The two side edges of the installation plate 410 can be correspondingly inserted into the slide groove, and move along the slide groove to completely enter the slot, which is simple and convenient to disassemble and install.
At the bottom of the slot and the rear end of the mounting plate 410, as shown in FIG7 , a buckle 320 is provided on the upper wall of the bottom of the slot, and a barb 330 is provided at the rear end of the mounting plate 410. The buckle 320 and the barb 330 can be engaged with each other to limit the position of the mounting plate 410, so that the mounting plate 410 is firmly connected.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , the supporting assembly 300 further includes a panel 340 movably or detachably connected to the frame 310 , and the panel 340 can close the notch of the slot to restrict the mounting plate 410 from falling out.
When the panel 340 is engaged with the frame 310 to close the notch, the escape path of the mounting plate 410 can be blocked, thereby limiting the escape of the mounting plate 410 and making the connection of the mounting plate 410 more stable and reliable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , one side of the panel 340 is rotatably connected to the frame 310 , and the other side of the panel 340 is connected to the frame 310 via a locking structure 350 .
The locking structure 350 can be selected from a conventional snap-on structure or a latch structure. For example, a threaded hole is provided on the frame 310 , and a bolt is rotatably provided on the panel 340 . The bolt is screwed into the threaded hole, thereby connecting the panel 340 to the frame 310 .
Alternatively, the locking structure 350 may also include a first magnet disposed on the frame 310 and a second magnet disposed on the panel 340 , and the first magnet and the second magnet are attracted to each other so that the panel 340 is connected to the frame 310 .
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 , 2 , 5 , and 6 , when the panel 340 closes the notch of the slot, the panel 340 is flush with the surface of the housing 100 .
Specifically, the plug-in port 110 is opened on the surface of the shell 100. When the panel 340 closes the plug-in port 110, the surface of the panel 340 is flush with the surface of the shell 100, so that the overall surface of the power supply device is smoother and less likely to collide with external objects.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the shell 100 is provided with a power module in the inner cavity 140, and an electrical connection plug-in terminal group 500 is provided between the supporting assembly 300 and the fan module 400, and the power module is detachably electrically connected to the fan module 400 through the electrical connection plug-in terminal group 500.
Among them, the power module can be an independent battery, which supplies power to the fan module 400, or it can be a power supply circuit board, on which a rectifier circuit and a step-down circuit are provided. The power supply circuit board can draw power from the mains, and after rectification by the rectifier circuit and voltage modulation by the step-down circuit, it supplies power to the fan module 400.
When the staff repairs or replaces the fan module 400, in order to make the operation more convenient and reduce the impact on the internal power supply line, the fan module 400 is separated from the supporting assembly 300. There is no need to disassemble the power module. The power module is still stably and firmly set in the shell 100. The separation of the electrical connection terminal group 500 allows the power module and the fan module 400 to be electrically connected detachably.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in Figures 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the electrical connection terminal group 500 includes a male terminal 510 and a female terminal 520, the male terminal 510 is arranged on the supporting assembly 300, the male terminal 510 is electrically connected to the power module, the female terminal 520 is arranged on the fan module 400 and the female terminal 520 is electrically connected to the fan module 400, and the male terminal 510 can be plugged into the female terminal 520 for electrical conduction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the plugging direction of the male terminal 510 and the female terminal 520 is the same as the plugging direction of the fan module 400 and the shell 100, so that when the user pulls out the fan module 400 from the shell 100, the male terminal 510 and the female terminal 520 can be separated accordingly, and when the fan module 400 is connected to the shell 100 from the plug interface, the male terminal 510 and the female terminal 520 can complete the plugging electrical connection accordingly, which is simple and convenient to use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the power supply device also includes a temperature control module 600, which is used to detect the temperature of the inner cavity 140. The temperature control module 600 is connected to the male terminal 510 and can control the operation of the fan module 400.
Among them, the temperature control module 600 may include a temperature sensor, a processor and a switch component. The temperature sensor may be a thermistor, an integrated temperature probe, etc. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the inner cavity 140 and forms an electrical signal. The processor may be an MCU or a CPU and its associated circuits. The switch component may be selected from conventional semiconductor switch tubes or relay switches. The switch component is connected to the fan 420 to form a power supply branch. The power supply branch can be connected to the power supply module. The processor controls the switch component to be turned on and off according to the temperature conditions, thereby controlling the start and stop of the fan 420.
Specifically, in an embodiment with a movable or detachable panel 340, as shown in Figures 5, 6, 7, and 8, the temperature control module 600 can be set at the panel 340 or the frame 310. When the panel 340 is opened, the male terminal 510 and the female terminal 520 are separated, thereby disconnecting the temperature control module from the fan module.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the temperature control module 600 can also be set on the mounting plate 410. When the mounting plate 410 is pulled out from the shell 100, the temperature control module 600 can be pulled out together with the mounting plate 410, and the temperature control module 600 can be connected to the power supply through a pluggable electrical terminal group.
It should be noted that the fan module 400 is relatively close to the bottom of the electrical component 200. Compared with the traditional structure, the insulation distance between the fan module 400 and the electrical component 200 is shortened, and air breakdown is more likely to occur at locations with dense wind flow.
Therefore, as shown in FIG9 , the mounting plate 410 is provided with an air guide housing 700 on the end surface of the fan 420 facing the electrical component 200, and an air guide channel 710 is provided in the air guide housing 700. The bottom end of the air guide housing 700 is provided with an air inlet 720 connected to the air guide channel 710, and the top end of the air guide housing 700 is provided with an air outlet 730 connected to the air guide channel 710. The diameter of the air guide channel 710 gradually expands from the air inlet 720 to the air outlet 730. The air inlet cover of the air guide housing is provided on the fan 420. As shown in FIG10 , in the air guide channel 710, the air guide housing 700 is provided with a plurality of baffle members 740 extending radially along the cross section of the air guide channel 710. The plurality of baffle members 740 is symmetrically distributed around the center of rotation, and the fan 420 drives the air flow from the air inlet 720 into the air guide channel 710 and blows toward the electrical component 200 from the air outlet 730. The air flow is separated by the partition member 740 and dispersed, and because the diameter of the air guide channel 710 gradually expands outward, the air flow blows in all directions and will not be concentrated in one position, making the air flow more uniform and thus less prone to electrical breakdown. Specifically, the air guide shell 700 and the partition member 740 are both made of insulating materials. The air guide shell 700 can be set on the frame 310 by means of support rods and other components. When the fan module 400 is pulled out of the shell 100, the air guide shell 700 can still be located in the shell 100.
