Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type buildings, in particular to a welded precast concrete shear wall with edge components and an assembly structure thereof.
Background
In recent years, the strategic goal of 'building industrialization is developed greatly' in China, and the prefabricated assembled building can change the problems of low construction speed, difficult quality control, high production cost, high energy consumption pollution and the like in the traditional building industry, so that the prefabricated assembled building becomes an important grip for novel building industrialization, and particularly the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure has the advantages of higher bearing capacity and lateral rigidity, high factory manufacturing quality, fast field installation progress, energy consumption reduction, resource conservation and the like in combination with the prefabricated building, so that the prefabricated assembled shear wall structure is an ideal structural form of a high-rise residential building, and research on the structural performance of the prefabricated concrete shear wall also becomes the focus of attention of a plurality of students.
The 4.0.3 th piece of the current national standard "evaluation Standard for fabricated buildings" (GB/T51129-2017) specifies that post-cast concrete at the connecting portion between vertical members of a main body structure can be calculated into the requirement of precast concrete volume calculation when the width of a cast segment meets certain requirements. Under the influence of the regulations, most of the domestic projects currently meet the evaluation requirement of the fabricated building, and the abnormal phenomenon that the wall plates are prefabricated for score is caused by adopting a combined mode that edge members are cast in situ and middle wall plates are prefabricated. The method not only leaves the original purpose of popularizing the assembled building, but also causes a great deal of waste of resources, and is an unbearable method.
Moreover, the reinforcement of the cast-in-place edge member requires site binding and pouring, and requires a large number of templates, labor and site wet work.
Therefore, in order to better advance the development of the fabricated building, the precast concrete shear wall with the edge member and the assembly structure thereof are designed.
The precast concrete shear wall system has horizontal and vertical joints, and the connection mode of the joints is an important factor affecting the overall structural performance, so that the design of the precast concrete shear wall with the edge components also needs to consider the influence of the connection mode.
At present, in actual engineering, the vertical connection mode commonly used by precast concrete shear walls mainly comprises: grouting sleeve connection, constraint slurry anchor connection, extrusion sleeve connection, ring rib buckling anchor connection, bolt connection and other modes, but the following defects exist in the connection modes:
1. Grouting sleeve connection, constraint slurry anchor connection, extrusion sleeve connection and the like belong to dark connection, the construction quality is greatly influenced by the construction level of workers, the construction error fault tolerance rate is low, and the construction quality is not easy to guarantee; the manufacturing cost is high, and the engineering cost is easy to increase;
2. the problems of large field workload, slow construction progress and the like exist in connection such as bolting and the like, the construction quality can directly influence the seismic performance of the wall body, and the engineering quality is difficult to guarantee.
