As a further optimization scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the cable clamp 4 includes a connecting plate 404, a cross plate 403, a screw 402, a handle 401, a lower pressing plate 407, and side plates 405 installed at two ends of the center line of the lower pressing plate 407, wherein the connecting plate 404 is fixedly installed on the lifting plate 301, the cross plate 403 is fixedly installed at the top of the connecting plate 404, the screw 402 is installed on the cross plate 403 and is in threaded fit with the cross plate 403, the handle 401 is fixedly installed at the top of the screw 402, the lower pressing plate 407 is disposed below the cross plate 403, the lower pressing plate 407 is in running fit with the bottom of the screw 402, a first clamping slot 406 is opened on the side plates 405, and a second clamping slot 302 is opened on the lifting plate 301.
The cable clamp 4 is used for fixing a cable, the purpose of supporting the cable can be guaranteed, the handle 401 drives the screw rod 402 to rotate, the screw rod 402 rotates to drive the lower pressing plate 407 and the side plate 405 to move downwards, the lower pressing plate 407 and the side plate 405 move downwards to fix the cable in the first clamping slot 406 and the second clamping slot 302, and the purpose of fixing the cable is achieved.

The first rotating arm 101, the second rotating arm 102, the third rotating arm 1012 and the fourth rotating arm 1011 have the same structure, so that the later maintenance and replacement are facilitated, the piston rod of the cylinder 105 extends to drive the connecting plate 104 to move outwards, the connecting plate 104 moves outwards to drive the push-pull plate 103 to move outwards, the push-pull plate 103 moves outwards to drive one end of the connecting arm to move outwards, and one end of the connecting arm moves outwards to pull one end of the first rotating arm 101, the second rotating arm 102, the third rotating arm 1012 and the fourth rotating arm 1011 to move towards the middle, so that the other ends of the first rotating arm 101, the second rotating arm 102, the third rotating arm 1012 and the fourth rotating arm 1011 are driven to move towards the side wall of the electric pole until the blocking piece 106 contacts with the electric pole, and then the piston rod of the cylinder 105 continues to extend to enlarge the pressure between the side wall of the avoidance groove 202 and the blocking piece 106, and the lifting plate 301 is fixed on the electric pole, so that the device can support the electric cable.
