It should be understood that if the barrier layer 120 is not plated before the bottle cap 100 seals the bottle body 200, and the outer coating is performed after the bottle body 200 and the bottle cap 100 are sealed, then no matter whether the bottle cap 100 or the bottle body 200 is used as the supporting base point to support the plastic bottle, it is necessary to first plate the entire body for the first time, then flip the plastic bottle, and then plate the entire body for the second time. While the coating area is greatly increased, the process flow is complicated and the manufacturing efficiency is low. It should be understood that if the bottle body 200 is plated separately without the entire body being plated, that is, after the bottle body 200 is injection-blow molded, the bottle body 200 is first plated, and then filled and sealed, it is necessary to add an additional sterilization process for sterilization after the outer coating of the bottle body 200 is completed to ensure the quality of filling and sealing. The plastic bottle of this solution can use an integrated mechanical equipment for injection-blow filling-sealing-plating to achieve one-time molding of aseptic vacuum packaging, which has a simple process flow and high manufacturing efficiency. It should be understood that the sterilization process has relevant standards for the sterilization time, sterilization temperature and sterilization process, which will greatly increase the time of the entire manufacturing cycle and increase the complexity, thereby resulting in low efficiency in the manufacture of plastic bottles.
