Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic cylinder machining, and particularly relates to a hydraulic cylinder machining tool.
Background
The hydraulic cylinder is used as an important hydraulic element, and has the core function of converting hydraulic energy in a hydraulic system into mechanical energy so as to realize linear reciprocating motion. In various mechanical equipment and industrial equipment, a hydraulic cylinder plays a key role, such as an excavator, a crane, a rolling mill and the like, the working principle of the hydraulic cylinder is based on incompressibility of liquid, when hydraulic oil is subjected to pressure in the cylinder, the pressure is uniformly transmitted to a piston, so that the piston generates linear motion, the hydraulic cylinder mainly comprises a hydraulic cylinder barrel and a movable rod, namely a piston rod, and the movable rod is required to be inserted into the hydraulic cylinder barrel and then is subjected to operations such as sealing or oiling during assembly processing.
When the existing hydraulic cylinder machining tool is used for machining, the to-be-assembled part of the hydraulic cylinder is often moved to a machining position by manual operation, and then the movable rod of the hydraulic cylinder is aligned with the hydraulic cylinder barrel by manual operation. In view of this, a hydraulic cylinder processing tool is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydraulic cylinder machining tool which solves the problems that in the prior art, a hydraulic cylinder is inconvenient to align and a component to be installed is inconvenient to move during assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The clamping mechanism provided by the invention can firmly clamp the movable rod, can be matched with the conveying mechanism to convey the movable rod to the processing position more conveniently, reduces the time required by alignment operation when the traditional movable rod and the hydraulic cylinder barrel are installed, and improves the working efficiency of the device.
2. The hydraulic cylinder processing tool can simultaneously perform operations such as assembly, oil injection and the like, so that the problem that related components of the hydraulic cylinder need to be carried back and forth in the traditional hydraulic cylinder processing process is solved, and the investment of time cost and labor cost is reduced.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-10, a hydraulic cylinder machining tool comprises a frame 1 and a conveying mechanism 2 arranged at the top of the frame 1, wherein the conveying mechanism 2 comprises a mounting block 21 arranged at the top of the frame 1 in a sliding mode and a motor 24 for driving the mounting block 21 to move, the mounting block 21 is arranged in a T shape, a first sliding groove 25 for sliding the mounting block 21 is correspondingly formed in the top of the frame 1, the conveying mechanism 2 is used for conveying a movable rod 11 to a machining position, the clamping mechanism 3 comprises a first electric push rod 31 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the mounting block 21 and a clamping head 331 for clamping the movable rod 11, the clamping mechanism 3 is used for clamping the movable rod 11, the fixing mechanism 4 comprises a second electric push rod 41 arranged at the bottom of the frame 1 in a sliding mode and a supporting seat 42 fixedly arranged at the extending end of the electric push rod, the supporting seat 42 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1 in a sliding mode, and the supporting seat 42 is used for supporting a hydraulic cylinder 12 to install the movable rod 11.
The surface of the clamping head 331 used for clamping should be additionally provided with a protection device such as a rubber gasket, etc., so as to prevent damage to the surface of the workpiece during clamping.
Specifically, a piston 111 is fixedly mounted on the top of the movable rod 11, a threaded head 112 is slidably disposed on the movable rod 11, and a threaded groove 121 for threaded connection with the threaded head 112 is correspondingly formed on the inner wall surface of the hydraulic cylinder 12. That is, at the time of installation, the piston 111 is inserted into the hydraulic cylinder 12, and then the screw head 112 is screwed with the screw groove 121.
Further, the conveying structure further comprises a screw sleeve 22 rotatably mounted at the top of the mounting block 21 and a screw rod 23 in threaded connection with the screw sleeve 22, one end of the screw rod 23, which is close to the fixing mechanism 4, is rotatably mounted on the frame 1, a motor 24 is arranged at the other end of the screw rod 23, the motor 24 is fixedly mounted in the frame 1, the output end of the motor 24 is fixedly connected with the screw rod 23, and the motor 24 is used for driving the screw rod 23 to rotate when being started, so that the screw sleeve 22 drives the mounting block 21 to slide.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, two first rotating rods 32 are hinged at the bottom of the mounting block 21, the two first rotating rods 32 are symmetrically arranged, one end of each first rotating rod 32 is hinged with the mounting block 21, the other ends of the first rotating rods 32 are both hinged with second rotating rods 33, one end of each second rotating rod 33 is hinged with the first rotating rod 32, the other ends of the second rotating rods 33 are fixedly connected with the clamping heads 331, a connecting block 35 is fixedly arranged at the extending end of each first electric pushing rod 31, a fixing block 34 is fixedly arranged on each connecting block 35, the fixing connection part of each second rotating rod 33 and each clamping head 331 is hinged with the corresponding fixing block 34, and when the first electric pushing rod 31 is used for extending, the two clamping heads 331 are mutually close to each other to clamp the movable rod 11.
In the present embodiment, the first rotating lever 32, the second rotating lever 33, the clamping head 331 and the fixed block 34 are mirror-image arranged at both ends of the connecting block 35, that is, two pairs of clamping heads 331 are provided, so that the clamping effect of the clamping mechanism 3 on the movable lever 11 is better.
In addition, the top shape of the supporting seat 42 is adapted to the shape of the hydraulic cylinder 12, the bottom of the supporting seat is in an inverted T shape, as shown in fig. 6, a second chute 44 for sliding the supporting seat 42 is provided at the bottom of the frame 1, a limit rod 43 for being inserted into an opening at one end of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1, and the limit rod 43 is used for clamping the hydraulic cylinder 12 to process in cooperation with the supporting seat 42.
In a further embodiment, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is provided with an oil filling hole 122 for filling hydraulic oil, and the top of the frame 1 is provided with an oil filling gun 13 for filling hydraulic oil into the oil filling hole 122, that is, after the movable rod 11 and the hydraulic cylinder 12 are assembled, the oil filling operation can be directly completed at the tooling, so that the labor cost and the time cost required for carrying are reduced.
It should be noted that, the first chute 25 and the second chute 44 not only provide a track for sliding the mounting block 21 or the supporting seat 42, but also limit the mounting block 21 or the supporting seat 42 to prevent the mounting block 21 or the supporting seat 42 from being offset during sliding.
It should be noted that the supporting seat 42 and the clamping head 331 should be at the same horizontal height, so that after the hydraulic cylinder 12 and the clamping head 331 are placed on the supporting seat 42 to clamp the movable rod 11, the axis of the movable rod 11 can be coincident with the axis of the hydraulic cylinder 12, so as to avoid the problem of inaccurate installation.
The working principle is that when the hydraulic cylinder 12 is processed, the opening at the closed end of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is firstly matched with the position of the limit rod 43 of the frame 1 sleeved in the frame 1, then the closed end of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is lifted to enable the second electric push rod 41 to retract until the supporting seat 42 reaches the lower part of the hydraulic cylinder 12, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is limited under the action of the supporting seat 42 and the limit rod 43, then the movable rod 11 is placed between the clamping heads 331, the first electric push rod 31 is opened to enable the telescopic end of the first electric push rod 31 to extend, at the moment, one end of the first rotary rod 32 far away from the mounting block 21 is mutually close to enable one end of the second rotary rod close to the mounting block 21 to mutually enable the clamping heads 331 to mutually close, clamping of the movable rod 11 is completed, then the motor 24 is started to enable the screw 23 to rotate, and the mounting block 21 is limited in the first sliding groove 25 due to the fact that the screw sleeve 22 rotates and the top of the mounting block 21 is driven to move, and then the piston 111 gradually enters the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder 12. When the installation is completed, the oil gun 13 may be directly pulled down to inject hydraulic oil into the oil injection hole 122 to complete the oil injection operation.
It should be noted that, in a specific setting, the length-adjustable device of the electric push rod may be set at the mounting block 21, so that the device may adapt to the assembly of the movable rod 11 and the hydraulic cylinder barrel 12 of the hydraulic cylinder with more sizes, and meet more production and processing requirements.
