As a preferred solution, the third turning joint of the spraying claw 46 and the feeding pipe 5 are respectively connected with the second pipeline 7 for realizing the design requirement and realizing the diversion and the spraying from different places.
Preferably, the driving disk 43 can rotate relative to the adjusting disk 42, and the driving slot 10 drives the movable seat 45 to move, so that the design requirement is synchronous adjustment movement.
Preferably, the moving seat 45 can be forced to move relatively or relatively, so as to adjust the sandblasting range according to the size of the workpiece.
As a preferred solution, the other end of the first clamping rod 27 can be fastened to the front side of the second clamping frame 28 for design requirement, so as to realize the alternate clamping of the first clamping rod 27 and the second clamping rod 32.

Working principle:
the equipment is fixedly supported by a first supporting leg 14 and a second supporting leg 15, after the equipment is electrified, the door body 12 of the main body box 11 is opened, sand balls are poured into the container 13, and the clamping structure 2 is controlled to drive through the control panel and is displayed on the display screen 16; the second motor 29 on the second clamping frame 28 is driven to drive the second screw rod 30 to rotate, so that the two second moving blocks 31 relatively move in the second moving groove 9 to drive the second clamping rods 32 to relatively attach; the gears can be sleeved on the two second clamping rods 32, the second clamping rods 32 are driven to move reversely to expand, limit and fix the workpiece, and the gears can be clamped on the front side and the rear side of the workpiece through the second clamping rods 32; secondly, according to the size of the gear, the cylinder 18 in the main body structure 1 is controlled to stretch and retract to adjust the height of the sand blasting structure 4 to correspond to the height, and the sand blasting structure 4 can be lifted and moved in the sand blasting process to expand the sand blasting range; then, after the door body 12 is closed, the sand-jetting pump 19 is controlled to drive, sand balls in the container 13 are extracted through the first pipeline 6 and then are shunted and supplied to the regulating disc 42 and the spraying claw 46 by the second pipeline 7; the sand balls are ejected from the first sand spraying hole and the second spraying hole after entering through the feed pipe 5 and the third switching port respectively, so that the sand balls are contacted with a workpiece to be stressed for deburring; in the sand blasting process, a third motor 44 on the bearing frame 41 can be driven to rotate positively and reversely to drive the driving disc 43 to rotate positively and reversely relative to the adjusting disc 42 in a reciprocating mode, so that one end of the movable seat 45 moves by the force of the driving groove 10 to drive the spraying claw 46 to relatively aggregate or move away from the movable seat, and the sand blasting range is adjusted; after sand blasting for a certain time, the first motor 24 on the first clamping frame 22 can be driven, the first screw rod 25 rotates to apply force to drive the two first moving blocks 26 to move relatively, so that the first clamping rod 27 clamps the upper side and the lower side of the workpiece, and the first clamping rod 27 is driven to separate from the workpiece to sand blast for a certain time again, thereby avoiding dead zones at the clamping position; the device can also drive the rotating motor 21 to drive the clamped workpiece to rotate in the sand blasting process, and the device is matched with the sand blasting structure 4 to realize large-scale comprehensive treatment, and the sand blasting amount is reduced.

The main body box (11) is of a rectangular box body structure without a front side wall, the rear side wall of the main body box (11) is close to the right end and is provided with a pipeline hole, the middle part of the left end of the lower wall of the main body box (11) is provided with a collecting port, one end of the door body (12) is movably arranged on the left side wall of the main body box (11), the container box (13) is a trapezoid box body, the middle part of the lower wall is provided with a communicated discharging port, the container box (13) is fixedly arranged on the lower wall of the main body box (11) and is positioned at the collecting port, a pair of first supporting legs (14) are respectively fixedly arranged on the lower wall of the container box (13) and are respectively symmetrical at the front end and the rear end, one end of each second supporting leg (15) is respectively arranged on the lower wall of the right end of the main body box (11) and is respectively corresponding to the first supporting legs (14), the other ends of each second supporting leg (15) are respectively arranged on the same plane as the other ends of the first supporting legs (14), the display screen (16) is fixedly arranged on the middle part of the right side wall of the main body box (11), the front side wall (11) is fixedly arranged on the upper end of the main body box (11) and is respectively arranged on the right end of the front wall (11) and is respectively corresponding to the right end of the main body box (11) and is respectively fixed on the front end (18), and sand blasting pump (19) extraction end links to each other with the ejection of compact interface of collection dress box (13) through first pipeline (6), the ejection of compact end of sand blasting pump (19) is connected with second pipeline (7), and the fixed pipeline hole that runs through in second pipeline (7) other end, second pipeline (7) other end is provided with a plurality of interfaces.

A wind power gearbox internal gear sand blasting deburring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping structure (2) comprises a rotating motor (21), a first clamping frame (22), a bracket (23), a first motor (24), a first screw (25), a pair of first moving blocks (26), a pair of first clamping bars (27), a second clamping frame (28), a second motor (29), a second screw (30), a pair of second moving blocks (31) and a pair of second clamping bars (32);
The rotary motor (21) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the left side wall in the main body box (11), the first clamping frame (22) is of a rectangular box body structure without a lower wall, the middle of the left side wall and the right side wall of the first clamping frame (22) are symmetrically provided with first moving grooves (8), the first clamping frame (22) is fixedly arranged on the driving end of the rotary motor (21) of the left side wall in the main body box (11), the bracket (23) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first clamping frame (22), the first motor (24) is fixedly arranged at the middle of the upper wall of the first clamping frame (22), the driving end of the first clamping frame is movably penetrated through the upper wall of the first clamping frame (22), one end of the first spiral rod (25) is fixedly connected to the driving end of the first motor (24), the other end of the first spiral rod (25) is movably embedded in the bracket (23), one end of the first moving block (26) is movably inserted into the first moving groove (8) of the first clamping frame (22), the middle part (26) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first clamping frame (22), the first middle part (26) is fixedly arranged at the opposite ends of the first spiral rod (25) and is provided with a rectangular structure which is respectively arranged at the two opposite ends of the first spiral rod (27) and is respectively opposite to the upper side wall (27) and is provided with a rectangular structure which is respectively arranged at the upper end of the first spiral rod (25), the middle part of the rear side wall of the second clamping frame (28) is fixedly arranged at the middle part of the right side wall of the first clamping frame (22), the width of the second clamping frame (28) is smaller than the length of one end of the first clamping rod (27), the second motor (29) is fixedly arranged at the middle part of the front side wall of the second clamping frame (28), the driving end is movably embedded in the front side wall of the second clamping frame (28), one end of the second spiral rod (30) is fixedly connected to the driving end of the second motor (29), the other end of the second spiral rod (30) is movably embedded in the rear side wall of the second moving groove (9), one end of the second moving block (31) is movably inserted in the second moving groove (9) of the right side wall of the second clamping frame (28), reverse spiral holes are formed in the middle part of one end of the second moving block (31), one end of the second moving block (31) is movably screwed on the second spiral rod (30), and one end of the second clamping rod (32) is symmetrically arranged at the other end of the second moving block (31).

6. A wind power gearbox internal gear sand blasting deburring device according to claim 5, characterised in that the drive disc (43) is rotatable relative to the adjustment disc (42) and the moving seat (45) is moved by the drive slot (10).
7. A wind power gearbox internal gear sand blasting deburring apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein said movable base (45) is capable of being forced to move relatively or in opposite directions.
8. A wind power gearbox internal gear sand blasting deburring device according to claim 7, characterised in that the other end of the first clamping bar (27) is capable of being fastened to the front side of the second clamping frame (28).
