The socket tail cover 25 is provided with a plurality of plastic limit covers 26 at one end far away from the installation panel 21, through holes for the main cables to pass through are formed after all limit covers 26 are fixed with the socket tail cover 25, side holes for the shunt cables to pass through are formed between two adjacent limit covers 26, flanges 263 integrally formed with the limit covers 26 are arranged on all limit covers 26, the extending direction of the flanges 263 is perpendicular to the axis of the socket tail cover 25, all limit covers 26 extend into the socket tail cover 25 through insertion, and the flanges 263 are used for pressing the end faces of the socket tail cover 25 to be installed on the socket tail cover 25.
Each spacing cover 26 is provided with a spacing groove, each spacing groove is internally provided with a spacing spring plate 261, each spacing spring plate 261 is provided with a spacing clamping block 262, each spacing clamping block 262 and each spacing spring plate 261 are integrally formed, each spacing spring plate 261 and each spacing cover 26 are integrally formed, the side wall of the socket tail cover 25 is provided with a spacing clamping groove 251 corresponding to each spacing clamping block 262, and each spacing cover 26 is fixed through the clamping fit of each spacing clamping block 262 and each spacing clamping groove 251.
The two limiting covers 26 are inserted into the socket tail cover 25 to limit the main cable and the shunt cable, so that stability of the main cable and the shunt cable in the use process is guaranteed, fingers or metal pieces can be prevented from touching the conductor part, and an insulation protection effect is achieved.
The socket housing 22 is provided with a first plug body 221, the plug body 11 is provided with a first slot 111 into which the first plug body 221 can be inserted, the first slot 111 is internally provided with a second plug body 17 coaxially arranged with the first slot 111, the length of the second plug body 17 is greater than the depth of the slot of the first slot 111, the first plug body 221 is provided with a second slot 29 into which the second plug body 17 can be inserted, one end of the socket terminal 23 with an insulating cap 24 is positioned in the second slot 29, the second plug body 17 is internally provided with a third slot 112 into which the socket terminal 23 can be inserted, the socket terminal 23 is electrically connected with the plug terminal 12 after being inserted into the third slot 112, and the plug assembly 1 and the socket assembly 2 are mutually plugged through plug-in fit of the first plug body 221 and the first slot 111, plug-in fit of the second plug body 17 and the second slot 29, and the plug terminal 23 and the plug terminal 12.
The outer wall of the second plug body 17 is provided with an installation groove 171 coaxially arranged with the second plug body 17, and a head sealing ring 16 is installed in the installation groove 171. The tightness of the connection between the header assembly 1 and the socket assembly 2 is enhanced by the provision of the header seal 16.
The first plug body 221 is provided with a stop ring 20 which is close to one end of the insulating cap 24 and is integrally formed with the first plug body 221, the plug main body 11 is provided with a locking part 10 which is integrally formed with the plug main body 11, an inner cavity 101 is arranged in the locking part 10, the inner cavity 101 extends from the locking part 10 to the outer side of the locking part 10, the extending direction of the inner cavity 101 is vertical to the extending direction of the first slot 111, the inner cavity 101 of the locking part 10 is communicated with the first slot 111, the control button 3 is slidingly arranged in the inner cavity 101, the control button 3 comprises a button part 31, a sliding part 32 and a stop part 33, a limit rod 102 which is arranged in parallel with the extending direction of the inner cavity 101 is arranged in the inner cavity 101, the sliding part 32 is provided with a limit chute 321 which is matched with the limit rod 102, the stop lever 102 is sleeved with a return spring 4, two ends of the return spring 4 are fixedly connected with the stop lever 102 and the inner wall of the stop chute 321 respectively, the stop portion 33 is provided with a first stop arc portion 331, a transition arc portion 332 and a second stop arc portion 333 which are continuously arranged, the first stop arc portion 331 and the transition arc portion 332 form interference fit with the stop ring 20 when the control button 3 is not pressed, the second stop arc portion 333 is coaxially arranged with the second plug body 17 after the control button 3 is pressed, the stop ring 20 on the first plug body 221 extends into the first slot 111 to form fit with the first slot 111 after the control button 3 is pressed, and after the control button 3 is reset, the stop ring 20 is fixed through the interference fit of the first stop arc portion 331 and the transition arc portion 332 with the stop ring 20.
Both sides of the first stop arc portion 331, the transition arc portion 332 and the second stop arc portion 333 are provided with guide arc surfaces 335.
The stop part 33 is further provided with a limit insert block 334 integrally formed with the stop part 33, the end face, far away from the button part 31, of the locking part 10 is provided with a limit insert groove 105 matched with the limit insert block 334, the limit insert groove 105 is communicated with the inner cavity 101, and the control button 3 is in sliding limit through sliding fit of the limit insert block 334 and the limit insert groove 105.
