The pre-stretching film seat capable of automatically adjusting the pre-stretching ratio realizes the pre-stretching ratio of the automatic adjustable film, and the pre-stretching ratio is different due to the fact that the thickness and the material of the film are different, the adjustable pre-stretching ratio is realized without changing a mechanical structure, different cargoes can be changed, different pre-stretching ratios are changed, the cargoes can be packaged better, the use condition of a winding film in the running process of a product is detected in real time, and the film on the winding film is predicted to run out quickly and alarm is given out. The technical problems that the existing market winding technology cannot change the pre-stretching ratio of the film in real time according to the stacking condition of goods and the current film output amount, and the final winding film packaging effect of the goods is affected are solved.

The winding machine market is more and more paid attention to in actual production, the winding machine chassis rotates to drive goods to rotate in the existing market winding technology, the goods are packaged into a whole by utilizing retractility and self-adhesion of a winding film, so that the goods cannot collapse during carrying, the winding machine has the dustproof and moistureproof effects, however, the pre-stretching ratio of a film seat of the existing winding machine is realized by a gear or a chain wheel, the pre-stretching ratio of the film stretching can also be fixed, when the pre-stretching ratio of the film stretching needs to be changed, the gear, a rubber coating roller and other works are needed to be replaced temporarily, the processing steps are complicated, and further, the pre-stretching ratio of the film stretching cannot be changed in real time according to the stacking condition of the goods and the current output of the film, so that the final winding film packaging effect of the goods is affected.

The technical scheme is as follows: the pre-stretching film seat with automatically adjustable pre-stretching ratio comprises a film seat bracket, a film roll positioning rod, a top cover, a stretching roller, a servo motor and a coupler; a film roll positioning rod is rotatably connected to the film seat support; two stretching rollers are rotatably connected to the film seat support; two servo motors are arranged on the membrane seat support; the output shafts of the servo motors are fixedly connected with adjacent stretching rollers through a coupler respectively.

The pre-tensioned membrane seat with automatically adjustable pre-tensioned ratio comprises a membrane seat bracket 1, a membrane roll positioning rod 2, a top cover 21, a tensioning roller 3, a servo motor 31 and a coupler 32 as shown in fig. 1 and 2; a film roll positioning rod 2 is rotatably connected to the film seat bracket 1; a top cover 21 is arranged on the film roll positioning rod 2; two stretching rollers 3 are rotatably connected to the film seat bracket 1; two servo motors 31 are arranged on the membrane seat bracket 1; the output shafts of the servo motors 31 are fixedly connected with adjacent stretching rollers 3 through a coupler 32 respectively; the back side of the membrane seat bracket 1 is connected with an openable door plate 11; the top bolt of the membrane seat support 1 is connected with a housing 12 for protecting two servo motors 31.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, two follow-up rollers 4 are rotatably connected in the membrane seat bracket 1; the top of the film seat bracket 1 is provided with a demolding detection photoelectric 5; the die-stripping detection photo-electric 5 uses an infrared sensor, and when the die-stripping detection photo-electric 5 detects that the winding film is out of the door panel 11 and pulled onto goods, the die-stripping detection photo-electric 5 sends a starting signal to the servo motor 31 through a circuit system.
The automatic pre-stretching film seat with adjustable pre-stretching ratio is arranged on an external winding machine through a film seat bracket 1, a worker removes a top cover 21 and then opens a door plate 11, a roll-shaped winding film is placed on a film roll positioning rod 2, the top cover 21 is then arranged back into the film roll positioning rod 2, the film head of the roll-shaped winding film is pulled out, the film head of the roll-shaped winding film passes through a space between two stretching rollers 3 and a space between two follow-up rollers 4 in sequence, and the film head of the roll-shaped winding film is pulled out outwards and stuck on the outer surface of goods.
Then, a worker closes the door plate 11, at the moment, the demolding detection photoelectric 5 recognizes that the film head of the winding film is pulled out to the goods, the demolding detection photoelectric 5 immediately sends a starting working signal to the servo motor 31 through a circuit system, the output shaft of the servo motor 31 drives the stretching rollers 3 to rotate through the coupler 32, the two servo motors 31 drive the two stretching rollers 3 to rotate at different speeds to form a rotating speed difference, the two stretching rollers 3 pull the winding film out of the film roll positioning rod 2, meanwhile, the two stretching rollers 3 prestretch the pulling part of the winding film through the rotating speed difference, the winding film pulling part winds the outer surface of the goods to wind and pack the goods from bottom to top in the rotating process of driving the goods by an external winding machine, and the winding film pulling part is sequentially attached to each area of the outer surface of the goods in a tight state, so that the winding film packaging work of the goods is completed.
In the process that the winding film is pulled out from the stretching roller 3, an encoder on the servo motor 31 transmits a signal to a PLC of an external winding machine, the PLC transmits a calculation result to a touch screen of the external winding machine after calculation, the usage amount of the film roll of the winding film is displayed in real time through the touch screen, and meanwhile, records are made, so that the length of the film roll of the winding film is only required to be set on the touch screen, and when the usage amount of the film roll of the winding film reaches a preset amount, the machine gives an alarm.
In the process that the winding film is pulled out from the stretching roller 3, only the rotating speed of the servo motor 31 which drives the stretching roller 3 through the coupler 32 is controlled, and the speed difference of the two stretching rollers 3 can be regulated, so that the effect of changing the pre-stretching ratio of the film stretching of the winding film in real time according to the stacking condition of cargoes and the current film output amount is achieved.

7. An automatically adjustable prestretched film holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the film roll positioning rod (2) is provided with a top cover (21).
8. An automatically adjustable pre-tensioned membrane holder according to claim 7 wherein the top cover (21) is a snap-in quick release connection.
9. An automatically adjustable pre-stretched film holder according to claim 4, characterized in that the gap between two stretching drums (3) is smaller than the gap between two adjacent follow-up drums (4).
10. An automatically adjustable prestretched film holder according to claim 6, characterized in that the demolding detection photo-electricity (5) is an infrared sensor.
