The following is a description of several topologies.
If the dc output end is connected to the first load, the user sets the second reference voltage V ref2 and the third reference voltage V ref3 according to the working voltage of the first load, for example, the output voltage signal V o needs to be adapted to the first load and needs 110V, the third reference voltage Vref3 is set to 100V, the second reference voltage Vref2 is set to 95V, and the topology selection module can determine the relay driving signal according to the output voltage signal V o, the second reference voltage V ref2 and the third reference voltage V ref3, so as to drive the main circuit module 20 to work in topology 1. In topology 1, as shown in fig. 2, the first inductance L 1 is switched into the topology of the main circuit module 20.
If the output voltage signal V o of the DC output terminal DC out is greater than the third reference voltage V ref3 and the third reference voltage V ref3 is greater than the second reference voltage V ref2, i.e., V o>Vref3>Vref2, the first level channel 401 of the level adaptation unit participates in operation.
Because of V o>Vref3, the first comparator A1 outputs a high-level signal to the first level channel 401, where one path directly transmits the high-level signal to the controlled end of the first relay K 1 and the controlled end of the second relay K 2, drives the first end and the second end of the first relay K 1 to be turned on, and drives the first end and the second end of the second relay K 2 to be turned on; meanwhile, the first comparator A1 outputs a high-level signal to the first level channel 401, the other path is converted into a low-level signal through a NOT gate, the low-level signal is output to the controlled end of the fifth relay K 5 and the controlled end of the sixth relay K 6, the first end and the third end of the fifth relay K 5 are driven to be connected, and the first end and the third end of the sixth relay K 6 are driven to be connected; at the same time, the third relay K 3 and the fourth relay K 4 are controlled to be locked. At this time, the power adjustment module 30 controls the first switch S 1 to be turned on or off in time, so that the main circuit module 20 selects the topology 1 structure to participate in the operation.
The voltage gain of topology 1 is: Wherein G 1 is the ratio of the output voltage to the input voltage in the topology 1 structure, that is, the voltage gain of the topology 1 structure, and D 1 is the duty cycle of the first switch S 1, and is also the duty cycle of the current switch driving signal.
In the topology 1 structure, the first end of the first relay K 1 is connected with the second end thereof and disconnected with the third end thereof, so that the first inductor L 1 is connected into the topology 1 circuit, the first end of the second relay K 2 is connected with the second end thereof and disconnected with the third end thereof, so that the output diode D o is connected into the topology 1 circuit, and meanwhile, the first end of the fifth relay K 5 is connected with the third end thereof and disconnected with the second end thereof; the first end of the sixth relay K 6 is connected to the third end thereof and disconnected from the second end thereof, so that the output capacitor C o is connected to the topology 1 circuit.
In the circuit structure, the positive electrode of the new energy source 10 is connected with the first end of a first relay K 1, the first end of a first inductor L 1 is connected with the second end of a first relay K 1, the second end of a first inductor L 1 is connected with the first end of a second relay K 2 and is connected with the first end of a first switch S 1, the second end of a second relay K 2 is connected with the anode of an output diode D o, the cathode of an output diode D o is connected with the positive electrode of an output capacitor C o, and is connected to the positive electrode of the direct current output terminal DC out. The negative electrode of the new energy source 10 is connected with the first end of a fifth relay K 5, and the third end of a fifth relay K 5 is connected with the third end of a sixth relay K 6 and the second end of a first switch S 1; a first terminal of the sixth relay K 6 is connected to the negative electrode of the output capacitor C o and to the negative electrode of the DC output terminal DC out.
In the topology 1 structure, the first inductance L 1 needs to be large enough to store enough energy, and the specific value is not limited; the output capacitor C o needs to be large enough so that the DC output terminal DC out can maintain a continuous output voltage, the capacitance value of the output capacitor C o is matched with the requirements of the new energy circuit applicable to multiple loads and the requirements of the load 60, and the specific value is not limited; in addition, the output diode D o is a fast recovery diode, and the specific model is not limited.
The working principle of the topology 1 structure is as follows: in topology 1, the first inductor L 1, the first switch S 1, and the output diode D o constitute a boost circuit that includes two stages of charging and discharging when in operation. In the charging process, the first switch S 1 is controlled to be turned on, the new energy source 10 charges the first inductor L 1, the first inductor L 1 stores energy, the first inductor current rises, the voltage polarity of the first inductor L 1 is positive and negative, the output diode D o is in an off state, and the output capacitor C o provides energy for the back-end load 60 to maintain the load 60 to work. In the discharging process, the first switch S 1 is controlled to be turned off, the output diode D o is controlled to be turned on, the new energy source 10 and the first inductor L 1 charge the output capacitor C o together and provide energy to the back-end load 60, at this time, since the voltage is provided by the capacitor before the output capacitor C o charges, the voltage at two ends of the output capacitor C o is raised, the output voltage is higher than the input voltage provided by the new energy source 10, and the voltage is raised completely, so that the input voltage is raised to be higher. In one switching cycle, the first inductance L 1 may be all greater than zero, or all equal to zero, and may be referred to as a continuous operation mode and an intermittent operation mode, respectively, in which the DC output DC out is capable of outputting a corresponding voltage.
When the DC output DC out changes the load, for example, when the second load is connected, the embodiment can switch to the topology 2 structure to meet the requirement of high voltage gain.
If the dc output terminal is connected to the second load, the user resets the second reference voltage V ref2 and the third reference voltage V ref3 according to the working voltage of the second load, for example, when the output voltage signal V o needs to be adapted to the second load and needs 220V, the third reference voltage Vref3 is set to 225V and the second reference voltage Vref2 is set to 215V, and the topology selection module can determine the relay driving signal according to the output voltage signal V o and the third reference voltage V ref3, so as to drive the main circuit module 20 to work in topology 2, that is, select the first impedance network 21 to be connected to the main circuit module 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first impedance network 21 includes a first diode D 1, a second diode D 2, a second inductance L 2, a third inductance L 3, and a first capacitance C 1. The positive pole of the first diode D 1 is connected to the first end of the second inductor L 2, and forms a first end of the first impedance network 21, the negative pole of the first diode D 1 is connected to the positive pole of the first capacitor C 1 and the first end of the third inductor L 3, the second end of the second inductor L 2 is connected to the negative pole of the first capacitor C 1 and the positive pole of the second diode D 2, and the second end of the third inductor L 3 is connected to the negative pole of the second diode D 2, and forms a second end of the first impedance network 21.
In topology 2, the output voltage signal V o of the DC output terminal DC out is greater than the second reference voltage V ref2 and less than the third reference voltage V ref3, i.e., V ref2<Vo<Vref3, the second level channel 402 of the level adaptation unit is engaged in operation. Because of V ref2<Vo, the second comparator A 2 outputs a high-level signal to be transmitted to the controlled end of the first relay K 1 so as to drive the first end of the first relay K 1 to be communicated with the second end of the first relay K 1, and the first relay K 1 is connected to the branch of the first inductor L 1; the high level signal is transmitted to the controlled end of the fourth relay K 4 to drive the first end of the fourth relay K 4 to be communicated with the second end of the fourth relay K 4, and the fourth relay K 4 is connected to the branch of the output capacitor C o.
Because of V o<Vref3, the first comparator A 1 outputs a low-level signal to the second level channel 402 and directly transmits the low-level signal to the controlled end of the second relay K 2, and the first end of the second relay K 2 is driven to be connected with the third end of the second relay K 2; meanwhile, the current is directly transmitted to the controlled end of the fifth relay K 5, and the first end of the fifth relay K 5 is driven to be communicated with the third end of the fifth relay K 5; meanwhile, the current is directly transmitted to the controlled end of the sixth relay K 6, and the first end of the sixth relay K 6 is driven to be communicated with the third end of the sixth relay K 6; at the same time, the third relay K 3 is controlled to latch. At this time, the power adjustment module 30 controls the first switch S 1 to be turned on, so that the main circuit module 20 selects the topology 2 structure to participate in the operation, and the voltage gain of the topology 2 structure is: Wherein G 2 is the ratio of the output voltage to the input voltage in the topology 2 structure, i.e. the voltage gain of the topology 2 structure, D 1 is the duty cycle of the first switch S 1, i.e. the duty cycle of the switch driving signal, and the output voltage signal V o of the DC output terminal DC out is adapted to the second load.
In the working process of the topology 2 gain circuit, the topology 2 gain circuit can work in all modes to realize the charge and discharge of the corresponding energy storage elements, and corresponding voltage gain is obtained through timely charge and discharge of all the energy storage elements. The new energy source 10 supplies energy to the rear end load 60 through the topology 2 structure, and the voltage gain can be obtained to be larger than the voltage boost of the topology 1 structure, so that the change of the voltage boost is realized.
The first switch S 1 is not possible to turn on at any time in one switching period, so the duty cycle D 1 of the switching driving signal is greater than 0 and less than 1, so 2+D 1 is greater than 1, and as can be seen by comparing the two voltage gain formulas of topology 1 and topology 2, the voltage gain of topology 2 is far greater than that of topology 1.
In order to meet the requirement of higher voltage gain, the embodiment also provides a transformable topology 3 structure, and the topology 3 structure realizes higher voltage gain by designing a second impedance network, so that the new energy circuit suitable for multiple loads has stronger adaptability and is better applied to the industrial electric equipment with different voltage requirements.
If the dc output end is connected to the third load, the user resets the second reference voltage V ref2 and the third reference voltage V ref3 according to the working voltage of the third load, for example, when the output voltage signal V o needs to be adapted to the third load and 360V is needed, the third reference voltage Vref3 is set to 370V, the second reference voltage Vref2 is set to 365V, and the topology selection module can determine the relay driving signal according to the output voltage signal V o, the second reference voltage V ref2 and the third reference voltage V ref3, so as to drive the main circuit module 20 to work in topology 3, that is, select the second impedance network 22 to access the main circuit module 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the second impedance network 22 includes a second switch S 2, a third switch S 3, a first coupling inductor, a second capacitor C 2, a third capacitor C 3, a third diode D 3, and a fourth diode D 4. The second end of the second switch S 2 is connected to the first end of the first coil L 11 of the first coupling inductor and the negative electrode of the second capacitor C 2, and forms the first end of the second impedance network 22; the positive electrode of the second capacitor C 2 is connected with the negative electrode of the third diode D 3 and the first end of the second coil L 12 of the first coupling inductor, and the second end of the second coil L 12 of the first coupling inductor is the second end of the second impedance network 22; the second end of the third switch S 3 is connected to the second end of the first coil L 21 of the second coupling inductor and the positive electrode of the third capacitor C 3, and forms a third end of the second impedance network 22.
The first end of the third switch S 3 is connected to the second end of the first coil L 11 of the first coupling inductor and the positive electrode of the third diode D 3, the first end of the second switch S 2 is connected to the first end of the first coil L 21 of the second coupling inductor and the positive electrode of the fourth diode D 4, the negative electrode of the fourth diode D 4 is connected to the negative electrode of the third capacitor C 3 and the second end of the second coil L 22 of the second coupling inductor, and the first end of the second coil L 22 of the second coupling inductor is the fourth end of the second impedance network 22.
In topology 3, when the output voltage signal V o of the DC output terminal DC out is smaller than the second reference voltage V ref2, the second reference voltage V ref2 is smaller than the third reference voltage V ref3, i.e., V o<Vref2<Vref3, the third level channel 403 of the level adaptation unit participates in operation. As V o<Vref2, the low-level signal output by the second comparator a 2 is transmitted to the controlled end of the first relay K 1 through the direct connection wire, so as to drive the first end and the third end of the first relay K 1 to be connected, and the first relay K 1 is connected to the branch of the second impedance network 22; and outputting a low-level signal to the controlled end of the third relay K 3, driving the first end and the third end of the third relay K 3 to be connected, and connecting the third relay K 3 to the branch of the output diode D o. The second comparator A 2 outputs a low-level signal, performs level conversion through an NOT gate to obtain a high-level signal, transmits the high-level signal to the controlled end of the fifth relay K 5, drives the first end and the second end of the fifth relay K 5 to be communicated, and the fifth relay K 5 is connected to a branch of the second impedance network 22; outputting a high-level signal to a controlled end of a sixth relay K 6, driving a first end and a second end of the sixth relay K 6 to be communicated, and connecting a sixth relay K 6 to a branch of a second impedance network 22; at the same time, the second relay K 2 and the fourth relay K 4 are controlled to be latched. At this time, the power adjustment module 30 controls the second switch S 2 and the third switch S 3 to be turned on, so that the main circuit module 20 selects the topology 3 structure to participate in the operation, and the voltage gain of the topology 3 structure is as follows: Wherein D 2 is the duty cycle of the second switch S 2 and the third switch S 3, i.e. the duty cycle of the switch driving signal. n is the turns ratio of the first coupling inductance and the second coupling inductance, and at this time, the output voltage signal V o of the DC output terminal DC out is adapted to the third load.
The working principle of the topology 3 structure is as follows: in the working process of the topology 3 gain circuit, the topology 3 gain circuit can work in all modes to realize the charge and discharge of the corresponding energy storage elements, and corresponding voltage gain is obtained through timely charge and discharge of all the energy storage elements. The second impedance network 22 is added with two coupling inductors, so that a higher boosting ratio can be realized to meet the load with a larger working voltage; and simultaneously, an electrical isolation effect is brought to prevent the output capacitor from affecting the circuit of the input end when discharging.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as seen in connection with fig. 1-4, the first end and the second end of the second switch and the third switch are signal ends, and the third end is a controlled end; the first, second and third ends are identified only as port numbers. When the voltage between the grid electrode and the source electrode of each field effect transistor meets the conduction condition of the field effect transistor, the field effect transistor is turned on, otherwise, the field effect transistor is turned off, so that the power regulating module 30 can output a corresponding PWM pulse modulation signal to trigger each switch to be turned on or off timely, and the regulation and control of the voltage gain of the topological structure are realized.
