本发明提供一种车内发光饰板,包括由下至上依次设置的柔性基底层、发光织物层、透光织物层和装饰层;其中,发光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成2D结构构成,多根聚合物光纤经LED模组与电源连接;透光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成3D结构构成。本发明提出的一种车内发光饰板,取消了传统的LED背光光源,产品设计不必考虑背光板的安装位置,由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成2D结构构成的发光织物层作为光源使用,其自身材质的柔韧性能够更好的配合门板形状,可以和各种多样性涉及需求;并且,还可以根据不同需求,做单侧入光,双侧入光,四侧入光等。

一种车内发光饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,特别涉及一种车内发光饰板。
背景技术
目前,人们对汽车内饰的要求不仅仅局限在舒适性上,对于美观性和装饰性的要求也越来越高,当前汽车顶棚、门内插件、立柱、仪表板、仪表板装饰条、副仪表板扶手箱盖板等包覆类产品均采用较为常规PET针织面料、皮革等与基板骨架进行包覆工艺。表面包覆材料往往只起到表面防护、装饰效果。这样会导致驾乘人员较为单一、枯燥的驾乘体验,这种现象与年轻人追求驾乘炫彩,渴求良好的驾乘氛围相违背。
所以,针对现有技术存在的不足,有必要设计一种车内发光饰板,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种车内发光饰板。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种车内发光饰板,包括由下至上依次设置的柔性基底层、发光织物层、透光织物层和装饰层;
所述发光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成2D结构构成,所述多根聚合物光纤经LED模组与电源连接;
所述透光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成3D结构构成。
优选的技术方案为:所述柔性基底层和所述发光织物层之间、所述发光织物层和所述透光织物层之间以及所述透光织物层和所述装饰层之间均通过胶水层黏连。
优选的技术方案为:所述柔性基底层采用海绵。
优选的技术方案为:所述装饰层采用PVC表皮、TPO表皮、PU表皮、硅胶表皮和针织物中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为:所述胶水层采用PUR胶水。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明具有的有益效果为:

实施例:
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个总体技术构思,提供一种车内发光饰板,包括由下至上依次设置的柔性基底层1、发光织物层2、透光织物层3和装饰层4;其中,发光织物层2由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成2D结构构成,多根聚合物光纤经LED模组与电源连接;透光织物层3由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成3D结构构成。
如图1所示,在本发明的一个实例性的实施例中,柔性基底层1和发光织物层2之间、发光织物层2和透光织物层3之间以及透光织物层3和装饰层4之间均通过胶水层5黏连。
如图1所示,在本发明的一个实例性的实施例中,柔性基底层1采用海绵,能够赋予饰板弹性触感,进而提升质感。
如图1所示,在本发明的一个实例性的实施例中,装饰层采用PVC表皮、TPO表皮、PU表皮、硅胶表皮和针织物中的至少一种。
如图1所示,在本发明的一个实例性的实施例中,胶水层5采用PUR胶水。
发光织物层2的发光原理是将LED模组发出光能经过光导纤维传送至织物层2表面发生光能散射形成的发光效果,也就是将一个点光源转化成一个面光源的产品。
发光织物层2是由纤细的广岛纤维经过编织工艺制造,外观特性显示为一个二维平面,产品厚度一般不超过1mm。由于采用了编织工艺制造,产品具有柔软可弯折特性,最小弯曲半径可以达到5mm。
发光织物层2具有将异地光源转换至所需发光部位的性能,对于不易安装光源或不能接通电源的部位,通过光导纤维将光源发出的光能传导至需要发光的部位从而达到发光的目的。
发光织物层2还具有耐久及不长生光衰及色衰的特点。目前使用的光源,经过一段时间后会出现老化光衰和色衰问题。特别是LED光源在使用一段时间后的色衰及光谱迁移现象会导致发光部位的亮度及色光变化,需要更换这个发光部件才能继续满足要求。而发光织物本身是高分子聚合物,正常使用环境下(-40℃-90 ℃)不会发生物性变化,当光源衰变后仅更换光源即可达到使用要求。
所以,本发明具有以下优点:

1.一种车内发光饰板,其特征在于:包括由下至上依次设置的柔性基底层、发光织物层、透光织物层和装饰层;
所述发光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成2D结构构成,所述多根聚合物光纤经LED模组与电源连接;
所述透光织物层由多根聚合物光纤和纱线交织成3D结构构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车内发光饰板,其特征在于:所述柔性基底层和所述发光织物层之间、所述发光织物层和所述透光织物层之间以及所述透光织物层和所述装饰层之间均通过胶水层黏连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车内发光饰板,其特征在于:所述柔性基底层采用海绵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车内发光饰板,其特征在于:所述装饰层采用PVC表皮、TPO表皮、PU表皮、硅胶表皮和针织物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种车内发光饰板,其特征在于:所述胶水层采用PUR胶水。
