The outer side of the lower oil seal ring 10 is provided with a fourth groove 101 and is embedded with an O-shaped rubber seal ring, the inner side of the upper oil seal ring 9 is provided with a fourth conical surface 102, the lower end surface of the lower oil seal ring 10 is provided with a fourth elliptical spring groove 103, a fourth oblique circular spring 104 is arranged in the fourth elliptical spring groove 103, the inner side of the fourth oblique circular spring 104 is provided with a plurality of second conical seepage grooves 105 uniformly distributed along the central circumference of the lower oil seal ring 10, the second conical seepage grooves 105 extend downwards along the inner side from the upper end surface of the lower oil seal ring 10, the height is not more than half of the height of the lower oil seal ring 10, and the cross section diameter of the second conical seepage grooves 105 is gradually reduced from top to bottom. Since the upper oil seal ring 9 is in direct contact with the lubricating oil of the bearing 6, the stress ratio is large, and the oil pressure of the lower oil seal ring 10 is small, the height of the second conical seepage groove 105 is smaller than that of the first conical seepage groove 95. By double sealing of the upper oil seal ring 9 and the lower oil seal ring 10, leakage of lubricating oil of the bearing 6 can be effectively prevented. The bottom surface of the lower oil seal ring 10 is provided with 12 circumferentially uniformly distributed positioning holes for positioning the lower oil seal ring 10.
The rubber coating core assembly 2 comprises a rubber coating core barrel 21, a rubber coating core joint gland 22, a rubber coating core joint 23 and a rubber coating core 24, wherein the bottom end of the rubber coating core barrel 21 is fixedly connected with the shell 1, the upper end of the rubber coating core barrel 21 is connected with the rubber coating core joint gland 22, the rubber coating core joint 23 is connected with the rubber coating core joint gland 22 in the rubber coating core barrel 21, and the bottom end of the rubber coating core joint 23 is fixedly connected with the rubber coating core 24.
The lower rubber core assembly 3 comprises a lower rubber core joint 31 and a lower rubber core 32, wherein the upper end of the lower rubber core joint 31 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the shell 1, and the bottom end of the lower rubber core joint 31 is fixedly connected with the lower rubber core 32.
Working principle: the anti-abrasion bushing 12 and the central tube 11 rotate in the bearing 6, the highest rotating speed can reach 100r/min, when the anti-abrasion bushing rotates, lubricating oil in the bearing 6 can generate a large amount of heat, the cooling water inlet 42 and the cooling water outlet 43 of the water sealing cavity 4 are externally connected with a cooling water device, cooling water enters from the cooling water inlet 42 and flows out from the cooling water outlet 43 to form cooling water circulation, the water sealing cavity 4 is cooled, and accordingly lubricating oil is cooled, and the upper water sealing ring 7 and the lower water sealing ring 8 seal the cooling water tank 41 to prevent cooling water leakage. When in rotation, the lubricating oil of the bearing 6 passes through the upper oil seal ring 9 and the lower oil seal ring 10 to be sealed, so that the lubricating oil is prevented from leaking, and can bear larger pressure, the highest rotary dynamic seal pressure is 17.5MPa, and the highest static seal pressure is 35MPa.

The inner side surface of the water sealing cavity is provided with a cooling water tank, the cooling water tank is connected with a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet, an upper water sealing groove is arranged above the cooling water tank, a lower water sealing groove is arranged below the cooling water tank, an upper water sealing ring is arranged in the upper water sealing groove, a lower water sealing ring is arranged in the lower water sealing groove, and the upper water sealing ring and the lower water sealing ring are tightly attached to an anti-abrasion bushing so that the cooling water tank forms a closed space;
The outer side surface of the upper water sealing ring is provided with a first groove and embedded with an O-shaped rubber sealing ring, the inner side surface of the upper water sealing ring is provided with a first conical surface, the lower end surface of the upper water sealing ring is provided with a first elliptical spring groove, and a first oblique circular spring is arranged in the first elliptical spring groove;
The outer side surface of the lower water sealing ring is provided with a second groove and embedded with an O-shaped rubber sealing ring, a conical copper ring is arranged at the intersection of the upper end surface and the inner side surface of the lower water sealing ring, the inner side surface of the lower water sealing ring is provided with a second conical surface, the lower end surface of the lower water sealing ring is provided with a second elliptical spring groove, a second oblique circular spring is arranged in the second elliptical spring groove, and a boss extends outwards from the lower end surface of the lower water sealing ring;
An upper oil seal groove and a lower oil seal groove are formed in the inner side surface of the oil seal cavity, the upper oil seal ring is installed in the upper oil seal groove, and the lower oil seal ring is installed in the lower oil seal groove;
The outer side surface of the upper oil sealing ring is provided with a third groove and embedded with an O-shaped rubber sealing ring, the inner side surface of the upper oil sealing ring is provided with a third conical surface, the lower end surface of the upper oil sealing ring is provided with a third elliptical spring groove, a third oblique circular spring is arranged in the third elliptical spring groove, the inner side surface of the upper oil sealing ring is provided with a plurality of first conical seepage grooves uniformly distributed along the central circumference of the upper oil sealing ring, the first conical seepage grooves extend downwards along the inner side surface from the upper end surface of the upper oil sealing ring, the length is greater than half of the height of the upper oil sealing ring, and the cross section diameter of the first conical seepage grooves gradually decreases from top to bottom;
