The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the drying cylinder rotates and moves back and forth in the drying box, so that the spice in the drying cylinder can be driven to rotate continuously and move back and forth, the spice can be turned over more frequently, and the spice is contacted with hot air more uniformly and the drying uniformity is high; moisture is adsorbed by the air which absorbs moisture and subsides after drying through a drying agent in a drying net, so that the influence of the moisture in the air which absorbs moisture and subsides on the drying of the perfume at the bottom can be avoided; and the air after drying can be recycled, the residual heat is recycled, the heat waste is avoided, the energy is saved, and the influence of direct emission on the working environment is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-8, a perfume drying device with high uniformity degree comprises a drying box 1, a distribution box 14 is welded at the top in the drying box 1, a spray head 16 is installed at the bottom of the distribution box 14, a hot air mechanism is arranged at the top of the drying box 1, a mounting frame 11 is horizontally and slidably connected below the inside of the drying box 1, a drying net 9 is horizontally and fixedly installed on the mounting frame 11, a second sliding groove 17 is horizontally and fixedly arranged in the middle of the inner wall of one side of the drying box 1, a sliding block 21 is slidably connected in the second sliding groove 17, a rotating motor 31 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the sliding block 21, a first sliding groove 13 is horizontally arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the other side of the drying box 1, an L-shaped plate 18 is slidably connected with a connecting shaft 20 penetrating and rotatably connected on the vertical surface of the L-shaped plate 18, a gear 19 and a drying cylinder 10 are respectively welded at two ends of the connecting shaft 20, a rack 12 is horizontally welded below the inner wall of one side of the drying box 1, the gear 19 is meshed on the rack 12, a driving mechanism for driving the drying cylinder 10 to rotate is arranged between the rotating motor 31 and the drying cylinder 10. The sliding block 21 slides in the second sliding groove 17 to enable the rotating motor 31 to move back and forth, and the L-shaped plate 18 slides in the first sliding groove 13 to support and limit the connecting shaft 20, so that the gear 19 is prevented from being separated from the rack 12.
The rotating motor 31 reciprocally drives the drying cylinder 10 to rotate forward and backward through the driving mechanism, when the drying cylinder 10 rotates, the gear 19 is driven to rotate through the connecting shaft 20, and the gear 19 is meshed with the rack 12 due to the meshing of the gear 19 and the rack 12, so that the gear 19 drives the drying cylinder 10 to move through the connecting shaft 20, and when the drying cylinder 10 reciprocally rotates forward and backward, the drying cylinder 10 reciprocally moves in the drying box 1 while rotating, and can drive the spice in the drying cylinder 10 to constantly rotate and reciprocally move, so that the spice overturns more frequently, and the spice contacts with hot air more uniformly and the drying uniformity is high.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment, a side door 2 is hinged to one side of the outside of a drying box 1, a controller 7 is fixedly installed in the middle of the other side of the outside of the drying box 1, a top cover 15 is hinged to a drying cylinder 10, and through holes 8 are formed in the surface and both ends of the drying cylinder 10. The side door 2 and the top cover 15 are opened, the perfume is added into and taken out of the drying cylinder 10, the through hole 8 facilitates the contact between the hot air and the perfume in the drying cylinder 10, and the controller 7 controls the operation of the electrical equipment.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of through holes 8 are provided and uniformly distributed on the surface and both ends of the drying cylinder 10, the spray heads 16 are communicated with the distribution box 14, the spray heads 16 are provided and uniformly distributed on the bottom of the distribution box 14, and the plurality of spray heads 16 uniformly spray hot air into the drying box 1.
Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the hot air mechanism includes a hot air blower 4, a mounting seat 5 is welded on the top of the drying box 1, the hot air blower 4 is fixedly mounted on the top of the mounting seat 5, and an air outlet of the hot air blower 4 is communicated with an air supply pipe 3.
Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the other end of the air supply pipe 3 extends into the drying box 1 and is communicated with the distribution box 14, the air inlet of the air heater 4 is communicated with an exhaust pipe 6, and the other end of the exhaust pipe 6 is communicated with the bottom of one side of the drying box 1.
In the drying process, the air heater 4 is started to draw air at the bottom in the drying box 1 to the air heater 4 by the exhaust tube 6 for heating, and the air supply tube 3 is used for leading hot air to the distribution box 14, so that the dried air can be recycled, the residual heat is recycled, the heat waste is avoided, the energy is saved, and the influence of direct emission on the working environment is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the drying net 9 is filled with a drying agent, the drying net 9 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of drying nets 9 are uniformly distributed vertically on the mounting frame 11. The moisture absorption and sedimentation air after drying is absorbed by the drying agent in the drying net 9, and then enters the subsequent circulation, so that the influence of the moisture in the moisture absorption and sedimentation air on the drying of the perfume at the bottom can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 6-8, in a preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a large disc 22 and a small disc 23, a driving shaft 30 is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the top end of an output shaft of a rotating motor 31, the center of the large disc 22 is welded to the front end of the driving shaft 30, and a circular groove 29 is formed on one side of the large disc 22.
Referring to fig. 6-8, in a preferred embodiment, the small disc 23 is welded to the center of the circular groove 29, and inner teeth 27 are welded to part of the inner wall of the circular groove 29, and outer teeth 28 are welded to part of the outer periphery of the small disc 23.
Referring to fig. 6-8, in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of inner teeth 27 and outer teeth 28 are provided, the number of the inner teeth 27 is the same, the relative positions of the inner teeth 27 and outer teeth 28 are not coincident, a driven gear 26 is provided between the inner teeth 27 and outer teeth 28, and the driven gear 26 is meshed with the inner teeth 27 and outer teeth 28 in sequence.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in a preferred embodiment, a rotation shaft 25 is horizontally welded at the center of a driven gear 26, the other end of the rotation shaft 25 is welded at the center of one end of a drying drum 10, a same connection plate 24 is connected between a driving shaft 30 and the rotation shaft 25, and the driving shaft 30 and the rotation shaft 25 penetrate through the connection plate 24 and are rotatably connected with the connection plate 24. The connection plate 24 connects the driving shaft 30 and the rotating shaft 25 together, prevents the driven gear 26 from being disengaged from the circular groove 29, and moves the entire mechanism back and forth together.
The rotating motor 31 drives the driving shaft 30 to rotate, the driving shaft 30 drives the large disc 22 to rotate, the large disc 22 drives the small disc 23 to rotate, the driven gear 26 is meshed with the driven gear 26 to drive the driven gear 26 to rotate forward, the driven gear 26 drives the drying cylinder 10 to rotate forward through the rotating shaft 25, after the inner convex teeth 27 are meshed, the outer convex teeth 28 are meshed with the driven gear 26 to drive the driven gear 26 to rotate reversely, the driven gear 26 drives the drying cylinder 10 to rotate reversely through the rotating shaft 25, and the drying cylinder 10 is driven to rotate forward and reversely in a reciprocating mode.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: in the drying process, the air heater 4 is started to suck air at the bottom of the drying box 1 to the air heater 4 for heating by using the exhaust pipe 6, hot air is led to the distribution box 14 by the air supply pipe 3, the hot air is uniformly sprayed into the drying box 1 by the plurality of spray heads 16 for drying the spice, the moisture is adsorbed by the air which absorbs moisture and is settled after drying through the drying agent in the drying net 9, and the air enters the subsequent circulation, so that the influence of the moisture in the air which absorbs moisture and is settled on the drying of the spice at the bottom can be avoided, the dried air can be recycled, the residual heat is recycled, the heat waste and the energy source are avoided, and the influence of direct discharge on the working environment is avoided;
simultaneously, the rotating motor 31 is started, the rotating motor 31 drives the driving shaft 30 to rotate, the driving shaft 30 drives the large disc 22 to rotate, the large disc 22 drives the small disc 23 to rotate, the driven gear 26 is meshed with the driven gear 26 to drive the driven gear 26 to rotate forward, the driven gear 26 drives the drying cylinder 10 to rotate forward through the rotating shaft 25, after the inner convex teeth 27 are meshed, the outer convex teeth 28 are meshed with the driven gear 26 to drive the driven gear 26 to rotate reversely, the driven gear 26 drives the drying cylinder 10 to rotate reversely through the rotating shaft 25, the reciprocating driving of the drying cylinder 10 drives the positive and reverse rotation, the drying cylinder 10 rotates through the connecting shaft 20, the gear 19 moves on the rack 12 in the rotating process due to the meshing of the gear 19 and the rack 12, the gear 19 drives the drying cylinder 10 to move through the connecting shaft 20, and the drying cylinder 10 moves forward and reversely due to the reciprocating motion of the drying cylinder 10, the reciprocating motion of the drying cylinder 10 in the drying box 1 can drive the perfume in the drying cylinder 10 to rotate continuously and move back and forth, so that the perfume is overturned more frequently, and the perfume is contacted with hot air is enabled to dry uniformly and evenly.
