Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有壳体的自动化模块,壳体具有后侧、前侧、下侧、上侧、左侧和右侧,在壳体中,第一印刷电路板平行地布置在壳体的左侧和右侧之间,下侧和上侧至少部分设计为通风格栅,以便实现壳体的内部中的对流冷却。术语与术语语法应用无关地包括阳性、阴性或中性的术语。
背景技术
具有壳体和通风格栅的自动化部件已从以下专利文献或公开文献中已经得知,EP2 906 030 B1描述具有导电连接的电子模块。EP 2 624 378 B1描述一种用于工业自动化技术的输入/输出模块。EP 26 54 317 B1示出具有显示元件的输入/输出模块。EP 2 683227 B1示出一种用于插入载体单元中的电子模块。EP 2 728 984 A1公开一种具有带管脚铰链的第二壳体部分和第一壳体部分的壳体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为根据现有技术的自动化模块提供维护和诊断接口,而不改变模块的外观。
该目的通过以下方式来实现:对于开始提到的自动化模块,在第一印刷电路板上与上侧直接相邻地布置有第一插接连接器,此外在上侧上可拆卸地布置适配器,适配器具有第二插接连接器并且设计为编码元件,使得适配器具有管脚,管脚布置成,使得管脚在第二插接连接器到第一插接连接器中的插拔操作中穿过通风格栅的开口,进而第二插接连接器到第一插接连接器中的插拔操作是可行的。
现在用于模块的适配器具有圆顶和管脚,圆顶和管脚除了编码之外还承担在插入到自动化模块中时的引导。此外,圆顶和管脚能够形成用于接触插接连接器的保护。对于布置圆顶和管脚存在多种的可行性,以便根据所属的自动化设备的功能来设计适配器。借助圆顶和管脚的不同布置,允许或阻止插入到自动化模块中。自动化模块能够是控制器、CPU、通信模块、输入/输出模块、调节模块、故障安全模块(F模块),它们通常全部针对可安装的模块化的站结构,特别针对分散式结构而设计。
有利地,第一印刷电路板上的第一插接连接器设计为维护和诊断接口。接口隐藏安置在设备中,进而被保护防止不必要的访问。有利的是:现在在了解在通风格栅下方存在接口的情况下,例如对于调试功能实现维护和诊断接口的可达到性。接口尤其在安全技术相关的设施方面隐藏处于设备中。
在安全相关的自动化模块中,第一插接连接器与模块的部件连接,其设计用于安全相关的运行,并且适配器与编码元件形成安全相关的编码装置,编码装置通过两个插接连接器的接触允许最终访问相关的运行机构,或者通过阻止两个插接连接器的接触来不允许该访问。这具有的优点是:用F-技术设计的模块仅能够针对确定的模块经由诊断接口耦联。
此外,第一插接连接器被设计为插座,并且第二插接连接器设计有朝两侧伸出的接触元件。
为了实现从外部可编程的特殊功能,至少一个能拆卸的接触桥布置在第二插接连接器中,并且模块设计用于识别已置入的接触桥。
接触桥设计为所谓的“跳线接触桥”并且能够电连接/桥接两个触点。
在适配器中,管脚还设计成,使得管脚由于管脚的造型精确地适配到现有的通风格栅中。由此确保防扭转保护和正确的位置。
管脚设计用于,使得适配器由于管脚的长度与配合件相结合而适配或锁止在壳体的内部中。
在进一步的改进中,适配器具有围绕第二插接连接器的套环,套环具有伸出的接触元件,并且套环设计有用于与配合件编码的缺口。
为了立即清楚且容易地区分对应的适配器,颜色区分、标签或其他能够易于识别的标识是可行的。为此,适配器具有作为能识别的标识的光源,其提醒系统操作员适配器已插入。
对于模块化结构技术,在自动化模块中,后侧设计用于能拆卸地安装在模块载体处。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出具有壳体2的自动化模块1。壳体2具有后侧Ru、前侧Vo、下侧Un、上侧Ob、左侧li和右侧re。在壳体2内,第一印刷电路板LG1平行布置在壳体2的左侧li和右侧re之间。下侧Un和上侧Ob至少部分地设计为第一通风格栅LG1和第二通风格栅LG2,以实现壳体2的内部中的对流冷却。
第一插接连接器S1与上侧OB直接相邻地布置在第一印刷电路板LP1上(参见图3)。适配器AD能拆卸地布置在上侧Ob上。适配器AD具有第二插接连接器S2并且设计为编码元件,使得适配器AD具有管脚Z1、...、Z15。管脚Z1、…、Z15布置成,使得它们在第二插接连接器S2到第一插接连接器S1中的插拔操作中穿过第一通风格栅LG1的开口,进而第二插接连接器S2到第一插接连接器S1中的插拔操作是可行的。
图2示出适配器AD的三维视图。围绕第二插接连接器S2布置有带有缺口A的套环K。在适配器AD的下侧Un处以逆时针连续编号的方式存在管脚Z1、…、Z15。
图3示出在与第一插接连接器插接状态下安置在第一印刷电路板LP1上的适配器AD。第十管脚Z10和第九管脚Z9设计成,使得由于管脚的长度与配合件、即壳体2的内部中的第二电路板LP2相结合,适配器AD锁止在对应的深度上。
图4以管脚Z1、…、Z15的视角示出借助图2描述的适配器AD。
图5以套环K的视角示出适配器AD的详细视图。第二插接连接器S2示出向外伸出的接触元件KE。第一接触桥K1布置在第二插接连接器S2的左侧,并且第二接触桥K2布置在第二插接连接器S2的右侧。在此,该模块设计成,能够其能够识别在第二插接连接器S2中插入的接触桥K1、K2并评估其特殊功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有壳体(2)的自动化模块(1),所述自动化模块具有:
后侧(Ru)、前侧(Vo)、下侧(Un)、上侧(Ob)、左侧(li)和右侧(re),
在所述壳体(2)中,第一印刷电路板(LP1)平行地布置在所述壳体(2)的所述左侧(li)与所述右侧(re)之间,
为了实现所述壳体(2)的内部中的对流冷却,所述下侧(Un)和所述上侧(Ob)至少部分地设计为通风格栅(LG1,LG2),
其特征在于,
第一插接连接器(S1)以与所述上侧(Ob)直接相邻的方式布置在所述第一印刷电路板(LP1)上,适配器(AD)还以能拆卸的方式布置在所述上侧(Ob)上,所述适配器(AD)具有第二插接连接器(S2)并且所述适配器设计为编码元件,从而使得所述适配器(AD)具有管脚(Z1,...,Z15),所述管脚设置用于,使得所述管脚在所述第二插接连接器(S2)到所述第一插接连接器(S1)中的插拔操作期间穿过所述通风格栅(LG1)中的开口,进而实现所述第二插接连接器(S2)到所述第一插接连接器(S1)中的插拔操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述第一印刷电路板(LP1)上的所述第一插接连接器(S1)设计为维护和诊断接口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述第一插接连接器(S1)与模块的部件连接,所述部件设计用于安全相关的应用,并且所述适配器(AD)与所述编码元件形成安全相关的编码装置,所述编码装置通过接触两个插接连接器(S1)而最终允许访问安全相关的运行机构,或者所述编码装置通过阻止两个插接连接器(S1)接触而不允许所述访问。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述第一插接连接器(S1)设计为插座,并且所述第二插接连接器(S2)设计有朝两侧伸出的接触元件(KE)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,至少一个能拆卸的接触桥(K1)布置在所述第二插接连接器(S2)中,并且所述模块设计用于识别已置入的接触桥(K1,K2)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述管脚(Z1,...,Z15)设计用于,使得所述管脚由于所述管脚的造型而精确适配到现有的所述通风格栅(LG1)中。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述管脚(Z1,...,Z15)设计用于,使得所述适配器(AD)由于所述管脚的长度与配合件相结合而适配或锁止在所述壳体(2)的内部中。
8.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述适配器(AD)具有围绕所述第二插接连接器(S2)的套环(K),所述套环具有伸出的所述接触元件(KE),并且所述套环(K)具有设计用于与配合件编码的缺口(A)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述适配器(AD)具有作为能识别的标识的光源,所述标识提醒系统操作员所述适配器(AD)已插入。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的自动化模块(1),其中,所述后侧(Ru)设计用于能拆卸地安装在模块载体处。
