The drying device comprises a drying component, wherein the drying component is a box type heating unit 3 arranged at an air outlet of a blower part 2, the air outlet of the box type heating unit 3 is communicated with the middle part of a U-shaped air pipe 4, a first air conveying hose 9 is communicated with the middle part of a main air box 20, the other end of the first air conveying hose 9 is communicated with an air conveying ring 26, the inside of a stirring rake 18 is hollow and is communicated with the air conveying ring 26, a plurality of air outlet holes 28 are uniformly formed in a rake claw of the stirring rake 18, a control valve 30 is arranged on the first air conveying hose 9, the control valve 30 and the box type heating unit 3 are opened, so that air input by the blower part 2 is hot air, the air input is not only sprayed to the direction of raw materials through a jet head 19, but also sprayed through the air outlet holes 28 of the stirring rake 18, the raw materials can be uniformly heated in the stirring process, and the drying efficiency of the raw materials is improved.
The working principle is that firstly raw materials are poured into a material box 8, the material box 8 is moved down to the inside of a cleaning box 1, a gas transmission component is started to transmit gas to the inside of a main gas box 20, the gas is led to be split into the inside of each second gas transmission hose 15, the gas is sprayed into the material box 8 through a gas jet head 19, under the pushing of the gas flow, the raw materials in the material box 8 are billowed in water, so that the raw materials are cleaned, then the material box 8 is moved up, the stirring and billowing piece is matched with a reciprocating driving piece, the raw materials in the material box 8 can be moved up, then the material box 8 is moved down to the inside of the cleaning box 1, the raw material cleaning step is repeated, so that the effect of the raw materials is improved, after the material box 8 is moved up, the hot gas flow is input into the stirring and billowing piece and the inside of the gas transmission component, the raw materials in the material box 8 are dried, and finally the raw materials dried in the material box 8 are orderly pumped out through a suction pipe 13 which moves back and forth under the action of an external material sucking device.
