Working principle: when the polishing device is used, firstly, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 7, the bracket fittings are manually placed on the U-shaped frame 11, and then the bracket fittings reach a processing station, the positioning tool 2 is controlled to press and limit the bracket fittings, so that the bracket fittings are prevented from deviating and shaking, and the high-efficiency polishing of the bracket fittings is ensured; when the extending end of the control cylinder 5 is contracted from half length to the set length as shown in fig. 2, the grinding tool 8 and the grinding wheel 10 move away from the bracket fitting, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the output end of the punching tube 605 faces the grinding wheel 10, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the extending end of the cylinder 5 drives the L-shaped transmission rod 704 to rotate, the first deflector 703 pushes the conduction square rod 706 to move transversely, so that the lifting roller rolls from the conduction square rod 706 to the top surface of the conduction square rod along the inclined surface of the trapezoid block 701, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the piston 609 is pushed to move upwards through the support rod 604, during the upward movement of the piston 609, the through hole 610 is blocked through the connecting rod 608, so that grinding oil above the piston 609 rises, the grinding oil is injected into the sponge plate 7075 along the discharge tube 607 and the hose 708, and the piston 609 is soaked slowly, and at the moment, the piston 609 is above the output end of the liquid pump 603; as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the pressing roller rolls on the roll-over stand 7074, and no pressing is provided to the roll-over stand 7074, so that the sponge plate 7075 is still in a horizontal state, and the grinding oil is convenient to fully spread in the sponge plate 7075; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a liquid pump 603 and a control valve 606 are started to enable grinding oil in an oil inlet pipe 602 to be injected into a storage cylinder 601, and then the grinding surface of the grinding wheel 10 is sprayed along a flushing pipe 605, so that the grinding surface of the grinding wheel 10 is coated with the grinding oil; after the control valve 606 and the liquid pump 603 are closed in sequence, the extending end of the air cylinder 5 is controlled to be contracted to be the shortest, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the conduction square rod 706 drives the pressing roller to provide rolling pressing for the roll-over frame 7074, the roll-over frame 7074 is matched with the sponge plate 7075 to smear the grinding oil on the edge of the bracket fittings on the U-shaped frame 11, the edge of the bracket fittings is ensured to be uniformly smeared with the grinding oil, other parts of the bracket fittings are prevented from being not contacted with the grinding oil, the extending end of the air cylinder 5 is extended to be the longest, and when the edge of the fixed bracket fittings is polished, the grinding oil is smeared on the edge of the bracket fittings and the polishing surface of the grinding wheel 10, so that the waste of the grinding oil is avoided on the premise of ensuring normal polishing and service life of the grinding wheel 10; as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, after polishing the bracket fittings, in the process of replacing another bracket fitting on the U-shaped frame 11, the control cylinder 5 is contracted again to be reset to a set length, at this time, the liquid pump 603 and the control valve 606 are started again, so that the material flushing pipe 605 sprays polishing oil to the polishing surface of the grinding wheel 10, the scraps on the polishing surface of the grinding wheel 10 are flushed by the polishing oil, and the polishing oil carrying impurities is discharged by the discharging hole 9, thereby omitting the process of periodically disassembling the grinding wheel 10 to clean, and avoiding the process from affecting the efficiency of polishing the bracket fittings.
