simple and convenient. Compared with manual pouring of alcohol on the inner wall of the hopper, the alcohol spraying is more uniform.
Preferably, as a modification, the number of scrubbing units is four. Thereby, the hopper provided with four side walls can be scrubbed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the hopper cleaning tool is placed into a hopper, alcohol is sprayed on the inner side wall of the hopper, and then the hopper cleaning tool moves downwards in the hopper, so that the inner wall of the hopper is scrubbed.
Preferably, as an improvement, the hopper cleaning tool is removed from the hopper by pulling the hopper cleaning tool upward.

Substantially as shown in figures 2 to 4 of the accompanying drawings: the hopper cleaning tool comprises at least three scrubbing units, wherein the plurality of scrubbing units are connected end to end in sequence to form a polygon; the number of scrubbing units in this embodiment is four, so that the four scrubbing units are first connected to form a quadrangle, although in other embodiments, the number of scrubbing units may be three, five, etc., and the number of scrubbing units depends on the number of side walls of the hopper 1.
The scrubbing units in this embodiment all include a telescopic plate 5 and a scrubbing cloth 16, the scrubbing cloth 16 is located on the front surface (the front surface refers to the outer side surface of the quadrangle and the side surface opposite to the inner wall of the hopper 1) of the telescopic plate 5, two ends of the scrubbing cloth 16 are fixedly connected (for example, adhered or fixed by screws) on two ends of the telescopic plate 5, and the scrubbing cloth 16 has elasticity, so the scrubbing cloth 16 can be made of elastic cloth. Thus, the number of the fixing blocks 6 in the present embodiment is four, and the ends of two adjacent expansion plates 5 share one fixing block 6, and the wheel frame 19 and the roller 18 are provided on both side surfaces on each fixing block 6.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the hopper 1 is four sides, and the four sides gradually approach each other from top to bottom, so that the space of the hopper 1 gradually decreases from top to bottom, and vertical roller grooves 2 are formed on the inner walls of two end portions of the four sides.
The embodiment discloses a hopper cleaning method, wherein alcohol is uniformly scattered on four inner side walls of a hopper 1 from a top opening part of the hopper 1 during cleaning, and the alcohol flows downwards along the inner side walls of the hopper 1. Then the hopper cleaning tool is put into the hopper 1, the rollers 18 are positioned in the roller grooves 2, and the scrubbing cloths 16 of the four scrubbing units are attached to the four inner side walls of the hopper 1.
Then the hopper cleaning tool is pushed to move downwards in the hopper 1 (when the hopper 1 cleaning work is pushed to move in the hopper 1, four operators can respectively push the fixed blocks 6 at four corners of the hopper cleaning tool by using push rods, so that the hopper cleaning tool is pushed to move downwards in the hopper 1), or the hopper cleaning tool is pushed to move downwards under the action of gravity. In the downward movement process of the hopper cleaning tool, the roller 18 rolls downwards in the roller groove 2, the four scrubbing units move downwards, and the scrubbing cloth 16 scrubs the inner wall of the hopper 1, so that the inner wall of the hopper 1 is cleaned.
In this embodiment, when the hopper cleaning tool moves downwards in the hopper 1, since the side walls of the hopper 1 are gradually close to each other, the expansion plate 5 can be automatically shortened under the limiting action of the inner wall of the hopper 1, and the hopper cleaning tool is automatically reduced, so that the condition that the side walls of the hopper 1 are gradually close to each other is adapted, and the hopper cleaning tool is ensured to move downwards normally. Because the scrubbing cloth 16 has elasticity, when the expansion plate 5 is shortened, the scrubbing cloth 16 is adaptively contracted under the action of self elasticity. After the expansion plate 5 is shortened, the first fixing plate 15 and the second fixing plate 14 approach each other, and the elastic member 12 is pressed by the first fixing plate 15 and the second fixing plate 14.
After the hopper cleaning tool is cleaned, the hopper cleaning tool is lifted upwards (a rope can be fastened on the hopper cleaning tool). The four inner walls of the hopper 1 are cleaned in all directions by repeating the steps, so that the cleaning effect is good and the cleaning efficiency is high.
After cleaning, the hopper cleaning tool is lifted upwards, and the hopper cleaning tool is taken out of the hopper 1, so that the hopper cleaning tool cannot be located in the hopper 1 to influence the normal use of the hopper 1.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, the hopper cleaning tool in this embodiment further includes a spraying unit, which is located in a space surrounded by the plurality of scrubbing units, on the basis of embodiment 1; the spraying unit comprises a spray head frame 9 and spray heads 10, wherein the spray heads 10 are arranged below the spray head frame 9, and telescopic rods 7 are connected between the spray head frame 9 and each telescopic plate 5. Specifically, each first sliding plate 3 and the spray head frame 9 are fixedly connected (welded or screwed) with a telescopic rod 7, so that when the hopper cleaning tool moves in the hopper 1, the telescopic rod 7 also changes its length adaptively when the length of the telescopic plate 5 changes. The nozzle 10 is connected with a feed pipe 8, and spray holes are formed in the side walls of the periphery of the nozzle 10, so that spray can be performed to the periphery.
From this through this embodiment, the hopper washs frock in the removal in-process, the pump is connected to the one end that the inlet pipe 8 kept away from shower nozzle 10, and the pump pumps alcohol into shower nozzle 10 through inlet pipe 8, and the alcohol spouts in the shower nozzle 10, and shower nozzle 10 sprays alcohol on four inner walls of hopper 1, and when hopper washs frock in this embodiment moves down, shower nozzle 10 spouts alcohol on the inner wall of hopper 1 of scrubbing unit below, then hopper 1 washs unit moves down and scrubs cloth 16 again and scrubs the inner wall of hopper 1 immediately, need not the manual work like this and falls alcohol on the inner wall of hopper 1, easy operation is convenient. The spray head 10 sprays the alcohol automatically, and does not need to manually spray the alcohol on the inner wall of the hopper 1, so that the alcohol is positioned on the inner wall of the hopper 1 more uniformly.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, this embodiment is further improved on the basis of embodiment 1, in this embodiment, a first sliding plate 3 is fixedly connected (for example, welded or screwed) with a transverse air cylinder 11, a rod hole is formed at the end of the air cylinder 11, a guide rod 13 passes through the rod hole, a rubber sealing block 20 is arranged between the rod hole and the guide rod 13, the sealing block 20 is clamped in the rod hole or is adhered in the rod hole, so as to seal the rod hole, in this way, the guide rod 13 is transversely sealed and slidingly connected in the air cylinder 11, a piston 21 is fixedly connected (fixed by a screw) at the position of the guide rod 13 in the air cylinder 11, and the piston 21 is transversely slidingly connected in the air cylinder 11.
As shown in fig. 6, an air cushion 17 is arranged between the scrubbing cloth 16 and the expansion plate 5, the air cushion 17 is made of elastic rubber, an air cavity is arranged in the air cushion 17, the air cushion 17 is adhered on the back surface of the scrubbing cloth 16, the thickness of the air cushion 17 is changed according to the filled air quantity in the embodiment, and the sum of the thickness of the air cushion 17 and the thickness of the scrubbing cloth 16 is in the range of 5mm-10 mm. As shown in fig. 5, the piston 21 divides the cartridge 11 into a first chamber and a second chamber 22; the second chamber 22 is adjacent to the second fixing plate 14 and communicates with the cushion 17, for example by means of an air tube. The first chamber on the other side of the piston 21 communicates with the outside, for example, an air hole is provided in the outer wall of the air cylinder 11, so that the first chamber can communicate with the outside.
In embodiment 1, because the scouring cloth 16 has elasticity, when the expansion plate 5 is shortened, the scouring cloth 16 is contracted together under the action of the elasticity, so that the scouring cloth 16 is gathered together to be thickened, and thus the scouring cloth 16 can be fully contacted with the inner wall of the hopper 1, but after the scouring cloth 16 is thickened, the friction between the scouring cloth 16 and the hopper 1 is increased, and the normal movement of the hopper cleaning tool in the hopper 1 is affected. When the expansion plate 5 is elongated, the scrubbing cloth 16 is elongated, and the scrubbing cloth 16 is unfolded in the length direction and does not gather in the thickness direction, so that the scrubbing cloth 16 becomes relatively thinner, and the degree of tightness of the scrubbing cloth 16 attached to the inner wall of the hopper 1 after the scrubbing cloth 16 is thinned is reduced, thereby affecting the cleaning effect of the scrubbing cloth 16 on the inner wall of the hopper 1.
Through the embodiment, when the expansion plate 5 is gradually elongated, the second sliding plate 4 drives the guide rod 13 to move, and the guide rod 13 drives the piston 21 to move in the air cylinder 11, so that the space in the second chamber 22 is gradually reduced, the air in the second chamber 22 is gradually pushed into the air cushion 17, the air cushion 17 has elasticity, the air cushion 17 is gradually expanded and thickened after the air in the air cushion 17 is increased, the thickening of the air cushion 17 can make up the defect caused by the thinning of the scrubbing cloth 16 after the scrubbing cloth 16 is expanded in the length direction, and the compactness of the scrubbing cloth 16 attached to the inner wall of the hopper 1 can be still ensured, so that the scrubbing effect is ensured.
When the expansion plate 5 gradually tapers short, the second sliding plate 4 drives the guide rod 13 to move, the guide rod 13 drives the piston 21 to reversely move in the air cylinder 11, so that the space of the second chamber 22 is enlarged, negative pressure is generated in the second chamber 22, gas in the air cushion 17 is gradually sucked into the second chamber 22, the gas in the air cushion 17 is reduced, the thickness of the air cushion 17 is reduced, the defect caused by thickening of the scrubbing cloth 16 after the scrubbing cloth 16 is contracted in the length direction can be overcome, the air cushion 17 is thinned, and the space can be reserved for accommodating the thickened scrubbing cloth 16, so that the phenomenon that the scrubbing cloth 16 is excessively tightly attached to the hopper 1 after being thickened to influence the normal movement of the hopper cleaning tool is avoided, and the normal and smooth movement of the hopper cleaning tool is ensured.
