Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external lotion for dredging collaterals, in particular to a astragalus membranaceus and pepper vein relaxing lotion, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
Background
Diabetic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus, the pathological mechanism of which is very complex, and hyperglycemia and microangiopathy are the main pathogenesis thereof. The distal symmetric neuropathy is mainly manifested as numbness, pain, hyperalgesia, and myasthenia, which seriously affect the life quality of patients.
There are a number of tests to distinguish between specific neurological lesions, but pain treatment and assessment is often omitted, missing the best treatment occasion. The combination of measures such as controlling blood sugar and nerve nutrition, improving circulation, reasonably selecting analgesic drugs and nerve blocks is the best strategy for treating and delaying diabetic neuropathy.
Currently, in the field of treatment of diabetic neuropathy, there are many drugs, such as epalrestat tablets, which are used for preventing, improving and treating peripheral nerve disorders (numbness, pain), vibration paresthesia and heart beat abnormality (showing an increase in glycosylated hemoglobin value) which are complicated with diabetes.
However, in the field of lotions, particularly traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy, no other medicines are found to be used for treating diabetic neuropathy at present. Based on this, the present invention has been proposed.
