The second motor 16 and the third motor 17 are started, the third motor 17 enables the rotating shaft 22 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 22 drives the grinding wheel 23 to rotate to grind the wall surface. The second motor 16 rotates the connecting shaft 24, the connecting shaft 24 rotates the third gear 19, the third gear 19 is meshed with the fourth gear 20 to rotate the fourth gear 20, the fourth gear 20 drives the rotating shaft 22 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 22 drives the polishing wheel 23 to rotate.
Meanwhile, the connecting shaft 24 rotates with the first bevel gear 26, the first bevel gear 26 is meshed with the second bevel gear 27 to enable the second bevel gear 27 to rotate with the reciprocating screw rod 28, the reciprocating screw rod 28 enables the sliding block 29 to move left and right, the sliding block 29 moves with the rotating sleeve 32, the rotating sleeve 32 moves with the dust collection head 37 and the fixed block 33, and dust generated during polishing is absorbed by the dust collection head 37. The dust collection head 37 moves horizontally, so that the dust removal range of the polished wall surface is enlarged, and the cleaning effect is improved. When the fixed block 33 moves to the left end or the right end of the opening, the fixed block 33 is abutted with the fixed shaft 34, so that the fixed block 33 rotates by a certain angle with the rotating sleeve 32, and the rotating sleeve 32 rotates by a certain angle with the dust collection head 37, and the dust collection head 37 cleans dust on the outer side of the left grinding wheel 23, so that the dust collection effect is better.
When the fixed block 33 is separated from the fixed shaft 34, the rotating sleeve 32 returns to the original state under the action of the torsion spring 31.
Dust sucked in the suction head 37 passes through the suction pipe 36 and the cleaner 38 to enter the water tank 39. The filtered air is discharged through the air outlet hole 41 by filtering the water in the water tank 39 and the filter screen 40. The waste water is discharged through a drain pipe 42. When used again, clean water is injected through the air outlet 41. When the grinding wheel 23 needs to be replaced, the first box door 43 can be opened to take out the grinding wheel 23 in the storage box for replacement.
