Background
Log flaking machines are a special device for producing strands, also known as wood flakers, one of the series of wood processing devices. The equipment is widely applied to a stock preparation section for industrial production of paper making, shaving boards, medium density fiberboard and the like and a single wood chip production base, and the cutting raw material is mainly log.
At present, small and medium-sized equipment for cutting logs is not generally provided with a conveying mechanism, manual feeding is used, certain potential safety hazards exist, a large chipper is often used for conveying logs by using a belt conveyor, but the existing belt conveyor can only convey logs and cannot clear dust and the like on the outer surface of the logs because the outer surface of the log is inevitably stained with dust, sediment and other impurities in the cutting and conveying processes, so that the logs are directly conveyed into the chipper for processing, and sediment and dust are always remained in the processed wood chips, so that the subsequent processing procedures of the wood chips can be directly influenced.

The auxiliary rotating assembly comprises a support, a transmission rod, a large sprocket, a driven rod, a small sprocket, a toothed chain, a double-shaft motor and a hydraulic rod, wherein the transmission rod and the driven rod are connected in a rotating mode in the support, the large sprocket is fixedly installed at one end of the transmission rod, the small sprocket is fixedly installed at one end of the driven rod, the toothed chain is connected between the large sprocket and the small sprocket in a transmission mode, the other end of the transmission rod is connected with the double-shaft motor through a coupling, and the hydraulic rod is connected to the outer surface of the support.
Preferably, the inner side of the conveying frame is rotatably connected with a plurality of conical roller shafts at equal intervals, a rotating shaft of one conical roller shaft is in transmission connection with a driving motor, and a proximity sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the shell.

Preferably, one end of the return pipe far away from the three-way valve is connected with a filter head, the filter head is arranged inside the shell, the bottom of the shell is provided with a drain valve, and the inner wall of the shell is provided with a liquid level meter.

S2, starting a water pump to pump clear water and send the clear water into a flushing pipe in cooperation with a water delivery pipe, and spraying clear water out of a spray head on the outer surface of the flushing pipe to flush the outer surface of the log;
s3, starting the hydraulic rod to drive the bracket to move, driving the toothed chains to approach the log until the two sets of toothed chains of the two sets of auxiliary rotating components contact the outer surface of the log,
S4, synchronously starting two double-shaft motors to drive transmission rods, wherein the transmission rods drive large chain wheels, and the large chain wheels cooperate with small chain wheels to drive toothed chains to circularly move, so that logs can be driven to overturn, and all the outer surfaces of the logs can be washed to clean dust and sediment;

Specifically, one end of the return pipe 15 far away from the three-way valve 14 is connected with a filter head, the filter head is arranged inside the shell 3, the bottom of the shell 3 is provided with a drain valve 17, and the inner wall of the shell 3 is provided with a liquid level meter 18.
