Wooden furniture dust cleaning equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of dust cleaning, in particular to wooden furniture dust cleaning equipment.
Background
In the prior art, in the polishing factory building of some wooden furniture especially European furniture, the condition that the dust is diffused often can appear, and wooden dust is light, remains in the sky for a long time and is not scattered, and this condition often can last whole working day, not only makes the visibility in the factory building reduce, and the dust that floats in the air also can cause the threat to the healthy of staff who works in this environment for a long time. At present, the common method is to regularly spray water in a factory to absorb dust, but the method not only can cause a great deal of waste of water resources and pollute the ground of the factory, but also has the problem of low dust removal efficiency.
Among the prior art, CN207722502U discloses an environmental protection intelligent zero release dry dust remover, and its technical scheme is: the dust collection device comprises a cabinet body, wherein the cabinet body is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is provided with a sealed negative pressure chamber, the lower part is provided with a dust collection chamber, at least one set of fan assembly and at least one set of high-pressure air storage tank are arranged in the sealed negative pressure chamber, at least one set of dust collectors are arranged in the dust collection chamber, the sealed negative pressure chamber is communicated with the dust collection chamber through an air suction channel, one end of the air suction channel is arranged at an air suction inlet of the fan assembly, the other end of the air suction channel corresponds to the dust collectors and extends into the dust collection chamber, the high-pressure air storage tank is communicated with the dust collectors through a release pipeline, one end of the release pipeline penetrates through the air suction channel, one end of the release pipeline is inserted into a dust collector cavity, a dust collection area is arranged on the wall of the dust collection chamber, a dust collection end of the release pipeline inserted into the dust collector cavity is in an inverted funnel shape, the high-pressure air storage tank releases pulse air pressure, and the fan assembly intermittently works and runs alternately with the high-pressure air storage tank;
The technical proposal has the advantages that: the pulse air pressure instantaneously released by the high-pressure air storage tank enables the interior of the dust collector to generate high pressure, the surface of the dust collector is reversely impacted, dust falls down to a drawer which is arranged below the dust collection chamber and corresponds to the dust collector and is used for collecting the dust, and the drawer is cleaned regularly, so that the structure is simple and the operation is convenient;
The technical proposal has the following defects: the pulse air pressure generates high pressure in the dust collector to impact dust on the surface of the dust collector, so that the dust generates secondary dust in the collector and nearby space, the dust removing efficiency of the collector is reduced, and the secondary dust also pollutes the collector and the surrounding space environment.
Summary of the application
The application aims to solve the problems that the existing dust remover can generate secondary dust emission during dust collection, so that the dust remover and the surrounding environment are polluted.
In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides a machine body which comprises a machine body used for supporting, dust removing interfaces used for being connected with a dust removing pipeline are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the machine body, a fan assembly used for generating negative pressure to attract dust particles to enter the machine body is arranged at the top of the machine body, a spraying assembly used for spraying water mist to catch the dust particles to fall to the bottom of the machine body is arranged at the position, close to the dust removing interfaces, of the middle of the machine body, a filtering assembly used for separating wet dust from water is arranged at the bottom of the machine body, and the dust particles generated in the processing process of wooden furniture can be continuously and effectively collected and processed through the combination of the fan assembly, the spraying assembly and the filtering assembly.
Because the fan assembly, the spraying assembly and the filtering assembly are designed on the machine body, dust particles generated in the processing process of wooden furniture can be continuously and effectively collected and treated through the combination of the fan assembly, the spraying assembly and the filtering assembly, and the problems that secondary dust is generated when dust is collected by the existing dust remover, and the dust remover and the surrounding environment are polluted are solved.
