When the electric control box 20 is required to be overhauled, only the second side plate 32 is required to be disassembled, and when the compressor 21 or the valve support 22 is required to be overhauled, only the third side plate 33 is required to be disassembled. Excessive disassembly of the centering side plate 3 is not needed in the overhaul stage, and the operation of operators is facilitated.
The electronic control box 20 includes a connection portion 23, a hanging portion 24, and components. The components are positioned in the electric control box 20, and control of different functions of the outdoor unit is realized through the components. The connecting portion 23 is connected to the first vertical beam 18. The front lower cross beam 8 is provided with a hook 25, the hanging part 24 is provided with a mounting hole, and the hook 25 penetrates through the mounting hole to hang the electric control box 20 on the front lower cross beam 8. The electronic control box 20 is stably connected to the housing by the connection portion 23 and the hanging portion 24, and is located at the rear side of the second side plate 32. The compressor 21 and the valve bracket 22 are provided on the base 1 at the rear side of the third side plate 33. The electric control box 20 is arranged near the upper side of the outdoor unit, the compressor 21 and the valve bracket 22 are arranged on the base 1, and the space can be saved by reasonably arranging the parts inside the outdoor unit, so that the structure is more compact.
The middle side plate 3 is provided with ribs 17 protruding forward. The ribs 17 are punched from the middle side plate 3. The ribs 17 not only can improve the strength of the middle side plate 3, but also increase the containing space inside the shell due to the fact that the ribs 17 protrude forwards, so that the electric control box 20 can conveniently dissipate heat, and the electric control box 20 is prevented from stopping running or being damaged due to overhigh temperature. The first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the third side plate 33 may each be provided with ribs 17. For the electronic control box 20, the ribs 17 arranged on the second side plate 32 increase the distance between the electronic control box 20 and the second side plate 32, so that the electronic control box 20 has a larger heat dissipation area, and the heat dissipation of the electronic control box 20 is facilitated. The ribs 17 may be combined to form any pattern, such as an air conditioner manufacturer's logo, by the ribs 17, and facilitate the aesthetic enhancement of the housing.
