本申请涉及纺织品的领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
蕾丝面料具有质地轻薄和通透的优点,穿着装饰性好,可广泛应用于服饰,比如:贴身衣物、裙装等等,主要有以下两类:1、以锦纶、棉和涤纶为主,混纺并编织制得中厚度蕾丝面料,具有较好的挺括度,适用于春、秋和冬季;2、以棉或者涤纶编织制得轻薄蕾丝面料,具有较好的轻薄通透性,适用于夏季。
上述蕾丝面料均存在弹性和柔软性较低的问题,为了进一步提升蕾丝面料的弹性和柔软性,一般是将蕾丝面料的编织密度降低,但是降低编织密度之后,制得的蕾丝面料比较松垮,在长期穿着的过程中容易变形,使得穿着舒适性降低,实用性不高;若增加编织密度,制得的蕾丝面料的挺括度增加,弹性和柔软性均降低,吸湿透气性也不好,容易对人体皮肤产生异物感和不适感,降低穿着舒适度降低,因此,对于目前的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料还需要进一步进行研究。
发明内容
为了解决目前的蕾丝面料在较大的编织密度下容易出现弹性和柔软性低,透气性低,进而降低穿着舒适性的问题,本申请提供一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,采用如下的技术方案:
一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,由复合纱编织制得,所述复合纱由以下重量百分比的原料组成:锦纶纤维 70-80%
氨纶纤维 20-30%;
其中,所述氨纶纤维由改性聚氨酯弹性体经过纺丝制得,所述改性聚氨酯弹性体由以下重量份的原料制得:
通过采用上述技术方案,锦纶纤维具有较好的耐磨性,质地坚韧,氨纶纤维具有较好的弹性手感柔软,不易变形,将锦纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混纺,制得的复合纱具有较好的弹性和柔软性,编织得到的蕾丝面料具有较好的弹性和柔软性,但是当编织密度增加时,蕾丝面料的弹性和柔软性还是会降低,同时,随着编织密度的增大,蕾丝面料的吸湿透气性也降低,因此,在此基础上,进一步对氨纶纤维进行改性。
氨纶纤维由改性聚氨酯弹性体进行纺丝制得,其中,聚氨酯弹性体作为弹性主体,向弹性主体中加入竹纤维,竹纤维具有较好的吸湿透气性和弹性,能够提升制得的氨纶纤维的弹性和吸湿透气性,在增韧剂和柔软剂的作用下,制备得到在较大的编织密度下,依然能够具有较好的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性的蕾丝面料。

通过采用上述技术方案,竹纤维的形态结构有明显凹槽孔隙,这些凹槽孔隙能够产生毛细管效应,使得竹纤维具有优良的吸湿、放湿性能,吸湿后有利于分子链间或结构单元间的相对滑移,可以提升制得的蕾丝面料的弹性很荣柔软性,但是竹纤维和聚氨酯弹性体的相容性较低,不能较好的分散至聚氨酯弹性体中,因此,对竹纤维进行处理,制得改性竹纤维,其中,浸润剂能够进一步提升竹纤维分子链段的舒展,使得竹纤维尽可能的进行分散,交联剂可以起到改善竹纤维与聚氨酯弹性体的相容性的作用,使得竹纤维能够均匀的进行分散,不需要再额外添加相容剂,进一步提升制得的蕾丝面料的弹性、柔软性和吸湿透气性。
优选的,所述浸润剂由重量比为1:(0.2-0.5)的氢化蓖麻油和壳寡糖组成。
通过采用上述技术方案,较优比例的氢化蓖麻油和壳聚糖具有较好的浸润性,能够较稳定的对竹纤维进行渗透,使得竹纤维充分舒展,进而提升制得的氨纶纤维的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性。
优选的,所述交联剂由重量比为1:(0.4-0.8):(0.1-0.3)的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇组成。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚具有柔软度额分子链段,可以充分分散至经过充分舒展的预处理竹纤维中,进一步提升制得的氨纶纤维的弹性和柔软性,聚氧化丙烯三醇具有较好的加工稳定性,可以进一步提升竹纤维的分散均匀性,较优比例的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇作为交联剂,可以提升竹纤维与聚氨酯弹性体的相容性,进一步提升制得的蕾丝面料的弹性、柔软性和吸湿透气性。
优选的,所述改性竹纤维由以下步骤制得:
A1、将浸润剂加入至pH=5.5-6.5的酸性水溶液中,搅拌溶解后加入竹纤维,进行搅拌浸泡,浸泡10-20min,后水洗、干燥并将竹纤维粉碎至400-800目,制得前处理竹纤维;
A2、将氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇加入至前处理竹纤维中,捏合搅拌均匀,制得改性竹纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,先将竹纤维进行充分浸泡和浸润,使得竹纤维份分子链段充分舒展,后加入氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇作为交联剂使得竹纤维进一步进行分散和,竹纤维交织分散于交联剂中,制备得到相容性好,易分散的改性竹纤维,能够与聚氨酯弹性体进行稳定交联,提升制得的氨纶纤维的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性。
优选的,所述增韧剂为POE接枝马来酸酐、聚氨酯接枝马来酸酐中的任意一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述增韧剂起到提升聚氨酯弹性体和竹纤维的相容性和柔韧性的作用。
优选的,所述柔软剂由重量比为1:(0.4-0.8)的Si-69偶联剂和二甘醇组成。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述柔软剂可以起到进一步提升制得的蕾丝面料的柔软性和弹性的作用。
优选的,所述氨纶纤维由以下步骤制得:
S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、增韧剂、柔软剂和竹纤维进行捏合搅拌,制得改性聚氨酯弹性体;
S2、将改性聚氨酯弹性体在温度为170-190℃的条件下进行熔融纺丝,制得氨纶纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,将原料混合制得改性聚氨酯弹性体,后进行熔融纺丝,制备得到具有较好的弹性、柔软性和吸湿透气性的氨纶纤维。
第二方面,本申请提供一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的制备方法,将复合纱进行经纬编织,制得柔软亲肤蕾丝面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,编制得到具有较好的弹性、柔软性和吸湿透气性的蕾丝面料。
优选的,所述复合纱的规格为20-30D,所述柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的克重为180-200g/平方米。
通过采用上述技术方案,较优规格的复合纱编织的蕾丝面料质地轻薄,弹性和吸湿透气性好,较优的克重体现制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的密实程度。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,以改性聚氨酯弹性体进行纺丝,制成氨纶纤维,以较优的比例与锦纶纤维进行编织制得,其中,改性聚氨酯弹性体以聚氨酯弹性体作为弹性主体,向弹性主体中加入竹纤维,竹纤维具有较好的吸湿透气性和弹性,能够提升制得的氨纶纤维的弹性和吸湿透气性,在增韧剂和柔软剂的作用下,制备得到在较大的编织密度下,依然能够具有较好的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性的蕾丝面料。
2、以较优比例的氢化蓖麻油和壳寡糖作为浸润剂,以较优比例的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇作为交联剂,对竹纤维改性,制得的竹纤维具有较好的柔软性和分子舒展性,提升制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性。
3、以较优比例的Si-69偶联剂和二甘醇作为柔软剂,与竹纤维进行复配,能够进一步提升制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性。
4、本申请的制备方法简单易操作,将锦纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混纺,制得复合纱,后将复合纱进行针织,制得柔软亲肤且具有较好的吸湿透气性的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-2和实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
以下为本申请的部分原料的来源和规格参数,本申请制备例和实施例中的原料均可以通过市售获得:
1、氢化蓖麻油:型号C0-40,CAS号:246-72-10;
2、壳寡糖:含量99%,聚合度5-10;
3、竹纤维:1.33D*38mm,山东省奥绒服装有限公司;
4、聚氨酯弹性体:德国科思创,拜耳255;
5、POE接枝马来酸酐:接枝率12-18%;
6、聚氨酯接枝马来酸酐:含量97%,一级,厂家:东莞市百灵新材料有限公司。
改性竹纤维的制备例
制备例1
制备例1公开一种改性竹纤维,由以下步骤制得:
A1、将0.3kg壳寡糖作为浸润剂加入至14kg 5wt%的pH=5.5的酸性水溶液中,搅拌溶解后加入5kg竹纤维,进行搅拌浸泡,浸泡10min,后水洗2-3次,水洗至pH=7-7.5,在温度为80℃的条件下干燥,干燥后将竹纤维粉碎至400目,制得前处理竹纤维;
A2、将0.4kg氨基硅烷偶联剂作为交联剂加入至前处理竹纤维中,在捏合速率为300r/min的条件下捏合20min,捏合搅拌均匀后,制得改性竹纤维;
其中,A1步骤中的酸性水溶液为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠水溶液,氨基硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
制备例2-3
制备例2-3与制备例1的区别在于,原料用量和制备条件不同,具体参见下表1。

制备例6
制备例6与制备例4的区别在于,交联剂不同,制备例6中的交联剂由重量比为1:0.4:0.1的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇组成,其他与制备例4相同。
制备例7
制备例7与制备例4的区别在于,交联剂不同,制备例7中的交联剂由重量比为1:0.8:0.3的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇组成,其他与制备例4相同。
制备例8
制备例8与制备例6的区别在于,将聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇等量替换为甲基缩水甘油醚,其他与制备例6相同。
制备对比例1
制备对比例1与制备例6的区别在于,不添加浸润剂,直接使用酸性水溶液对竹纤维进行预处理,制得预处理竹纤维,其他与制备例6相同。
制备对比例2
制备对比例2与制备例6的区别在于,直接将预处理竹纤维作为改性竹纤维,不使用交联剂进行后处理,其他与制备例6相同。
实施例
实施例1
实施例公开一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,由以下步骤制得:
将700g锦纶纤维和300g氨纶纤维进行混纺,制得规格为20D的复合纱,将复合纱作为经纱和纬纱进行平纹针织,制得克重为180g的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料;
其中,氨纶纤维由以下步骤制得:
S1、将4kg聚氨酯弹性体、1.2kgPOE接枝马来酸酐作为增韧剂、0.3kgSi-69硅烷偶联剂作为柔软剂和1.2kg市售的竹纤维在温度为80℃、捏合速率为300r/min的条件下搅拌20min,搅拌均匀后,制得改性聚氨酯弹性体;
S2、将改性聚氨酯弹性体在温度为170℃的条件下进行熔融纺丝,制得氨纶纤维,氨纶纤维的规格为10D。
实施例2-3
实施例2-3与实施例1的区别在于,锦纶纤维和氨纶纤维的混纺比例不同,氨纶纤维的制备原料用量和制备条件不同,具体参见下表2。

性能检测试验
以下对实施例1-15和对比例1中制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料进行性能测试:
(1)柔软性测试
按照GB/T 18318.1-2009《纺织品弯曲性能的测定》中的测试方法,测试面料的抗弯强度(单位:mN·cm),抗弯强度越小,柔软度越好,检测并记录检测结果;
(2)弹性伸长率测试:
将制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料通过拉伸测试机进行拉伸测试,测量制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的弹性伸长率(单位:%),弹性伸长率=(拉伸后长度-初始长度)/初始长度*100%,弹性伸长率越大,说明弹性越大,检测并记录检测结果;
(3)吸湿性测试;
参照GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单向组合试验法》在湿度60%、温度20℃、标准气压条件下测试,以吸湿率(单位:%)评价吸湿性能,检测并记录检测结果;
以下为本申请实施例1-15和对比例1中的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的性能测试数据,具体参见下表4。

其中,市售蕾丝面料的克重为150g/平方米,由60%锦纶、20%棉和20%涤纶混纺制成。
结合实施例1-3和实施例4-6、实施例12-13并结合表4可以看出,使用本申请的改性竹纤维结合增韧剂和柔软剂对聚氨酯弹性体进行改性,制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料在较大的编织密度下,具有较好的弹性、柔软性吸湿透气性;实施例12中不使用浸润剂对竹纤维进行浸润,实施例13中不使用交联剂对竹纤维进行改性,制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性均下降,说明使用浸润剂和交联剂进行配合,对竹纤维进行改性,能够提升本申请制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性。
进一步地,结合实施例4-6、实施例7-8和实施例9-11并结合表4可以看出,使用较优比例的氢化蓖麻油和壳寡糖作为浸润剂,使用较优比例的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇作为交联剂,以此制得的竹纤维具有较好的性能,以此制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性和吸湿透气性较好。
结合实施例1-3和对比例1可以看出,使用本申请的柔软剂和竹纤维进行复配,能够进一步提升制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性、弹性的同时,还能较好的提升吸湿透气性,对比例1中将柔软剂等量替换为竹纤维,制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的柔软性和弹性降低。
结合本申请中制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的测试和市售的常规蕾丝面料进行对比,如图1和图2所示,图1为市售的常规蕾丝面料,可以看出悬挂后垂感较低,柔软性和弹性较低,且编织密度明显较小,而图2为本申请制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,垂感相对于图1来说较好,且编织密度明显较大,因此本申请制得的柔软亲肤蕾丝面料弹性和柔软性好,吸湿透气性好,适用于贴身衣物,比如内衣、内裤等。

Claims (10)
1.一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,由复合纱编织制得,所述复合纱由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
锦纶纤维 70-80%
氨纶纤维 20-30%;
其中,所述氨纶纤维由改性聚氨酯弹性体经过纺丝制得,所述改性聚氨酯弹性体由以下重量份的原料制得:
聚氨酯弹性体 40-60份
增韧剂 12-20份
柔软剂 3-6份
竹纤维 12-22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述竹纤维为改性竹纤维,所述改性竹纤维由以下重量份的原料制得:
竹纤维 50-70份
浸润剂 3-6份
5-15wt %pH=5.5-6.5的酸性水溶液 140-200份
交联剂 4-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述浸润剂由重量比为1:(0.2-0.5)的氢化蓖麻油和壳寡糖组成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述交联剂由重量比为1:(0.4-0.8):(0.1-0.3)的氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇组成。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述改性竹纤维由以下步骤制得:
A1、将浸润剂加入至pH=5.5-6.5的酸性水溶液中,搅拌溶解后加入竹纤维,进行搅拌浸泡,浸泡10-20min,后水洗、干燥并将竹纤维粉碎至400-800目,制得前处理竹纤维;
A2、将氨基硅烷偶联剂、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和聚氧化丙烯三醇加入至前处理竹纤维中,捏合搅拌均匀,制得改性竹纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为POE接枝马来酸酐、聚氨酯接枝马来酸酐中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述柔软剂由重量比为1:(0.4-0.8)的Si-69偶联剂和二甘醇组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料,其特征在于,所述氨纶纤维由以下步骤制得:
S1、将聚氨酯弹性体、增韧剂、柔软剂和竹纤维进行捏合搅拌,制得改性聚氨酯弹性体;
S2、将改性聚氨酯弹性体在温度为170-190℃的条件下进行熔融纺丝,制得氨纶纤维。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,将复合纱进行经纬编织,制得柔软亲肤蕾丝面料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合纱的规格为20-30D,所述柔软亲肤蕾丝面料的克重为180-200g/平方米。
