The first conveying mechanism 3 conveys the workpiece to the trimming carrier plate 422, the workpiece is supported by the trimming carrier plate 422 and is positioned by the positioning block 423, the receiving seat 433 is positioned below the first base 421, the trimming die-cutting machine head 44 is used for die-cutting the workpiece, the die-cut workpiece falls into the receiving seat 433, the die-cut waste is blown out backwards through the air blowing pipe 45 and is collected by the trimming waste collecting assembly 46, the X-direction driving cylinder 431 is used for controlling the receiving seat 433 to move rightwards, and the second positioning mechanism 5 is provided for feeding.

The punch die 73 includes a die cutting drive, a punch slide 732, and a punch 733; the punching driving device is arranged above the second lathe bed 71, and the power output end of the punching driving device is connected with the punch slider 732; the punch 733 is fixed under the punch slider 732; the stripping component 731 comprises a stripping plate 7311, a connecting frame 7312, a limiting rod 7313 and two limiting blocks 7314; the material supporting plate is sleeved outside the punch 733; the limiting rod 7313 transversely penetrates through the punch slider 732 and can be movably connected to the punch slider 732 up and down; the left and right ends of the limiting rod 7313 extend out of the punch slider 732; the connecting frame 7312 is movably connected to the punch slider 732 up and down and is fixed between the limit rod 7313 and the stripper plate 7311; two limiting blocks 7314 are arranged; the two limiting blocks 7314 are fixed on the bed in a left-right distribution and are positioned above the limiting rods 7313.
The blanking collecting device 74 comprises a mounting frame 741, a second receiving trough 742, a connecting rod assembly 743, a third receiving trough 744 and a finished product collecting box 745; the mounting frame 741 is fixed on the second lathe bed 71 and positioned at the rear lower part of the punching die head 73; the mounting frame 741 includes a diagonal carriage 7411 and a gantry 7412 spanning the front of the diagonal carriage 7411; the inclined carriage 7411 is inclined from the front upper side to the rear lower side; the second receiving groove 742 is connected above the inclined sliding frame 7411 in a front-back sliding way; the link assembly 743 includes a first link 7431, a V-shaped connection block 7432, and a second link 7433; the middle part of the V-shaped connecting block 7432 is rotationally connected to the portal frame 7412; the front end of the first connecting rod 7431 is connected with the lower end of the V-shaped connecting block 7432, and the rear end is connected with the middle part of the second receiving groove 742; two ends of the second connecting rod 7433 are respectively connected with the V-shaped connecting block 7432 and the punch slider 732; the third receiving groove 744 is arranged on the second lathe bed 71 and is positioned at the rear lower part of the second receiving groove 742; the second receiving groove 742 is obliquely arranged from front upper side to rear lower side; the finished product collecting box 745 is disposed behind and below the third receiving slot 744.
The punch press 7 further includes a punch waste collection box 75; the punched scrap collection bin 75 is disposed below the second table 711.
The workpiece is conveyed into the positioning groove of the punching carrier 722 through the second conveying mechanism 6, the punching driving device controls the punch slider 732 to move downwards, the punch 733 punches a hole on the workpiece, the second receiving groove 742 is driven to move backwards through the connecting rod assembly 743 in the process of moving downwards of the punch slider 732, interference is avoided, waste materials after punching drop into the punching waste collecting box, the workpiece is driven to move upwards by the punch 733, the material supporting plate is supported by the workpiece in the process of moving upwards of the punch slider 732, after the limiting rod 7313 is contacted with the limiting block 7314, the punch slider 732 continues to lift, but the limiting rod 7313 does not move, so that the material supporting plate pushes the workpiece to fall from the punch 733, and in the process of moving upwards of the punch slider 732, the second receiving groove 742 is driven to move forwards through the connecting rod assembly 743, the workpiece falling from the punch 733 falls into the third receiving groove 744, and then falls into the finished product collecting box 745 to be collected.
