The left hand corner gun paint valve 56 is closed to shut off the supply of paint to the left hand corner gun set 58 and opened when needed.
After the control air main valve is opened, control air is provided to the wall-climbing spray cart 24, and pressure is provided to the pressure paint tank 8 and motive air is provided to the paint tank agitator. The paint master valve is opened to supply paint to the automatic spray gun set 11, and the paint master valve is closed to stop supply of paint to the automatic spray gun set 11.
As shown in fig. 5, the left corner spray gun group 58 is connected to the left atomizing air valve 42 via the left corner spray gun atomizing air valve 37, the left front spray gun group 57 is connected to the left atomizing air valve 42, and the left atomizing air valve 42 is connected to the spray gun atomizing air main valve 19 via the atomizing air hose 15.
The right-hand corner spray gun set 35 is connected to a right-hand atomizing air valve 40 via a right-hand corner spray gun atomizing air valve 32, the right-hand front spray gun set 34 is connected to the right-hand atomizing air valve 40, and the right-hand atomizing air valve 40 is connected to the spray gun atomizing air main valve 19 via an atomizing air hose 15. The left hand corner spray gun atomizing air valve 37 is closed, the supply of atomizing air to the left hand corner spray gun assembly 58 is shut off, and opened as needed. The right atomizing air valve 40 is used to control the atomizing air of the six spray guns on the left side of the wall-climbing cart 24.
The left-hand corner spray gun set 58 is connected to the left-hand control air valve 41 via the left-hand corner spray gun control air valve 38, the left-hand front spray gun set 57 is connected to the left-hand control air valve 41, and the left-hand control air valve 41 is connected to the spray gun control air main valve 20 via the control air hose 14. The left hand corner gun control air valve 38 is closed, the control air supply to the left hand corner gun set 58 is shut off, and opened as needed.
The right-hand corner spray gun set 35 is connected to a right-hand control air valve 59 via a right-hand corner spray gun control air valve 33, the right-hand front spray gun set 34 is connected to the right-hand control air valve 59, and the right-hand control air valve 59 is connected to the spray gun control air main valve 20 via a control air hose 14. The right control air valve 59 is used to control the opening and closing of the six spray guns on the right side of the wall-climbing cart 24.
In use, left side paint master valve 55 is opened to provide paint to left side corner spray gun set 58 and left side front spray gun set 57. The right side total paint valve 30 is opened to provide paint to the right corner spray gun set 35 and the right front spray gun set 34. The wall climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 is divided into the left side and the right side, and the main reason is that the comprehensive consideration of the operation efficiency and the volume of the wall climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 are achieved, the maximum air quantity of the design of the system can meet the requirement that 8 spray guns can be used simultaneously, and when the design is operated in a flat wall area, four spray guns of the left side front spray gun group 57 and eight spray guns of the right side front spray gun group 34 can be used simultaneously for operation. When the folded angle part exists on the working surface, the left side corner spray gun group 58 or the right side corner spray gun group 35 is required to work, so that the spraying coverage of the folded angle part is ensured. For example, when the left corner spray gun group 58 needs to be opened, the right control air valve 59, the right atomizing air valve 40, and the right corner spray gun paint valve 31 may be closed, and the left control air valve 41, the left atomizing air valve 42, the left corner spray gun atomizing air valve 37, and the left corner spray gun control air valve 38 may be opened, so that six spray gun operations are performed in total with only four front spray guns and two corner spray guns on the left side. Wherein, the left control air valve 41 is used for controlling the air inlet switch of six automatic spray guns of the left corner spray gun group 58 and the left front spray gun group 57, and the left atomization air valve 42 is used for controlling the atomization air of six automatic spray guns of the left corner spray gun group 58 and the left front spray gun group 57.
The ground air source part 25 comprises a movable air source frame 16, the movable air source frame 16 is used for integrating and carrying other main components of the ground air source part 25, and casters are arranged at the bottom of the movable air source frame 16 and can be quickly moved to a position suitable for the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 on the ground. The compressed air buffer tank 21 is arranged on the movable air source frame 16, an atomizing air hose reel 17 and a control air hose reel 18 are further arranged on the movable air source frame 16, the atomizing air hose reel 17 controls the discharging or the retracting of the atomizing air hose 15, and particularly, the hose is retracted according to the height of the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 in operation, and the atomizing air hose 15 is retracted in no operation time. The atomizing air hose 15 provides atomizing air for the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24, can move up and down along with the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24, is connected with the air buffer tank and the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 through the atomizing air hose reel 17, is connected with the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 through a quick connector, and is disassembled when not in operation, and is retracted by the atomizing air hose reel 17. The control air hose reel 18 controls the payout or retraction of the control air hose 14, and in particular, the retraction of the hose in operation according to the height of the wall-climbing cart 24, the retraction of the control air hose 14 not being a function of time. The control air hose 14 provides control air for the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24, can move up and down along with the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24, is connected with the air buffer tank and the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 through the control air hose reel 18, is connected with the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 through a quick connector, and is disassembled when not in operation, and is retracted by the control air hose reel 18.
A spray gun atomizing air main valve 19 is arranged between the compressed air buffer tank 21 and the atomizing air hose 15, and the spray gun atomizing air main valve 19 controls atomizing air of the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24. A gun control air main valve 20 is provided between the compressed air buffer tank 21 and the control air hose 14. The gun control air master valve 20 controls the control air to the wall-climbing spray cart 24 while providing pressure to the pressurized paint tank 8 and motive air to the paint tank agitator.
Preferably, the compressed air buffer tank 21 is connected with an external air source through an external air source main valve 22, the external air source main valve 22 is opened, external compressed air is filled into the compressed air buffer tank 21, and the buffer tank pressure is increased to enter a working state. The external air source can be the public compressed air of the factory or an independent air compressor.
Preferably, the compressed air buffer tank 21 is further provided with auxiliary safety and functional components such as a safety valve, a pressure gauge, an air inlet valve, an air outlet valve, a bottom blow-down valve and the like.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
In operation, depending on the height of the wall-climbing spray cart 24, the atomizing air hose reel 17 discharges the atomizing air hose 15, the control air hose reel 18 discharges the control air hose 14, the atomizing air hose 15 provides atomizing air for the wall-climbing spray cart 24, and the control air hose 14 provides control air for the wall-climbing spray cart 24. The control air master valve is opened to provide control air to the wall-climbing cart 24 while providing pressure to the pressure paint tank 8 and motive air to the paint tank agitator. The paint master valve is opened to supply paint to the automatic spray gun assembly 11.
The automatic spray guns can independently adjust the coating amount according to the viscosity characteristic of the coating and the required film forming thickness, can independently adjust the atomization air amount to obtain the optimal spray angle and spray width, and before large-area spraying, each automatic spray gun is adjusted one by one to enable the coating amount, the atomization air amount, the viscosity of the coating, the required film forming thickness, the overlap joint width of adjacent spray guns and the up-down moving speed of a spraying vehicle to be matched so as to obtain the optimal spraying effect.
In use, four or eight automatic spray guns each of the left side front spray gun set 57 and the right side front spray gun set 34 may be used simultaneously when working in a flat wall area. The left side total paint valve 55 is opened to supply paint to the left corner spray gun set 58 and the left front spray gun set 57. The right side total paint valve 30 is opened to provide paint to the right corner spray gun set 35 and the right front spray gun set 34.
When the folded angle part exists on the working surface, the left side corner spray gun group 58 and the right side corner spray gun group 35 are operated, so that the spraying coverage of the folded angle part is ensured.
After the spraying of the same horizontal plane is finished, the winch speed regulation control cabinet 3 controls the rotation speed of the electric winch 2, so that the up-and-down movement speed of the wall-climbing automatic spraying vehicle 24 is regulated, and the paint supply knob and the atomization air quantity knob on the automatic spray gun group 11 are matched, so that the optimal spraying effect is achieved.
After the completion of the spraying, the paint main valve is closed, the supply of paint to the automatic spray gun set 11 is stopped, and the atomizing air hose 15 and the control air hose 14 are retracted.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the automatic spraying device applied to the vertical surface with large area and large height can be operated on the ground by operators without entering an aerial hanging basket, thus realizing the intrinsic safety of construction and fundamentally avoiding casualties. The automatic spraying operation efficiency is higher than that of manual operation, and the construction operation cost can be greatly reduced.
